Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco shred processing, in particular to a tobacco shred expansion method and a device thereof.
Background
The expanded cut tobacco is more loose and crisp than the cut tobacco of the traditional tobacco processing line and has lower damage resistance, and the inherent characteristics of the expanded cut tobacco require the expanded cut tobacco to be processed more flexibly. The tobacco shred expansion method in the prior art is not thorough in screening, so that the shred breaking rate of the expanded tobacco shred finished product is increased.
The existing expanded silk storage cabinet can completely move the traditional silk making line, and the individuality of the expanded silk is not fully considered. The existing finished product storage cabinet has small bottom area and large vertical height. The fall between the distributing travelling crane and the bottom belt of the storage cabinet is more than 2 meters, so that the tobacco shreds are broken at one time in the cabinet feeding process. After the cabinet is put in, the thickness of the cut tobacco in the storage cabinet is about 1.5 m, the lower layer cut tobacco is seriously pressed, and the expanded cut tobacco is crushed for the second time. If the storage time is longer, the lower layer of tobacco shreds form a tobacco cake. When the tobacco shreds are discharged, the fall of the tobacco shreds is as high as 2 m, and the third time of crushing is formed. In addition, because the intermediate and lower layers of expanded tobacco are compact in pressure, the material poking roller needs great force to poke the tobacco, and the fourth time of crushing the expanded tobacco is formed. Therefore, the shredding rate is high, the whole shredding rate of the tobacco shred finished products is influenced, and the quality of the tobacco shreds is reduced.
Therefore, how to provide a method and a storage device which can effectively ensure thorough screening and reduce the shredded rate of the expanded cut tobacco finished product becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tobacco shred expansion method and a device thereof, which can visually check the packaging quality of a cigarette strip box and the operation state of a packaging machine according to the forming state of the cigarette strip box.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tobacco shred expansion method, comprising the steps of:
moisture regaining: pretreating raw materials, and then moistening leaves;
dipping: shredding the wet leaves, then screening for the second time, and then decompressing the cut tobaccos in a container;
and (3) storage: reducing the pressure to be close to the standard atmospheric pressure under the condition of not damaging the micropore structure of the tobacco shred cells;
expansion: injecting water vapor or other heated inert media into the container, and rapidly increasing the temperature in the container to enable the cut tobacco to be expanded and shaped;
moisture regaining: reducing the pressure in the container again, and carrying out leaf moistening treatment again after carrying out vacuum on the tobacco shreds;
screening: and (5) switching on the atmosphere to increase the pressure in the container to the standard atmospheric pressure, performing third screening, and boxing and warehousing after air separation.
Optionally, according to the tobacco shred expansion method, the pretreatment comprises the following steps:

Optionally, according to the tobacco shred expansion method, in the impregnation step, the initial pressure in the container is not higher than 6kPa; introducing dimethyl ether steam of 10-50 ℃ into the container, raising the pressure to 400-1200 kPa, and keeping the pressure for 10-30 min to ensure that the dimethyl ether steam fully impregnates the cut tobacco.
Optionally, according to the tobacco shred expansion method, in the expansion step, the temperature in the container is 100-150 ℃.
Optionally, according to the tobacco shred expansion method provided by the invention, in the moisture regaining step, the pressure in the container is reduced to 3kpa, and the moisture content of the tobacco shred after leaf moistening is 12% -13%.

Optionally, the tobacco shred storage device according to the invention further comprises a support mechanism, which comprises support columns, a lifting mechanism and a fixing table, wherein the support columns are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the cabinet body, and the support columns are provided with chutes for the lifting mechanism to ascend or descend;

3. the totally-enclosed structure of the tobacco shred cooling and conditioning system ensures the temperature of the expanded tobacco shreds during conditioning, improves the flexibility of the expanded tobacco shreds and reduces the breakage of the tobacco shreds during conditioning.
