Abstract
A waterproof printer comprises a cover, a shell, a machine core, an operation structure and a waterproof piece. The cover is connected to the casing, and the casing includes an operation opening and an accommodation space. The movement comprises an upper movement and a lower movement. The upper core group is arranged on the machine cover. The lower core is assembled in the containing space of the shell, wherein the upper core and the lower core are selectively assembled and separated with each other through the tenon structure. The operation structure is arranged on the shell and is adjacent to the operation opening, the operation opening corresponds to one side of the machine core, the operation structure comprises a rocker arm, the rocker arm penetrates through the operation opening, one end of the rocker arm is located outside the shell, and the other end of the rocker arm is located in the containing space of the shell and is connected to the clamping tenon structure. The waterproof piece comprises a connecting part and a soft rubber part, the connecting part is connected with the operation opening, and the soft rubber part is positioned in the accommodating space and covers the rocker arm.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printers, in particular to a waterproof printer.
Background
Conventional printers are bulky and heavy and can typically only be used in fixed locations. A lightweight printer has recently been developed which can be carried anywhere with a person and print anytime and anywhere because of its small size and light weight, but which is easily damaged by the environment when it encounters a situation such as a situation of knocking over a liquid or a wet environment because it is carried and moved frequently.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems, a waterproof printer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cover, a housing, a movement, an operation structure, and a waterproof member. The cover is connected to the casing, and the casing includes operation opening and accommodation space. The movement comprises an upper movement and a lower movement. The upper core group is arranged on the machine cover. The lower core is assembled in the containing space of the shell, wherein the upper core and the lower core are selectively assembled and separated with each other through the tenon structure. The operation structure is arranged on the shell and is adjacent to the operation opening, the operation opening corresponds to one side of the machine core, the operation structure comprises a rocker arm, the rocker arm penetrates through the operation opening, one end of the rocker arm is located outside the shell, and the other end of the rocker arm is located in the containing space of the shell and is connected to the clamping tenon structure. The waterproof piece comprises a connecting part and a soft rubber part, the connecting part is connected to the operation opening, and the soft rubber part is located in the accommodating space and covers the rocker arm.
In some embodiments, the size of the operating opening corresponds substantially to the stroke of the rocker arm.
In some embodiments, the rocker arm penetrates through the soft rubber part, and the penetrated part of the soft rubber part is tightly attached to the periphery of the rocker arm.
In some embodiments, the connecting portion and the soft rubber portion of the waterproof member are integrally formed.
In some embodiments, the soft rubber portion is made of silicon rubber.
In some embodiments, the connecting portion and the soft rubber portion are made of different materials, and the hardness of the connecting portion is greater than that of the soft rubber portion.
In some embodiments, the cover further comprises a waterproof strip, and the waterproof strip is arranged around the assembly gap between the cover and the casing.
In some embodiments, the latch structure further comprises an auxiliary arm to which the swing arm of the operating structure is connected.
In some embodiments, the rocker arm includes a snap-in portion that snaps into the secondary arm, causing the rocker arm to actuate the latch structure via the secondary arm.
In summary, in the waterproof printer according to an embodiment of the invention, the connection portion of the waterproof member is connected to the operation opening of the casing, and the flexible glue portion of the waterproof member is located in the accommodating space of the casing and covers the rocker arm, so that the flexible glue portion can prevent the liquid from penetrating into the accommodating space of the casing through the operation opening without interfering with the actuation of the rocker arm, thereby damaging the printer.

Detailed Description
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a waterproof printer, according to one embodiment. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a waterproof printer, according to one embodiment. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the waterproof printer of FIG. 1, according to one embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof printer 100 includes a cover 110, a housing 120, a movement 130, an operation structure 140, and a waterproof member 150.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the cover 110 is connected to the housing 120, and the housing 120 includes an operation opening 122 and an accommodating space 124. The cover 110 is pivotally connected to the housing 120, and the cover 110 can pivot relative to the housing 120. The movement 130 includes an upper movement 132 and a lower movement 134, and the upper movement 132 is assembled to the cover 110. The lower core 134 is assembled in the accommodating space 124 of the housing 120. The upper movement 132 and the lower movement 134 are selectively assembled and separated with each other by a latch structure 136. For example, when the tenon structure 136 is in the locked state, the upper core 132 and the lower core 134 are in the assembled state, and the assembly of the upper core 132 and the lower core 134 restricts the pivoting of the cover 110, so that the cover 110 is fixed to the housing 120. On the other hand, when the latch structure 136 is in the release state, the upper core 132 and the lower core 134 are in a separable state, and the upper core 132 and the lower core 134 can be separated by pivoting the cover 110.
The operation structure 140 is disposed on the casing 120 and adjacent to the operation opening 122, the operation opening 122 corresponds to one side of the movement 130, the operation structure 140 includes a swing arm 142, the swing arm 142 is disposed through the operation opening 122, one end of the swing arm 142 is located outside the casing 120, and the other end of the swing arm 142 is located in the accommodating space 124 of the casing 120 and connected to the tenon structure 136. In this embodiment, the operation structure 140 is a button, one end of the swing arm 142 is connected to the button, and the other end of the swing arm 142 is connected to the tenon structure 136, when the button (the operation structure 140) is pressed, the swing arm 142 pulls the tenon structure 136, so that the tenon structure 136 is released from the locking state to the releasing state.
The waterproof member 150 includes a connecting portion 152 and a soft adhesive portion 154, the connecting portion 152 is connected to the operation opening 122, and the soft adhesive portion 154 is located in the accommodating space 124 and covers the swing arm 142. The connecting portion 152 may be connected to the operation opening 122 in a screw-locking, pin-locking, riveting or fitting manner.
Specifically, the waterproof printer 100 closes the operation opening 122 of the housing 120 by the waterproof member 150. The connection portion 152 of the waterproof member 150 is connected to the operation opening 122 of the cabinet 120. The soft rubber portion 154 of the waterproof member 150 is disposed in the accommodating space 124 of the housing 120 and covers the rocker arm 142, so as to prevent the liquid from penetrating into the accommodating space 124 of the housing 120 through the operation opening 122 and damaging the waterproof printer 100 without interfering with the actuation of the rocker arm 142.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the size of the operating opening 122 generally corresponds to the stroke of the rocker arm 142. When the operating structure 140 is pressed, the rocker arm 142 is actuated, and since the rocker arm 142 is disposed through the operating opening 122, the operating opening 122 must provide enough space so that the rocker arm 142 does not interfere with the actuation.
In the present embodiment, the rocker arm 142 penetrates the soft rubber portion 154, and the penetrated portion of the soft rubber portion 154 is tightly attached to the periphery of the rocker arm 142. Specifically, the rocker arm 142 passes through the operation opening 122 and passes through the soft rubber portion 154 of the waterproof member 150, and in order to maintain the closed state of the operation opening 122, the passing portion of the soft rubber portion 154 is attached to the periphery of the rocker arm 142, so as to prevent the liquid from flowing into the accommodating space 124 of the housing 120 through the gap between the passing portions of the soft rubber portion 154.
Referring to fig. 2 again, in the present embodiment, the connecting portion 152 and the soft glue portion 154 of the waterproof member 150 are integrally formed. The waterproof member 150 may be manufactured by injection molding, but is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the connecting portion 152 and the soft glue portion 154 of the waterproof member 150 may be two separate elements, and the connecting portion 152 and the soft glue portion 154 may be connected to each other by way of fitting.
In the present embodiment, the soft rubber portion 154 is made of, for example, but not limited to, silicone. The soft rubber portion 154 is made of soft material, and since the soft rubber portion 154 covers the rocker arm 142, when the rocker arm 142 is actuated, the soft rubber portion 154 can extend along with the actuation of the rocker arm 142, so that the soft rubber portion 154 can seal the operation opening 122 while maintaining the degree of freedom of the rocker arm 142.
In the present embodiment, the connection portion 152 and the soft rubber portion 154 are made of different materials, and the hardness of the connection portion 152 is greater than that of the soft rubber portion 154. Specifically, the connecting portion 152 is made of plastic, so the waterproof member 150 is formed by combining a plastic member and a soft plastic member, the connecting portion 152 of the plastic member is connected to the operation opening 122 in a screw locking, pin-jointing, riveting or fitting manner, so as to stabilize the connection between the waterproof member 150 and the operation opening 122, and the soft plastic portion 154 of the soft plastic member covers the rocker arm 142 to close the operation opening 122.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in the present embodiment, the waterproof printer 100 further includes a waterproof strip 160, and the waterproof strip 160 is disposed around the assembly gap between the cover 110 and the housing 120. The waterproof strip 160 may be made of silicone, but not limited thereto, and in order to close the assembly gap between the set cover 110 and the set cover 120, the waterproof strip 160 closes the assembly gap to prevent liquid from penetrating from the assembly gap.
Referring again to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the latch structure 136 further includes an auxiliary arm 138, and the swing arm 142 of the operating structure 140 is connected to the auxiliary arm 138. When the operating structure 140 is pressed, the rocker arm 142 pulls the auxiliary arm 138, so that the latch structure 136 is released from the locked state to the released state. The swing arm 142 may be connected to the auxiliary arm 138 in a snap-fit manner, for example, the swing arm 142 includes a snap-fit portion 144, the snap-fit portion 144 snaps-fits into the auxiliary arm 138, such that the swing arm 142 pulls the latch structure 136 through the auxiliary arm 138.
In summary, the waterproof printer 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention closes the operation opening 122 of the housing 120 by the waterproof member 150. The connection portion 152 of the waterproof member 150 is connected to the operation opening 122 of the cabinet 120. The flexible glue portion 154 of the waterproof member 150 is disposed in the accommodating space 124 of the housing 120 and covers the swing arm 142, so as to prevent the liquid from penetrating into the accommodating space 124 of the housing 120 through the operation opening 122 without interfering with the operation of the swing arm 142, thereby damaging the waterproof printer 100.

Claims (9)
1. A waterproof printer, comprising:
a machine cover;
the machine cover is connected with the machine shell, and the machine shell comprises an operation opening and an accommodating space;
a cartridge, the cartridge comprising:
an upper machine core assembled on the machine cover; and
a lower core assembled in the containing space of the shell;
wherein the upper core and the lower core are selectively connected and separated with each other through a tenon structure;
the operating structure is arranged on the shell and is adjacent to the operating opening, the operating opening corresponds to one side of the machine core, the operating structure comprises a rocker arm, the rocker arm penetrates through the operating opening, one end of the rocker arm is positioned outside the shell, and the other end of the rocker arm is positioned in the accommodating space of the shell and is connected to the tenon structure; and
and the waterproof piece comprises a connecting part and a soft rubber part, the connecting part is connected with the operation opening, and the soft rubber part is positioned in the accommodating space and covers the rocker arm.
2. The waterproof printer according to claim 1, wherein the size of the operation opening corresponds to a stroke of the swing arm.
3. The waterproof printer of claim 1, wherein the rocker arm extends through the flexible glue portion, and the flexible glue portion is closely attached to the periphery of the rocker arm.
4. The waterproof printer according to claim 1, wherein the connecting portion and the soft rubber portion of the waterproof member are integrally formed.
5. The waterproof printer of claim 1, wherein the soft rubber portion is made of silicone.
6. The waterproof printer according to claim 1, wherein the connecting portion and the soft rubber portion are made of different materials, and the hardness of the connecting portion is greater than that of the soft rubber portion.
7. The waterproof printer of claim 1, further comprising a waterproof strip disposed around an assembly gap between the cover and the housing.
8. The waterproof printer of claim 1, wherein the latch structure further comprises an auxiliary arm, the swing arm of the operating structure being connected to the auxiliary arm.
9. The waterproof printer of claim 8, wherein the swing arm includes a latch portion that latches the auxiliary arm to cause the swing arm to actuate the latch structure via the auxiliary arm.
