Abstract

An online conference record query method, a conference record generation method and a device are provided, the method comprises: displaying a conference screening control on a display interface corresponding to an application program of a specific account with a conference query authority; when a conference screening command is received based on a conference screening control displayed in an interface, screening information corresponding to the online conference record screening command is read; screening all online conference records according to the screening information to obtain corresponding screened online conference records; all online meeting records comprise all online meeting records of an enterprise where a specific account number associated with a meeting screening instruction is located; and displaying the screened online meeting records on the interface. The method is used for counting the online meeting records associated with the enterprise and displaying the online meeting records on the application program display interface of the specific account, can present the online meeting records which the administrator wants to pay attention to, and is beneficial to the administrator to pay attention to the daily meeting situation of the employee. Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an online conference record query method, an online conference record query apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium, and a conference record generation method, an apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium.

Background

With the development of computer technology, online conferences appear, and conference participants can carry out conferences online through a network; the online conference has a plurality of different forms such as an audio conference, a video conference and the like, so that the online conference is widely applied.

The online conference method is very convenient for an enterprise to initiate a conference among employees, a plurality of conference initiators and conference participants participate in the conference in the related technology, and currently, no online conference record storage and management method exists for the time during daily use.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide an online meeting record query method, a meeting record generation method and a meeting record generation device, which can query online meeting records conveniently and quickly.

An online meeting record query method, the method comprising:

displaying a conference screening control on a display interface corresponding to an application program of a specific account; when a conference screening command is received based on a conference screening control displayed in an interface, screening information corresponding to the online conference record screening command is read; the specific account number comprises an account number with a conference inquiry authority;

screening all online conference records according to the screening information to obtain corresponding screened online conference records; all online meeting records comprise all online meeting records of an enterprise where a specific account number associated with the meeting screening instruction is located;

and displaying the online meeting record after screening on the interface.

In one embodiment, the meeting screening control comprises: at least one of a meeting initiating time screening option, a meeting initiator department screening option, a meeting subject screening option and a participant screening option.

A method of conference record generation, the method comprising:

receiving a conference request, and analyzing the account numbers of participants in the conference request;

sending a conference notice to the corresponding conferees according to the conferee account;

establishing a conference according to the conference request;

when the conference is finished, acquiring conference information of the conference, generating conference records of the conference and storing the conference records; the conference information comprises a conference subject, a conference initiator, conference duration and participants.

An online meeting record query device, the device comprising:

the instruction receiving module is used for displaying the conference screening control on a display interface corresponding to the application program of the specific account; when a conference screening command is received based on a conference screening control displayed in an interface, screening information corresponding to the online conference record screening command is read; the specific account number comprises an account number with a conference inquiry authority;

the information screening module is used for screening all online conference records according to the screening information to obtain corresponding screened online conference records; all online meeting records comprise all online meeting records of an enterprise where a specific account number associated with the meeting screening instruction is located;

and the display module is used for displaying the on-line meeting record after screening on the interface.

A conference recording generation apparatus, the apparatus comprising:

the instruction receiving module is used for receiving a conference request and analyzing the account numbers of the participants in the conference request;

the conference notification module is used for sending a conference notification to the corresponding conferee according to the conferee account;

the conference creating module is used for creating a conference according to the conference request;

the conference recording module is used for acquiring the conference information of the conference and generating and storing the conference record of the conference when the conference is finished; the conference information comprises a conference subject, a conference initiator, conference duration and participants.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

The online conference record query method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The

terminals

102 and 106 communicate with the server 104 via a network, respectively. The terminals 106 are clients, an online conference can be initiated among the terminals 106, and after the online conference is finished, the generated online conference record is stored in the server 104. The terminal 102 is a specific account user terminal, a specific account user can initiate an online conference record acquisition request to the server 104 at the terminal where the specific account user is located, and the server feeds back corresponding online conference information to the terminal 102 for display. Specifically, a conference screening control is displayed on a display interface corresponding to an application program of the terminal 102 with the specific account having the conference query authority, screening information corresponding to the conference screening control is determined when a conference screening instruction is received based on the conference screening control, a corresponding screened online conference record is screened from all online conference records of an enterprise in which the specific account is located by combining the screening information, and the screened online conference record is displayed on the interface. Wherein all online meeting records of the enterprise in which the specific account is located are obtained from the server 104. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as cloud services, a cloud database, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, a CDN, and big data and artificial intelligence platforms. The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, and the like. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the application is not limited herein.

Cloud technology (Cloud technology) is a generic term of network technology, information technology, integration technology, management platform technology, application technology and the like based on Cloud computing business model application, can form a resource pool, is used as required, and is flexible and convenient. Cloud computing technology will become an important support. Background services of the technical network system require a large amount of computing and storage resources, such as video websites, picture-like websites and more web portals. With the high development and application of the internet industry, each article may have its own identification mark and needs to be transmitted to a background system for logic processing, data in different levels are processed separately, and various industrial data need strong system background support and can only be realized through cloud computing.

A distributed cloud storage system (hereinafter, referred to as a storage system) refers to a storage system that integrates a large number of storage devices (storage devices are also referred to as storage nodes) of different types in a network through application software or application interfaces to cooperatively work by using functions such as cluster application, grid technology, and a distributed storage file system, and provides a data storage function and a service access function to the outside.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an online conference record query method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the terminal 102 in fig. 1, and includes steps S210 to S230.

Step S210, displaying a conference screening control on a display interface corresponding to an application program of a specific account; and when the conference screening control displayed in the interface receives the conference screening instruction, reading screening information corresponding to the online conference record screening instruction. The specific account number comprises an account number with conference inquiry authority.

In this embodiment, the application may be running a meeting on the employees of the enterprise; in one embodiment, the application is an instant messaging application, and is associated with an enterprise, having functionality for conducting an online meeting. The account number refers to an account number in the instant messaging application program, and enterprise employees respectively correspond to one account number; wherein, a part of the accounts may have a specific authority, such as an enterprise administrator account or an employee account that opens a specific authority (such as a conference query authority), which is recorded as a specific account in this embodiment; the enterprise administrator refers to an administrator corresponding to the application program and is responsible for maintaining the application program or managing an updated actual person or account; the enterprise administrator may include one or more. The specific account number or the enterprise administrator account number with opened specific authority carries a conference inquiry authority identifier; further, the conference screening control can be displayed on the display interfaces of the application programs corresponding to all the accounts carrying the administrator identification and/or the conference query authority identification. The account with the conference query authority can input a target conference to be queried through a conference screening control displayed in the interface so as to view corresponding conference records.

In another embodiment, the specific account only includes the administrator account, i.e. only the administrator of the enterprise is allowed to query the enterprise meeting records; the super administrator account carries the super administrator identification, and when the conference screening control is displayed on the display interface, the conference screening control is displayed on all account display interfaces with the super administrator identification.

The conference screening control is used for enabling a user of a specific account to input screening contents of part of conference records which are expected to be screened through the control; in one embodiment, the meeting filter control can be displayed in the interface in a control mode.

Further, in one embodiment, the conference screening control may be a conference screening option, and the conference screening option may provide a user with selectable screening conditions for screening the conference; such as screening by meeting time, screening by meeting originating department, screening by meeting originator, etc. The user can directly select the screening conditions of the meeting records needing to be inquired in the meeting screening options displayed in the interface. Or in one embodiment, the user may perform a search without selecting any one of the screening conditions in the conference screening option, that is, search all the conference records included in the associated enterprise.

Further, in one embodiment, the meeting record for the online meeting typically includes the following information: meeting subject, meeting initiating time, meeting duration, meeting participants, remark information and the like. In this embodiment, the screening options for online meeting records correspondingly include: at least one of a conference initiating time screening option, a conference initiator department screening option, a conference subject screening option, and a participant screening option. In the above-described screening option, the user can input the time period of the screening, the conference initiator, the department in which the conference initiator is located, the conference subject, and the participants. Correspondingly, in this embodiment, the screening information corresponding to the screening option instruction includes: time period, originator, department in which the originator is located, subject of the meeting, participants, etc. In one embodiment, a plurality of screening options are displayed in the interface, from which one or more screening options may be selected by the user, and screening information may be input to screen the online meeting record.

In another embodiment, the conference filtering control can also be a keyword search box, and the user can input a keyword in the keyword search box by himself to search for the conference. In another embodiment, the conference screening control may also be a voice input box, and the user may input a corresponding screening condition through the voice input box to search for the corresponding conference record. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the meeting filter control can be implemented in other forms as well.

In one embodiment, when a user inputs corresponding screening information in a conference screening control displayed on an interface, it is determined that a conference screening instruction is received based on the conference screening control.

And step S220, screening all the online conference records according to the screening information to obtain corresponding screened online conference records.

And all online meeting records comprise all online meeting records of the enterprise where the specific account number associated with the meeting screening instruction is located. In one embodiment, all online meeting records may be retrieved from the server based on account information for a particular account.

And step S230, displaying the screened online meeting record on the interface.

In one embodiment, the online meeting records after the interface displays the filter may be displayed in different forms, such as a list. Further, in an embodiment, when all screened meeting records include a plurality of meeting records, the meeting records may be divided into a plurality of pages for displaying, for example, only a preset number of online meeting records in one page are displayed; the display priority can be determined according to the distance from the current time, the online meeting record closer to the current time is displayed on the first page, and page turning options are displayed on the interface, so that a user can select the online meeting record display page needing to be displayed by himself and inquire different online meeting records.

According to the online conference record query method, the conference screening control is displayed on the corresponding display interface of the application program of the specific account with the conference query authority, screening information corresponding to the conference screening control is determined when a conference screening instruction is received based on the conference screening control, corresponding screened online conference records are screened from all online conference records of an enterprise where the specific account is located by combining the screening information, and the screened conference records are displayed on the interface. The method is used for counting the online meeting records associated with the enterprise and displaying the online meeting records on the application program display interface of the specific account, can present the online meeting records which the specific account user wants to pay attention to, and is beneficial to paying attention to the daily meeting situation of the staff by the specific account user.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before the screening information corresponding to the online meeting record screening instruction is read when the meeting screening instruction is received based on the meeting screening control displayed in the interface, steps S310 to S340 are further included.

Step S310, receiving an online meeting record query instruction, and reading enterprise account information associated with the online meeting record query instruction.

The conference record inquiry instruction is used for providing a specific account user with inquiry about all conference records of the enterprise. In one embodiment, the meeting record query instruction may be obtained through a meeting record query option displayed in an application program interface of the specific account.

The enterprise account information comprises information such as an account number and an enterprise name associated with the account number. In one embodiment, one account may be associated with a plurality of enterprises, and when a meeting record query instruction is received, the enterprise information of the enterprise currently logged in by the account corresponding to the online meeting record query instruction is read.

Step S320, sending an online meeting record obtaining request to the server based on the enterprise account information.

After the enterprise account information corresponding to the conference record query instruction is read, a conference record query request is sent to the server, and all conference records of the enterprise corresponding to the enterprise specific account user are obtained from the server. In one embodiment, sending the conference record acquisition request to the server includes sending a conference record acquisition request corresponding to a default time period to the server, that is, when a specific account user inquires a conference record, if any screening condition is not set, acquiring the conference record in the default time period first; the default time period may be set according to actual conditions, for example, may be set to approximately three months.

Step S330, receiving all online conference records fed back by the server based on the online conference record acquisition request.

And after receiving the online meeting record acquisition request, the server reads the enterprise account information, searches the meeting record of the enterprise where the enterprise specific account user is located in the database, and feeds back the meeting record to the enterprise specific account user terminal.

And step S340, displaying the conference screening control and all online conference records on the interface.

And after receiving the online meeting record fed back by the server, the enterprise specific account user terminal displays the online meeting record in the interface. And further, a conference screening control for the user to select the on-line conference record to be inquired in a customized manner is displayed in the interface.

In this embodiment, a specific account user can initiate a conference record query instruction in a conference record query option displayed in a corresponding display interface of an application program, and after receiving the conference record query instruction, a terminal reads corresponding enterprise account information and obtains a conference record of a corresponding enterprise from a server to display the conference record on a specific account user terminal interface; and meanwhile, the conference screening control is also displayed, and subsequent specific account users can inquire the custom conference records through the conference screening control, so that the options of inquiring the conference records by the specific account users are enriched, and the specific account users can better know the conference use condition of the enterprise.

In one embodiment, displaying the filtered online meeting record at the interface includes: and replacing all online meeting records displayed on the interface with screened online meeting records.

Further, a return option is also displayed in the interface, or an option for clearing the screening information is displayed in the interface; and replacing all on-line conference records with screened on-line conference records in the interface, and replacing the screened displayed conference records with all on-line conference records in the interface for displaying when a return instruction or a screening information clearing instruction is received. Therefore, after the conference records corresponding to the screening information are screened by the current interface, all online conference records of the enterprise can be returned and checked by returning options or clearing the screening information.

In another embodiment, displaying the filtered online meeting record at the interface includes: displaying the screened online meeting record on a secondary interface of the current interface; further, the secondary interface may be suspended over the current interface or may be displayed on another interface different from the current interface.

In one embodiment, the conference screening control comprises a screening option of a department where a conference initiator is located; in the embodiment, when an online meeting record screening instruction is received based on a screening option of a department where a meeting initiator is located, the department option is displayed on an interface; the department options include: options corresponding to all departments of the enterprise where the enterprise specific account users are located and related to the online meeting record screening instruction; and when receiving a department selection instruction based on the department option, reading a department corresponding to the department selection instruction, and determining the department as a screened department.

Generally, the interior of an enterprise is divided into a plurality of departments according to functions or others, and in this embodiment, the enterprise department is used as one of screening options and provided for a specific account user to view conference use conditions of a certain department or a plurality of departments.

In this embodiment, after the specific account user clicks the screening option of the department where the meeting initiator is located on the interface, the options of all the departments are displayed on the interface, so that the specific account user can select a department needing to inquire the meeting record from all the departments by himself. In one embodiment, a specific account user clicks one or more department options corresponding to one or more departments on an interface, and the department selection instruction is determined to be received.

In one embodiment, after all meeting records of an enterprise where a specific account user is located are obtained from a server, a department screening option where a meeting initiator is located is displayed in an interface, and after the specific account user is screened based on the department where the meeting initiator is located, meeting records on a screening line are displayed according to the selected department.

In this embodiment, by setting the conference screening control of the department in which the conference initiator is located, the conference screening control can be provided for the specific account user to pay attention to the conference record of a certain department or a plurality of departments.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after receiving all online conference records that the server requests feedback based on the online conference records, steps S410 to S440 are further included.

Step S410, generate corresponding meeting usage profile information based on all online meeting records.

Conference usage profile information generally refers to statistics of usage of a conference, and in one embodiment, includes conference usage times, total conference durations, and the like. The conference use times comprise conference times correspondingly contained in all the conference records; the total conference time refers to the sum of the time of each conference. In other embodiments, the meeting usage profile information may also include other information.

At step S420, the meeting use details option and the meeting use profile information are displayed on the interface.

The meeting use profile information is a simple statistical result of the meeting record, and the meeting use detail option can be provided for a specific account user to view the detailed statistical result of the meeting record.

And step S430, when receiving a conference use detail viewing instruction based on the conference use detail option, dividing all online conference records into a plurality of historical time periods, and counting each historical time period to obtain corresponding conference use details.

And clicking the conference use detail option in the interface by the specific account user, and judging that a conference use detail viewing instruction is received. Further, in this embodiment, all online conference records are divided into a plurality of time periods for statistical information, for example, all online conference records are divided according to the last week, last month, last three months and last half year, and each historical time period corresponds to a group of service conditions corresponding to the online conference records. Wherein, the historical time period can be set according to actual conditions.

And step S440, displaying the conference use details corresponding to the conference use historical time periods on the interface.

In one embodiment, the conference use details corresponding to the historical time periods are displayed in an interface in a list form; in another embodiment, the conference use details corresponding to each historical time period can also be displayed in the interface in a chart form. In other embodiments, the meeting use details corresponding to each historical time period may be displayed in other forms.

Further, in one embodiment, graphically displaying the online meeting use details for each historical time period may display the online meeting use details for one historical time period at a time. In this embodiment, when a meeting use detail checking instruction is received, after each historical time period is counted to obtain corresponding meeting use details, options corresponding to each historical time period are displayed on an interface, and when the corresponding options corresponding to the historical time period receive the instruction, on-line meeting record use details corresponding to the historical time period are displayed on the interface.

In the embodiment, the conference use overview is counted for all online conference records, and the conference use overview information and the conference detail viewing options are displayed on an interface; when a specific account user clicks a conference detail viewing option on an interface, judging that a conference detail viewing instruction is received, dividing the conference use profiles recorded by all online conferences into different historical time periods for statistics, and obtaining the conference use details recorded by all online conferences for display.

In one embodiment, all online meeting records are brief online meeting records; as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment further includes step S510 to step S530 after receiving all online conference records fed back by the server based on the online conference record acquisition request.

Step S510, displaying a conference detail viewing option in an interface; the meeting detail viewing options correspond to the meeting records on the brief line one to one.

In this embodiment, the meeting details refer to detailed information of a meeting, and in one embodiment, the meeting details include a meeting subject, a meeting initiator, a department in which the meeting initiator is located, a meeting initiating time, a meeting duration, attendees, meeting remarks, and the like.

After all online meeting records are acquired from the server, brief records of all the meeting records are displayed on an interface, and meanwhile, meeting detail viewing instructions are correspondingly displayed in all the brief meeting records and are provided for a specific account user to view the detailed conditions of any meeting.

Step S520, when the meeting detail checking instruction is received based on the meeting detail checking option, the detail online meeting record of the meeting record on the brief line corresponding to the meeting detail checking instruction is obtained.

In one embodiment, a specific account user clicks a meeting detail viewing instruction on an interface, and the meeting detail viewing instruction is judged to be received. The detailed online meeting record comprises a meeting subject, a meeting initiator, a department in which the meeting initiator is located, a meeting initiating time, a meeting duration, participants, meeting remarks and the like.

Step S530, displaying the meeting record on the detailed line on the interface.

In one embodiment, all the brief online meeting records of the current interface are replaced by the detailed online meeting records of the meeting corresponding to the meeting detail viewing instruction to be displayed. In another embodiment, a secondary interface can also be displayed on the current interface, and the detail online meeting record is displayed in the secondary interface; the secondary interface may be displayed in suspension over the current interface.

In the embodiment, the meeting detail viewing option is displayed in the interface, when the specific account user clicks the meeting detail viewing option on the interface, the detail corresponding to the meeting is displayed for the user, the information that the meeting general view is not completely displayed can be displayed in the meeting detail, more detailed meeting information is provided for the specific account user, and the daily meeting situation of the concerned staff of the specific account user is facilitated.

In one embodiment, after the interface displays the filtered online meeting records, the method further includes: and receiving a conference record sharing request, and generating a corresponding conference record detailed information table according to the screened online conference records. Further, if the meeting record sharing request comprises account information of the shared person, sending the meeting record detailed information table to the corresponding account of the shared person according to the meeting record sharing request. The conference record detailed information table can be generated according to actual situations, and can be presented in the form of pictures or tables, for example. In another embodiment, the conference usage profile information may also be shared to the corresponding account after the conference usage profile information is generated.

In this embodiment, for the conference record queried from the background server by the specific account, a corresponding detailed information record table may also be generated for sharing, so that more people can know the service condition of the online conference conveniently.

In one embodiment, the online meeting record also includes the participation status of the participants in the meeting.

The conference state of the conference participants refers to the state of each conference participant in the online conference process; in one embodiment, image information in the conference participation process of the conference participants is collected according to a camera, and the conference participation states of the conference participants are determined based on the image information; in this embodiment, the participants need to turn on the camera during the meeting process.

In one embodiment, the collected image information includes physical information of the conference participants. Further, in this embodiment, determining the participation state of the participant according to the image information acquired by the camera in the participation process of the participant includes: and determining the participation concentration degree of the participants according to whether the bodies of the participants are detected in the images. In one specific embodiment, when the body information of the conference participants is detected in the image information, the conference participants are determined to be concentrated in the conference; and if the body information of the conference participants is not detected in the image information, determining that the conference participants are not concentrated in the conference.

In another embodiment, the collected image information includes face information of the conference participants. Further, in this embodiment, determining the participation state of the participant according to the image information acquired by the camera in the participation process of the participant includes: and determining the participation concentration degree of the participants according to whether the human face is detected in the image. In one embodiment, when a face is detected in the image, the conference participants are determined to be attentive to the conference; and if the face is not detected in the image, judging that the conference participants are not focused on the conference. Further, when the face is detected, whether the face appears in the image can be determined according to the proportion of the face in the acquired image; or whether the human face is detected can be judged by judging the integrity of the five sense organs of the human face appearing in the image, if the integrity of the five sense organs appearing is larger than a threshold value, the human face is judged to be detected, and the like.

In another embodiment, the collected image information includes face information of the conference participants. Further, in this embodiment, determining the participation state of the participant according to the image information acquired by the camera in the participation process of the participant includes: and determining the concentration degree of the participants according to the facial expression information in the image. In one embodiment, determining the participation concentration degree of the conference participants according to the facial expressions comprises: if the face is detected to face the screen, stare at the screen with two eyes or concentrate on the spirit, the detection of the participants concentrating on the meeting is judged; if the situations that the face expression is smiling, the eyes are not watching the screen, the call is made and the like are detected, the conference participants are judged to be not paying attention to the conference. It is to be understood that if no human face is detected in the image, it is also determined that the conference participants are not attending the conference.

The steps of detecting the face, the body or the facial expression in the image and the like can be realized in any mode.

In one embodiment, image information is detected, only whether a face or body part is detected in the image; furthermore, in the same conference, the detection result of the human face/body is counted according to more than two pieces of acquired image information, and whether the participants are concentrated in the conference is further judged. In a specific embodiment, in the same conference, for any conference participant, the proportion of the image in which the face/body is detected in all the image information in all the images is counted, and if the proportion of the detected image in which the face/body is detected in the image collected in the whole conference exceeds a certain value, it is determined that the conference participant is in the conference and the conference participant is involved.

Further, in one embodiment, a preset number of pieces of image information may be collected during a meeting; specifically, the images may be collected randomly during the conference, or the images of the conference participants may be collected at two or more set conference progress times, for example, the images may be collected at specific times such as 5 th minute, 10 th minute, 20 th minute, …, and the like, when the conference starts. In another embodiment, the image information may be acquired every predetermined time. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the point in time and/or the number of images acquired may be selected in other ways.

Further, in one embodiment, the online conference record further includes conference participation statistical information of the conference, wherein the conference participation statistical information can be counted according to the conference participation state. Further, in one embodiment, the participant situation statistics include the concentration time, the non-concentration time, and the like of each participant during the conference. In another embodiment, the participant situation statistics information includes the number of participants participating in a conference, the percentage of participants participating in the conference, and so on. In other embodiments, the reference statistics may include other aspects of the statistics. Further, the reference situation statistical information can be displayed in a table form, a graph form or other forms.

In the embodiment, the image information of the participants is acquired through the camera in the conference process, the participation states of the participants are determined according to the image information, and the participation states of the participants in the conference are counted and provided to the specific account number user as the online conference record for viewing, so that the specific account number user can better know the specific situation of the online conference; other decisions may be made subsequently based on online meeting conditions, and so on.

In an embodiment, the present application further provides a method for generating a meeting record, which is described by taking the application of the method to the server in fig. 1 as an example, and includes: receiving a conference request, and analyzing the account numbers of participants in the conference request; sending a meeting notice to the corresponding participant according to the participant account; establishing a conference according to the conference request; when the conference is finished, acquiring conference information of the conference, and generating and storing conference records of the conference; the conference information includes a conference subject, a conference initiator, a conference duration, and participants.

The method comprises the following steps that a user initiates a conference request to a background server through a client; in one embodiment, a user can initiate a conference request to a background server through a conference function in an application program, and the conference request is used for requesting the background server to initiate a conference or reserve the conference; further, in one embodiment, the meeting may be requested by setting meeting subject, meeting time, meeting duration, meeting participants, and other meeting information. And after receiving the conference request, the background server analyzes the account information of the participants in the conference request, and then sends a conference notice to the corresponding participants according to the account information of the participants. The conference notification includes conference subject, conference time, conference duration, conference participants, other conference information, and the like.

In one embodiment, if the conference request is a conference initiation request, the background server sends a conference notification to the account of the participant, and may directly send a conference entrance notification to the participant after the conference is created according to the conference initiation request.

In another embodiment, after the background server sends a conference notification to the participants if the conference request is a conference reservation request, and when a conference initiation request sent by a conference initiator corresponding to the conference reservation request is received, a conference is created according to the conference initiation request, and a conference entrance notification is sent to the account of the participants. The background server can be implemented according to any one of the manners according to the conference request.

Further, in an embodiment, if a conference end request sent by a conference initiator is received in a conference process, the conference is determined to be ended, the background server obtains conference information of the conference, and generates a corresponding conference record based on the conference information for storage. In one embodiment, a corresponding conference record is generated according to the acquired conference information, and the conference record is stored to the predetermined path.

Further, in an embodiment, after generating and storing the corresponding meeting record, the backend server further includes: and returning the generated conference record to the account of the conference initiator of the conference.

In the foregoing embodiment, a method for generating a conference record is provided, where a conference notification is sent to a corresponding participant according to a conference request sent by a user, a conference is created, and after the conference is ended, conference information corresponding to the conference is obtained to generate a corresponding conference record. Corresponding conference records are generated for all online conferences initiated by the users to be stored, and subsequent specific account users can acquire the conference records corresponding to the screening conditions by sending conference query requests to the background server, so that the specific account users can know the service conditions of the online conferences of the enterprises conveniently.

In one embodiment, when a conference initiator initiates a conference, whether a conference participant needs to be informed to open a camera to acquire an image of the participant in the conference participating process can be selected; if the conference initiator chooses to notify the participants that the camera needs to be opened in the process of participating, the notification information is carried when the conference notification is sent to the participants.

Further, in one embodiment, the conference initiator may choose whether to turn on the cameras of the conference participant terminals by default when initiating the conference. If the conference initiator selects to open the camera of the conference participant terminal by default, the camera of the conference participant is opened by default when the conference participant enters the conference through the conference notification. It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, it is assumed that the application program to which the conference belongs obtains rights such as a camera of the conference participant terminal.

In another embodiment, when a conference initiator selects to open a camera of a terminal of a conference participant by default, when the conference participant enters a conference through a conference notification, a camera opening request is displayed on a terminal interface of the conference participant, and when the camera opening request is received to confirm opening, the camera of the terminal is opened and enters a conference interface; and if the feedback information of the camera opening request is received, the camera is not allowed to enter the conference. In one embodiment, the default camera that is requested to be turned on is the front-facing camera.

Further, in one embodiment, in the conference process, the camera acquires the conference participation images of the conference participants, and determines the conference participation states of the conference participants based on the conference participation images of the conference participants.

The determination of the conference state of the conference participants based on the conference images can be performed in real time during the conference or after the conference is finished. In an embodiment, when the process is performed in real time during the conference, a prompt message may be sent to the terminal of the conference participant when it is detected that the conference participant is not attending the conference state of the conference participant, so as to remind the conference participant to attend the conference.

In the above embodiment, when the conference initiator initiates the conference, it may be selected whether to notify the conference participants of starting the camera in the conference process, or to select default starting of the camera in the conference participants. The image information of the participants can be collected through the camera in the conference process, the participation concentration degree and other information of the participants can be determined based on the image information, the state of the participants in the conference process can be better known, and the participants can be urged to participate in the online conference.

In another embodiment, a background server receives a conference query permission application request, and forwards the conference query permission application request to an administrator account of an enterprise where the conference query permission application request is located; the enterprise where the account is located refers to the enterprise where the account corresponding to the conference inquiry authority application request is located; and receiving feedback information of the administrator account for the meeting inquiry permission application request, and sending the feedback information to the account corresponding to the meeting inquiry permission application request according to the feedback information.

Further, in an embodiment, if the feedback information of the administrator account is an agreement, sending feedback information of successful application to the account corresponding to the conference inquiry authority application request, opening a conference inquiry authority for the account corresponding to the conference inquiry authority application request, and setting a conference inquiry authority identifier for the account corresponding to the conference inquiry authority application request, that is, setting the account corresponding to the conference inquiry authority application request as a specific account; and the user corresponding to the account can send a conference inquiry request to the background server to acquire the conference record of the enterprise. In another embodiment, if the feedback information of the administrator account is not agreed, the feedback information of application failure is sent to the account corresponding to the conference inquiry authority application request.

In the above embodiment, an enterprise user may obtain a right to view a conference record by applying for a conference query right to an administrator, the background server sends a conference query right application request initiated by the user to an account of the administrator corresponding to the enterprise, and receives feedback information of the conference query right application request from the administrator of the enterprise to determine whether to open a corresponding right for the account corresponding to the conference query right application request.

The application also provides an application scene, and the online meeting record query method is applied to the application scene. Specifically, the application of the online meeting record query method in the application scenario is as follows:

in the application scenario, the online conference record query method is applied to enterprise WeChat, and as shown in FIG. 6, is an architecture diagram of an application scenario of the online conference record query method in this embodiment. The enterprise staff can initiate an online conference through enterprise WeChat, the participants participate in the conference online, and the background server generates and stores the corresponding conference record after the conference is finished. The user with the specific account number can initiate a conference record acquisition request to the background server at the management end so as to acquire all online conference records of the enterprise where the user is located, and online conference record information is displayed on an application program interface of the management end. In this embodiment, a specific account user is taken as an example of an administrator.

Wherein, enterprise believe client a little: for users to initiate voice and video conferences. Storing a background: for storing conference data initiated by members at the client. A management end background: for handling meeting usage, meeting usage details, etc. A Web management end: and the conference recording information is displayed.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, a timing chart of the online meeting record query method in this embodiment is shown.

Further, as shown in fig. 8(1), an interface diagram of displaying all the meeting records on the brief line on the interface of the administrator side in an embodiment is shown; in this embodiment, when the administrator clicks the online meeting record query instruction in the interface, all online meeting records of the enterprise where the administrator is located are obtained from the server and displayed on the interface. In this embodiment, information of all administrators, an online conference use profile, an online conference use detail option, and a conference screening control (including a conference initiation time screening option, a conference initiator screening option, and a department screening option where a conference initiator is located) are also displayed in the interface. The meeting detail viewing option is not shown in the picture, and the meeting detail information can be viewed by double-clicking the corresponding brief online meeting record.

Fig. 8(2) is an interface diagram showing details of the conference use in one embodiment. In this embodiment, the online conference records corresponding to each historical time period are respectively counted, and an administrator can select any other historical time period to view the corresponding conference times.

Fig. 8(3) is a schematic interface diagram illustrating screening of conference records for an administrator based on a department where a conference initiator is located in a specific embodiment, where the diagram illustrates department options corresponding to departments of an enterprise where the administrator is located; the administrator may select one or more departments from all department options, with the selected department displayed to the right of the interface.

Fig. 8(4) is a schematic interface diagram showing a detailed online conference record in one embodiment. The detailed online meeting record shown in the figure includes the subject of the meeting, the time of the meeting, the type of the meeting, the initiator of the meeting, the duration of the meeting, the list of attendees, the list of non-attendees, the remark information of the meeting, and the accessories of the meeting. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the detailed online meeting record may also include other information.

The method is applied to enterprise WeChat, can provide an administrator account for an enterprise to check the conference record of the enterprise, is convenient for the enterprise to pay attention to the online conference use condition, the growth condition and the like of the staff, and is favorable for better popularization and use of the online conference in the enterprise.

It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts involved in the above embodiments are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in each flowchart involved in the above embodiments may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, an online meeting record query apparatus is provided, which may be a part of a computer device using a software module or a hardware module, or a combination of the two modules, and specifically includes: an instruction receiving module 910, an information filtering module 920 and a display module 930, wherein:

the instruction receiving module 910 is configured to display a conference screening control on a display interface corresponding to an application of a specific account; when a conference screening command is received based on a conference screening control displayed in an interface, screening information corresponding to the online conference record screening command is read; the specific account number comprises an account number with conference inquiry authority.

The information screening module 920 is configured to screen all online conference records according to the screening information to obtain corresponding screened online conference records; all online meeting records comprise all online meeting records of an enterprise where a specific account number associated with a meeting screening instruction is located;

and a display module 930 configured to display the screened online meeting record on the interface.

According to the online meeting record inquiry device, the meeting screening control is displayed on the corresponding display interface of the application program of the specific account with the meeting inquiry authority, screening information corresponding to the meeting screening control is determined when a meeting screening instruction is received based on the meeting screening control, corresponding screened online meeting records are screened from all online meeting records of an enterprise where an administrator is located by combining the screening information, and the screened meeting records are displayed on the interface. The device provides a method for counting the online meeting records associated with the enterprise and displaying the online meeting records on the application program display interface of the specific account, so that the online meeting records which the administrator wants to pay attention to can be presented to the administrator, and the administrator can pay attention to the daily meeting condition of the employee.

In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: the system comprises a query instruction receiving module, a query instruction processing module and a query instruction processing module, wherein the query instruction receiving module is used for receiving an online conference record query instruction and reading enterprise account information associated with the online conference record query instruction; the request sending module is used for sending an online conference record obtaining request to the server based on the enterprise account information; the conference record receiving module is used for receiving all online conference records fed back by the server based on the online conference records acquisition request; the display module 930 is further configured to display the conference filtering control and all online conference records on the interface.

Further, in an embodiment, the display module 930 of the apparatus is specifically configured to: and replacing all online meeting records displayed on the interface with screened online meeting records.

In one embodiment, the conference screening control comprises a screening option of a department where a conference initiator is located; in this embodiment, the display module 930 is further configured to display the department option on the interface when receiving the online meeting record screening instruction based on the department screening option where the meeting initiator is located; the department options include: options corresponding to all departments of the enterprise where the enterprise administrator is located and related to the online meeting record screening instruction; and the department determining module is used for reading the department corresponding to the department selection instruction when receiving the department selection instruction based on the department option and determining the department as the screened department.

In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: the conference use profile information generation module is used for generating corresponding conference use profile information based on all online conference records; the display module 930 is further configured to display the meeting use detail option and the meeting use profile information on the interface; the conference use detail counting module is used for dividing all online conference records into a plurality of historical time periods when a conference use detail checking instruction is received based on the conference use detail option, and counting each historical time period to obtain corresponding conference use details; the display module 930 is further configured to display, on the interface, the meeting use details corresponding to each historical time period of meeting use.

In one embodiment, all online meeting records are brief online meeting records; in this embodiment, the display module 930 of the apparatus is further configured to: displaying a meeting detail viewing option in an interface; the meeting detail viewing options correspond to the meeting records on the brief line one by one; the detail meeting record obtaining module is used for obtaining a detail on-line meeting record of the meeting record on the brief line corresponding to the meeting detail checking instruction when the meeting detail checking instruction is received based on the meeting detail checking option; the display module 930 is also used to display the meeting record on the detailed line on the interface.

In one embodiment, the meeting screening control comprises: at least one of a conference initiating time screening option, a conference initiator department screening option, a conference subject screening option, and a participant screening option.

In another embodiment, the present application further provides a conference record generating apparatus, including: the system comprises an instruction receiving module, a conference notification module, a conference creation module and a conference recording module. Wherein:

the instruction receiving module is used for receiving the conference request and analyzing the account numbers of the participants in the conference request;

the conference recording module is used for acquiring conference information of the conference and generating and storing conference records of the conference when the conference is finished; the conference information includes a conference subject, a conference initiator, a conference duration, and participants.

For specific limitations of the online meeting record query device, reference may be made to the above limitations on the online meeting record query method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the online meeting record inquiry device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an online meeting record query method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.

In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.

In one embodiment, a computer program product or computer program is provided that includes computer instructions stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The computer instructions are read by a processor of a computer device from a computer-readable storage medium, and the computer instructions are executed by the processor to cause the computer device to perform the steps in the above-mentioned method embodiments.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.

All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims

1. An online conference record query method, the method comprising:

and displaying the online meeting record after screening on the interface.

The method for querying online meeting records of claim 1, wherein when a meeting screening command is received based on a meeting screening control displayed in an interface, before reading screening information corresponding to the online meeting record screening command, the method further comprises:

receiving an online meeting record query instruction, and reading enterprise account information associated with the online meeting record query instruction;

sending an online conference record acquisition request to a server based on the enterprise account information;

receiving all online meeting records fed back by the server based on the online meeting record acquisition request;

and displaying a conference screening control and all online conference records on an interface.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein displaying the filtered online meeting record on the interface comprises: and replacing all online meeting records displayed on the interface with the screened online meeting records.

4. The method of claim 2, wherein the meeting screening control includes a screening option of a department where a meeting initiator is located;

displaying the department option on an interface when receiving an online meeting record screening instruction based on the department screening option where the meeting initiator is located; the department options include: options corresponding to all departments of the enterprise where the specific account related to the online meeting record screening instruction is located;

and when receiving a department selection instruction based on the department option, reading a department corresponding to the department selection instruction, and determining the department as a screened department.

5. The method for querying online meeting record of claim 2, after receiving all online meeting records fed back by the server based on the online meeting record obtaining request, further comprising:

generating corresponding conference use profile information based on all the online conference records;

displaying meeting use detail options and the meeting use profile information on the interface;

when a conference use detail viewing instruction is received based on the conference use detail option, dividing all online conference records into a plurality of historical time periods, and counting each historical time period to obtain corresponding conference use details;

and displaying the conference use details corresponding to the conference use historical time periods on the interface.

6. The method of claim 2, wherein all online meeting records are brief online meeting records;

after receiving all online conference records fed back by the server based on the online conference record acquisition request, the method further comprises:

displaying meeting detail viewing options in the interface; the meeting detail viewing options correspond to the meeting records on the brief line one by one;

when a meeting detail checking instruction is received based on the meeting detail checking option, acquiring a detailed online meeting record of the meeting record on the brief line corresponding to the meeting detail checking instruction;

and displaying the detail online meeting record on the interface.

7. A method for generating a conference record, the method comprising:

establishing a conference according to the conference request;
