The description of the azimuth of the present invention is performed according to the azimuth shown in fig. 1, that is, the up-down-left-right direction shown in fig. 1 is the up-down-left-right direction of the description, the direction facing in fig. 1 is the front, and the direction facing away from fig. 1 is the rear.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 23, the upper york sewing device of the present invention includes a workbench assembly 1, an adjusting workbench 2, a sewing machine head 3, a rear pants body feeding assembly 4, a york feeding assembly 5, a york raking assembly 6, a hemming assembly 7, a cutting assembly 8, a material receiving assembly 9 and an auxiliary feeding assembly 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the table assembly 1 includes a frame 1-1, a first table plate 1-2, a first work panel 1-3, a second table plate 1-4, a second work panel 1-5, a discharging table plate 1-6, and a raising table plate 1-7.
The first bedplate 1-2 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the front part of the upper part of the frame 1-1 along the left-right direction, the first working panel 1-3 is fixedly and jogged on the upper side of the first bedplate 1-2 along the left-right direction, and the upper surface of the first working panel is leveled with the upper surface of the first bedplate 1-2. The right part of the rear side of the first working panel 1-3 is vertically provided with an upper positioning backup plate 1-3a along the left-right direction. The second bedplate 1-4 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the right part of the upper part of the frame 1-1, is positioned behind the first bedplate 1-2 and is lower than the first bedplate 1-2. The second working panel 1-5 is horizontally embedded and connected with the front part of the second bedplate 1-4, the upper surface of the second working panel is level with the upper surface of the second bedplate 1-4, and the front part of the second working panel 1-5 is vertically provided with a positioning backup plate part 1-5a along the left-right direction. The first working panel 1-3 and the second working panel 1-5 are made of stainless steel materials, so that the rear pants body 100-1 and the about gram cloth 100-2 can slide on the surfaces of the front pants body and the about gram cloth. The yoke lifting bedplate 1-7 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1-1 and positioned at the left side of the second working panel 1-5, is obliquely arranged at the right side lower left side higher left side, and the right end of the yoke lifting bedplate is connected with the left end of the second working panel 1-5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the adjustment table 2 includes a head mounting plate 2-1, a first guide assembly 2-2, and a knob plunger 2-3. The first guide assembly 2-2 comprises two linear guide rails which are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the left part of the rear part of the frame 1-1 from left to right, the two linear guide rails are fixedly arranged on the frame 1-1 along the front and rear directions by respective guide rails, and each linear guide rail is provided with two sliding blocks. The machine head mounting plate 2-1 is fixedly arranged on four sliding blocks of the two linear guide rails. The knob plunger 2-3 is fixedly arranged on the machine head mounting plate 2-1, and the plunger penetrates through the machine head mounting plate 2-1 downwards and then stretches into a corresponding positioning hole on the upper side of the guide rail of the right linear guide rail, so that the machine head mounting plate 2-1 is kept fixed, when the machine head mounting plate needs to move, the handle of the knob plunger 2-3 is pulled upwards, the knob plunger 2-3 is withdrawn upwards from the positioning hole on the guide rail of the linear guide rail, and the machine head mounting plate 2-1 can move forwards and backwards along the two linear guide rails of the first guide assembly 2-2. The sewing machine head 3 is fixedly arranged on the machine head mounting plate 2-1.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, the rear pants body feeding assembly 4 includes a first upper feeding synchronous belt 4-1, a second upper feeding synchronous belt 4-2, a first feeding motor 4-3, a first upper synchronous pulley 4-4, a second upper synchronous pulley 4-5, a third upper synchronous pulley 4-6, a tug synchronous pulley 4-7, a tug 4-8, a pressing device 4-9, a synchronous belt wheel set 4-10, an upper feeding mounting frame 4-11 and a discharge platen 4-12.
The two groups of pressing devices 4-9 have the same structure, and each group of pressing devices 4-9 comprises an elastic pressing piece 4-91, an elastic piece stop lever (not shown in the figure), a hand-screwed nut 4-93 and a hanging bracket 4-94. The upper feeding mounting frame 4-11 is arranged on the hanging frame 4-94 of the corresponding group of pressing devices 4-9 in a vertical sliding manner through two fish-eye joints, and the axis of the vertical sliding can swing through the fish-eye joints.
The two groups of pressing devices 4-9 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the sewing machine head 3. The hanger 4-94 of the pressing device 4-9 on the right side is fixedly provided on the second platen 1-4, and the hanger 4-94 of the pressing device 4-9 on the left side is fixedly provided on the left rear portion of the first platen 1-2. The front end of the elastic pressing piece 4-91 is fixedly arranged on the upper feeding installation frame 4-11, and the elastic piece stop lever is fixedly arranged on the hanging frame 4-94. The rear ends of the elastic pressing sheets 4-91 are pressed on the elastic sheet stop lever from top to bottom. The hand-screwed nuts 4-93 are screwed on the hanging frame 4-94, and the lower ends of the hand-screwed nuts are propped against the corresponding parts of the elastic pressing sheets 4-91 from top to bottom, so that the upper feeding mounting frame 4-11 is pressed downwards, and automatic adjustment and adaptation are realized through fish-eye joints.
The first feeding motor 4-3 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1-1 and is positioned at the left side of the sewing machine head 3. The first upper synchronous pulley 4-4 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the upper feeding mounting frame 4-11, and the first feeding motor 4-3 drives the first upper synchronous pulley 4-4 to rotate through a corresponding coupler and a driving shaft. The second upper timing pulley 4-5 is rotatably provided on the right portion of the upper feed mount 4-11. The third upper timing pulley 4-6 is rotatably provided on the middle portion of the upper feed mounting frame 4-11. The first upper timing pulley 4-4 is disposed around the first upper timing pulley 4-4 and the second upper timing pulley 4-5, and is cooperatively driven with the third upper timing pulley 4-6. The portion of the first upper feed timing belt 4-1 located between the first upper timing pulley 4-4 and the third upper timing pulley 4-6 is located on the upper side of the first work panel 1-3. The second upper feed timing belt 4-2 is disposed around the second upper timing pulley 4-5 and the third upper timing pulley 4-6.
The tug synchronous pulley 4-7 and the tug 4-8 are rotatably arranged on the upper feeding mounting frame 4-11 through the same rotating shaft and positioned at the left side of the third upper synchronous pulley 4-6, the tug synchronous pulley 4-7 is matched with the first upper synchronous pulley 4-4, and the first upper synchronous pulley 4-4 drives the tug synchronous pulley 4-7 to rotate when rotating, so that the tug 4-8 is driven to rotate.
The upper synchronous belt wheel sets 4-10 are provided with two groups, one group of upper synchronous belt wheel set 4-10 is arranged between the second upper synchronous belt wheel 4-5 and the third upper synchronous belt wheel 4-6, and each synchronous belt wheel of the group of upper synchronous belt wheel sets 4-10 is arranged on the upper feeding mounting frame 4-11 through respective corresponding torsion springs in a rotating way, and the torsion springs apply downward force to the synchronous belt wheels, so that the synchronous belt wheels can always keep good contact with the first upper feeding synchronous belt 4-1 and the second upper feeding synchronous belt 4-2. The other group of upper synchronous belt wheel groups 4-10 are arranged between the first upper synchronous belt wheel 4-4 and the tug synchronous belt wheel 4-7, and each synchronous belt wheel of the group of upper synchronous belt wheel groups 4-10 is arranged on the upper feeding mounting frame 4-11 through respective corresponding torsion springs in a rotating way, and the torsion springs apply downward force to the synchronous belt wheels, so that the synchronous belt wheels can always keep good contact with the first upper feeding synchronous belt 4-1.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the joker feed assembly 5 includes a lower feed timing belt 5-1, a first lower timing pulley 5-2, a second lower timing pulley 5-3, a second feed motor 5-4, a pinch roller 5-5, a lower timing pulley set 5-6, and a lower feed mount 5-7.
The second feeding motor 5-4 is fixedly arranged on the right part of the frame 1-1. The first lower synchronous pulley 5-2 is rotatably arranged on the right part of the lower feeding mounting seat 5-7, the rotation axis of the first lower synchronous pulley is horizontally arranged along the front-back direction, and the second feeding motor 5-4 drives the first lower synchronous pulley 5-2 to rotate through a corresponding coupler and a driving shaft. The second lower synchronous pulley 5-3 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the lower feeding mounting seat 5-7, the rotation axis of the second lower synchronous pulley 5-3 is horizontally arranged along the front-back direction, and the rotation axis of the second lower synchronous pulley 5-3 is higher than that of the first lower synchronous pulley 5-2. The rotation axis of the second lower synchronous pulley 5-3 and the rotation axis of the first lower synchronous pulley 5-2 are arranged in a left-high right-low inclined manner. The lower feed timing belt 5-1 is disposed around the first lower timing pulley 5-2 and the second lower timing pulley 5-3, the lower feed timing belt 5-1 being located on the front side of the about gram-rise platen 1-7 with its upper surface not lower than the upper surface of the about gram-rise platen 1-7. The pressing wheel 5-5 is rotatably arranged on the hemming assembly 7 and matched with the lower feeding synchronous belt 5-1, and when in use, the joker cloth 100-2 is pressed on the lower feeding synchronous belt 5-1, so that the feeding is not easy to slip. Each synchronous pulley of the lower synchronous pulley group 5-6 is rotatably arranged on the lower feeding mounting seat 5-7 through a corresponding torsion spring, and the torsion spring applies upward force to the synchronous pulley, so that the synchronous pulley can always keep good contact with the lower feeding synchronous pulley 5-1. The lower feeding mounting seat 5-7 is slidably arranged on the frame 1-1, and the sliding direction of the lower feeding mounting seat is perpendicular to the plane where the rotation axis of the second lower synchronous pulley 5-3 and the rotation axis of the first lower synchronous pulley 5-2 are located.
Referring to fig. 19, the pick-up assembly 6 includes a pick-up driving seat 6-1, a pick-up driving cylinder 6-2, a pick-up lifting arm 6-3, a pick-up wheel 6-4, a detection eye 6-5, and a detection reflector 6-6. The joker driving seat 6-1 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the second bedplate 1-4, and the raking driving cylinder 6-2 is rotatably arranged on the joker driving seat 6-1 by a cylinder body thereof, and the rotation axis of the raking driving cylinder is parallel to the second bedplate 1-4. The left end of the raking lifting arm 6-3 is rotatably connected to the joker driving seat 6-1, and the rotation axis of the raking lifting arm is parallel to the rotation axis of the cylinder body of the raking driving cylinder 6-2. The piston rod of the raking driving cylinder 6-2 extends downwards, and the end head of the piston rod is hinged to the middle part of the raking lifting arm 6-3, so that the right end of the raking lifting arm 6-3 is driven by the raking driving cylinder 6-2 to lift or descend. The raking wheel 6-4 is rotatably disposed on the right end of the raking lifting arm 6-3, and the rotation axis thereof is parallel to the second platen 1-4, and the included angle between the rotation axis and the advancing direction of the york cloth 100-2 from right to left is 5 to 40 degrees, which is 20 degrees in this embodiment. The detection light eye 6-5 is fixedly arranged on the left part of the front side of the second working panel 1-5, the detection light reflecting plate 6-6 is fixedly arranged on the lower part of the rear side of the first working panel 1-3 and matched with the detection light eye 6-5, the detection light eye 6-5 is used for detecting whether the front part of the Joker cloth 100-2 is attached to the positioning backup plate part 1-5a, when the Joker cloth 100-2 cannot be detected, the raking driving cylinder 6-2 drives the raking wheel 6-4 to downwards press on the Joker cloth 100-2, and when the Joker cloth 100-2 moves leftwards again, the raker wheel 6-4 is driven to forward attach to the positioning backup plate part 1-5a, so that the feeding accuracy of the Joker cloth 100-2 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 15 to 18, the hemming assembly 7 includes a feed plate 7-1, a first wall plate 7-2, a second wall plate 7-3, a first tucking plate 7-4, a third wall plate 7-5, a fourth wall plate 7-6, a second tucking plate 7-7, a first guide bar 7-8, and a second guide bar 7-9.
The feeding plate 7-1 is horizontally arranged along the left and right directions, the upper surface of the feeding plate is level with the first working panel 1-3 on the middle part of the frame 1-1, the front part of the feeding plate is positioned in the first working panel 1-3, and the rear part of the feeding plate extends out of the first working panel 1-3. The second upper feed timing belt 4-2 and the corresponding part of the first upper feed timing belt 4-1 are located above the feed plate 7-1. The second wall plate 7-3 is vertically arranged on the lower side of the rear edge of the feeding plate 7-1 along the left-right direction, and the lower part of the second wall plate 7-3 is obliquely arranged at the right lower left higher side. The second folding plate 7-7 is arranged on the front side of the lower edge of the second wall plate 7-3 and is obliquely arranged at right low left high corresponding to the edge obliquely arranged at the lower part of the second wall plate 7-3. The fourth wall plate 7-6 is vertically arranged on the lower side of the front edge of the second folding plate 7-7 along the left-right direction, and the lower part of the fourth wall plate 7-6 is obliquely arranged at the right lower side and the left higher side. The first material folding plate 7-4 is arranged on the rear side of the lower edge of the fourth wall plate 7-6 and is obliquely arranged at right low left high corresponding to the edge obliquely arranged at the lower part of the fourth wall plate 7-6, the rotation axis of the second lower synchronous pulley 5-3 is parallel to the plane where the rotation axis of the first lower synchronous pulley 5-2 is located and parallel to the first material folding plate 7-4, and is positioned at the lower side of the first material folding plate 7-4. The first wall plate 7-2 is vertically arranged on the upper side of the rear edge of the first material folding plate 7-4 along the left-right direction, the upper part of the first wall plate 7-2 is horizontally arranged, and a trouser body feeding channel 7a is formed between the first wall plate 7-2 and the second wall plate 7-3. The right end of the first wall plate 7-2 is provided with a backward bent trouser body guide part 7-21, the first guide rod 7-8 is fixedly arranged on the trouser body guide part 7-21 and positioned behind the first wall plate 7-2 and is obliquely arranged with high right back, high left front and low right, the right end is higher than the feeding plate 7-1, and the left end is lower than the feeding plate 7-1. The first guide rod 7-8 is a hollow air pipe, a group of blow holes with openings facing the front lower direction are arranged on the first guide rod 7-8 along the axis of the first guide rod, and the curled edge part of the rear pants body 100-1 is blown downwards when passing below the first guide rod 7-8, so that the rear pants body can smoothly enter the pants body feeding channel 7a. The third wall plate 7-5 is vertically arranged on the middle part of the lower side of the feeding plate 7-1 along the left-right direction, and the lower edge of the third wall plate is arranged in an inclined manner corresponding to the inclined arrangement of the first material folding plate 7-4 with the lower right and the higher left. A gram feed channel 7b is formed between the third wall plate 7-5 and the fourth wall plate 7-6. The right end of the third wall plate 7-5 is provided with a sinkers guide part 7-51 which is bent forwards, the second guide rod 7-9 is fixedly arranged on the sinkers guide part 7-51 and is obliquely arranged with lower right front, higher left rear, higher right end is lower than the second working panel 1-5, and the left end is higher than the lowest part of the first material folding plate 7-4. The second guide rod 7-9 is a hollow air pipe, a group of air blowing holes with holes facing backwards and upwards are formed in the axis of the second guide rod 7-9, and when the york cloth 100-2 passes over the second guide rod 7-9, the curled edge of the york cloth is blown upwards, so that the york cloth can smoothly enter the york feeding channel 7b. The upper side of the left end of the first material folding plate 7-4 and the lower side of the left end of the second material folding plate 7-7 form a horizontal trouser body discharging hole 7c. The upper side of the left end of the second folding plate 7-7 and the lower side of the left end of the feeding plate 7-1 form a horizontal joker outlet 7d. The needle of the sewing machine head 3 is positioned between the hemming assembly 7 and the tugboat 4-8 of the rear pants body feeding assembly 4. The discharging pressing plate 4-12 is fixedly arranged on the upper feeding mounting frame 4-11 and positioned at the left front lower part of the second upper feeding synchronous belt 4-2, an elastic pressing plate part bent downwards is arranged at the left part of the discharging pressing plate 4-12 at the discharging port of the hemming assembly 7, so that the cloth with different thicknesses can be adapted, the rear trousers body 100-1 and the about gram cloth 100-2 wrapped by the hemming can be tightly pressed, the better mutual wrapping state during sewing is ensured, the scattering is prevented, and the sewing quality is improved.
Referring to fig. 20 to 22, the cutting line assembly 8 includes a head connecting cover plate 8-1, a fixed cutter 8-2, a movable cutter 8-3, a fixed cutter mounting seat 8-4, a movable cutter mounting seat 8-5, a movable cutter connecting seat 8-6, a movable cutter driving cylinder 8-7, a movable cutter guiding assembly 8-8, a movable cutter compacting assembly 8-9 and a blanking guiding assembly 8-10.
The machine head connecting cover plate 8-1 is fixedly arranged on the sewing machine head 3 and positioned at one side of the discharging direction of the sewing machine head 3, the upper surface of the machine head connecting cover plate is flat with a machine head platen of the sewing machine head 3, and the machine head connecting cover plate 8-1 is provided with a blanking hole penetrating through the machine head connecting cover plate. The fixed cutter mounting seat 8-4 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the machine head connecting cover plate 8-1, the fixed cutter 8-2 is fixedly arranged on the right part of the fixed cutter mounting seat 8-4 and is positioned in a blanking hole of the machine head connecting cover plate 8-1, and a waste air suction pipe 8a is arranged below the blanking hole. The movable knife connecting seat 8-6 is fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper part of the sewing machine head 3. The movable cutter guide assembly 8-8 adopts a linear guide rail, and the movable cutter guide assembly 8-8 is fixedly arranged on the movable cutter connecting seat 8-6 along the up-down direction by the guide rail. The movable knife mounting seat 8-5 is fixedly arranged on a sliding block of the movable knife guiding component 8-8. The movable cutter driving cylinder 8-7 is fixedly arranged on the movable cutter connecting seat 8-6 through a cylinder body, and a piston rod of the movable cutter driving cylinder extends downwards and is fixedly connected with the movable cutter mounting seat 8-5. Thereby the movable knife 8-3 is driven by the movable knife driving air cylinder 8-7 to move up and down along the movable knife guiding component 8-8, and forms shearing action with the fixed knife 8-2 below.
The movable knife 8-3 is arranged on the movable knife mounting seat 8-5 in a sliding manner along the left-right direction. The movable cutter compressing assembly 8-9 comprises a compressing spring 8-91 and a compressing bolt, the compressing bolt passes through the movable cutter 8-3 from left to right and then is screwed on the movable cutter mounting seat 8-5, the compressing spring 8-91 is arranged on the compressing bolt and is positioned between the head of the compressing bolt and the movable cutter 8-3, and the movable cutter 8-3 is pressed rightwards. The blanking guide assembly 8-10 comprises a feeding lower guide plate 8-101, a feeding upper guide plate 8-102 and a discharging lower guide block 8-103. The discharging seat 9-1 is fixedly arranged on the front part of the left part of the frame 1-1. The pushing driving cylinder 9-4 is fixedly arranged on the left part of the frame 1-1 by a cylinder body and is positioned behind the discharging seat 9-1, and a piston rod of the pushing driving cylinder extends forwards and is fixedly connected with the pushing plate 9-2. The pushing cylinder guiding assembly 9-5 comprises 1 or 2 cylinder shafts, in this embodiment, 2 cylinder shafts, and 2 cylinders are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the pushing driving cylinder 9-4. The 2 cylindrical shaft barrels are arranged on the frame 1-1 in a sliding manner along the front-back direction through corresponding linear bearings, and the front ends of the 2 cylindrical shafts are fixedly connected to the rear side of the pushing plate 9-2 through corresponding flanges. Thereby the pushing plate 9-2 is driven to move back and forth by the pushing driving cylinder 9-4. The blowing air pipe 9-3 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the upper part of the pushing plate 9-2 along the left-right direction, and the blowing air pipe 9-3 is axially provided with a group of blowing holes 9-31 with forward openings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 and 23, the auxiliary feeding assembly 10 includes an auxiliary feeding timing belt 10-1, an auxiliary feeding first timing pulley 10-2, an auxiliary feeding second timing pulley 10-3, an auxiliary feeding motor 10-4, an auxiliary feeding driving timing pulley, an auxiliary feeding driven timing pulley 10-6, an auxiliary feeding driving timing belt 10-7, and a discharge guide plate 10-8.
The auxiliary feeding first synchronous pulley 10-2 and the auxiliary feeding driven synchronous pulley 10-6 are coaxially and rotatably arranged on the front end of the left part of the frame 1-1. The auxiliary feeding motor 10-4 is fixedly arranged on the left part of the frame 1-1, the auxiliary feeding driving synchronous pulley is arranged on a motor shaft of the auxiliary feeding motor 10-4 in a transmission manner, and the auxiliary feeding driving synchronous belt 10-7 is arranged around the auxiliary feeding driving synchronous pulley and the auxiliary feeding driven synchronous pulley 10-6. The auxiliary feeding second synchronous pulley 10-3 is rotatably arranged on the right part of the frame 1-1, the auxiliary feeding synchronous belt 10-1 is arranged around the auxiliary feeding first synchronous pulley 10-2 and the auxiliary feeding second synchronous pulley 10-3, the upper surface of the auxiliary feeding synchronous belt 10-1 is leveled with the upper surface of the first bedplate 1-2, and is positioned in front of the first bedplate 1-2. The discharging guide plate 10-8 is fixedly arranged on the left part of the front side of the frame 1-1 and positioned in the middle of the auxiliary feeding synchronous belt 10-1, a guide inclined plane is arranged on the right part of the front part of the discharging guide plate, the right part of the guide inclined plane is arranged in a way that the right part is backward, the left part of the guide inclined plane is inclined forward, the right end of the guide inclined plane is positioned in the auxiliary feeding synchronous belt 10-1, the left part of the discharging guide plate 10-8 extends out of the auxiliary feeding synchronous belt 10-1 forward, and the left end of the discharging guide plate 10-8 is positioned in front of the pushing plate 9-2.
When the sewing equipment is used for york sewing: the rear part of the rear pants body 100-1 is arranged on the right part of the first working panel 1-3, the rear side is attached to the front side of the upper positioning backup plate 1-3a, and the corresponding part of the front part of the rear pants body is naturally drooping (the drawing shows a schematic diagram when the rear pants body 100-1 is unfolded smoothly) and is positioned on the auxiliary feeding synchronous belt 10-1. The front part of the york cloth 100-2 is placed on the second working panel 1-5, and the front side is attached to the positioning leaning plate part 1-5a.
The corresponding part of the first upper feeding synchronous belt 4-1 and the second upper feeding synchronous belt 4-2 of the rear pants body feeding assembly 4 press the rear pants body 100-1 on the feeding plate 7-1 to be conveyed leftwards. When the rear portion of the rear leg body 100-1 contacts the leg body guide portion 7-21 of the first wall plate 7-2 of the hemming assembly 7, it starts to fold down, and then enters the leg body feeding channel 7a to be vertical, and during the process of continuing to move leftwards, along with the rising of the first material folding plate 7-4, the portion of the rear leg body 100-1 entering the leg body feeding channel 7a is folded forward again to be horizontal.
Meanwhile, the lower feeding synchronous belt 5-1 and the pressing wheel 5-5 of the jockey feeding assembly 5 convey the jockey cloth 100-2 leftwards, when the front part of the jockey cloth 100-2 contacts the jockey guide part 7-51 of the third wall plate 7-5, the jockey cloth starts to be folded upwards and then enters the jockey feeding channel 7b to be vertical, the lower feeding synchronous belt 5-1 pushes the jockey cloth 100-2 against the lower side of the first material folding plate 7-4 to continue to feed leftwards and upwards, and along with the rising of the first material folding plate 7-4, the part of the jockey cloth 100-2 entering the jockey feeding channel 7b is folded backwards again to be horizontal and falls on the second material folding plate 7-7.
When the rear panty 100-1 comes out from the panty outlet 7c, the york cloth 100-2 is wrapped by being curled with each other when coming out from the york outlet 7 d. The corresponding parts of the rear pants body 100-1 are pressed against the first working panel 1-3 by the first upper feeding synchronous belt 4-1 of the rear pants body feeding assembly 4 to feed the rear pants body continuously leftwards, and then the hemmed parts of the rear pants body 100-1 and the about-gram cloth 100-2 are sewn together by the sewing machine head 3. When the cloth enters between the tugboat 4-8 and the feeding lower guide plate 8-101 of the rear pants body feeding assembly 4, the tugboat 4-8 assists in feeding, meanwhile, the cloth is kept flat, and after the cloth passes through the space between the fixed knife 8-2 and the movable knife 8-3, the movable knife 8-3 moves downwards to be matched with the fixed knife to cut off the sewn line.
When the sewn back trousers body 100-1 and the about gram cloth 100-2 move leftwards to the discharging guide plate 10-8, the cloth is guided between the discharging seat 9-1 and the pushing plate 9-2 of the material receiving assembly 9. After the rear pants body 100-1 and about gram of cloth 100-2 are sent out from the left end of the first upper feeding synchronous belt 4-1 of the rear pants body feeding assembly 4, the pushing driving cylinder 9-4 of the receiving assembly 9 drives the pushing plate 9-2 to clamp and fix the corresponding part of the rear pants body 100-1 on the discharging seat 9-1 forwards, then the blowing air pipe 9-3 blows forwards, the rear part of the rear pants body 100-1 and about gram of cloth 100-2 are turned over the discharging seat 9-1, and accordingly the rear pants body 100-1 and about gram of cloth 100-2 are placed on the discharging seat 9-1 to finish finished product receiving, and the pushing plate 9-2 retreats to the lower part of the auxiliary feeding synchronous belt 10-1.

1. A sewing device comprises a workbench component, a sewing machine head, a rear trouser body feeding component, a jockey raking component and a hemming component; the workbench assembly comprises a rack, a first bedplate, a first working panel, a second bedplate and a second working panel; the first bedplate is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the front part of the upper part of the frame along the left-right direction, and the first working panel is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the rear part of the upper side of the first bedplate along the left-right direction; the second bedplate is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the right part of the upper part of the frame, is positioned behind the first bedplate and is lower than the first bedplate; the second working panel is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the front part of the second bedplate; the sewing machine head is fixedly arranged on the frame; the rear trousers body feeding assembly is arranged on the frame and is used for conveying the rear trousers body from the first working panel to the left;
