It should be noted that, the tag matching method based on Excel cascade provided in the embodiments of the present application is generally executed by a server/terminal device, and accordingly, the tag matching device based on Excel cascade is generally set in the server/terminal device.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow chart of one embodiment of a method of Excel cascade-based tag matching in accordance with the present application is shown. The Excel cascade-based tag matching method comprises the following steps:
step S201, receiving a lower-level tag display instruction, and extracting a target display area and an upper-level tag from the lower-level tag display instruction, wherein the upper-level tag comprises special characters.
In this embodiment, the electronic device (for example, the server/terminal device shown in fig. 1) on which the tag matching method based on Excel cascade operates may receive the lower-level tag display instruction through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. It should be noted that the wireless connection may include, but is not limited to, 3G/4G/5G connection, wiFi connection, bluetooth connection, wiMAX connection, zigbee connection, UWB (ultra wideband) connection, and other now known or later developed wireless connection.
The lower-level tag display instruction can be generated after clicking by a user, for example, after the user selects an upper-level tag and clicks a display button for displaying the lower-level tag, the lower-level tag display instruction is generated; the lower-level tag display instruction can also be automatically generated after the user selects the upper-level tag.
The target display area is used for displaying the lower-level labels.
The upper label may include a special character, for example, in the financial field, the upper label may be "insurance & claim", where "&" is a special character, and for example, the upper label may be "this", where "" is a special character.
Step S202, matching the target identification corresponding to the upper-level label through a text matching model, and acquiring all lower-level labels corresponding to the target identification from a preset database.
In this embodiment, the target identifier may be text, or a combination of text and number, such as "first level identifier", "first level 0".
The text matching model forms a data set by pre-training a first corresponding relation (specifically please refer to the description below) between the superior label and the target label, and in practical application, the target label corresponding to the superior label is matched from the data set; it should be noted that the text matching model is not built in Excel.
The preset database is built in Excel, specifically a name manager tool built in Excel, and matching of the target identifier and the lower-level tag is achieved according to the association content of a second corresponding relation (specifically please refer to the description below) between the lower-level tag and the target identifier, which is preset in the name manager.
And step S203, displaying all the lower-level labels in the target display area.
In this embodiment, when the target display area displays the lower-level tags, the target display area may directly display all lower-level tags, or may display only a part of lower-level tags, and realize that a part of lower-level tags are switched to another part of lower-level tags by means of dragging up and down by a scroll bar; in addition, the sorting mode of the lower-level labels can be used for paging display (for example, 10 lower-level labels are displayed on each page), and the effect of switching part of lower-level labels to the other part of lower-level labels can be achieved.
In practical applications, the Excel cascade may include a hidden worksheet (see the description below), and a display worksheet, where the superior label, the subordinate label, and the target identifier are located on the hidden worksheet, and the target display area is located on the display worksheet, so as to distinguish the data (i.e., the superior label, the subordinate label, and the target identifier) from the target display area, so as to facilitate management and display of the data.
According to the method and the device, the matching model is adopted to match the target identifier corresponding to the upper-level tag, and then all lower-level tags corresponding to the target identifier are acquired from the preset database, so that even if special characters are carried in the upper-level tag, all lower-level tags corresponding to the upper-level tag can be matched, the displayable content of the upper-level tag and the applicable scene of Excel cascading are enriched, and the universality is strong.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, step 202, before the step of obtaining, from the preset database, all the lower-level tags corresponding to the target identifier, further includes:
displaying the target mark in the target display area;
in the step 202, the step of obtaining all the lower-level tags corresponding to the target identifier from the preset database includes:
when the target display area displays the target identifier, acquiring all lower-level labels corresponding to the target identifier from a preset database.
In this embodiment, the target display area is a matching point, when the target identifier is displayed in the target display area, a lower-level tag obtaining instruction is formed, the target identifier is obtained from the matching point according to the lower-level tag obtaining instruction, and all lower-level tags corresponding to the target identifier are obtained from a preset database, so that the matching of the upper-level tag with special characters with the lower-level tag is realized.
Further, when the target mark is displayed in the target display area, the target mark may be displayed in a hidden manner (not visible to the user) or may be displayed in a non-hidden manner (visible to the user).
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, before the step of matching, by the text matching model, the target identifier corresponding to the upper-level tag and obtaining, from a preset database, all the lower-level tags corresponding to the target identifier in the step S202, the method further includes:
acquiring tag data, and extracting an upper-level tag, a lower-level tag and a target identifier to be associated from the tag data;
respectively establishing a first corresponding relation between an upper-level label to be associated and a target identifier and a second corresponding relation between a lower-level label to be associated and the target identifier;
and constructing a text matching model according to the first corresponding relation, and constructing a preset database according to the second corresponding relation.
In this embodiment, in the Excel table, the upper-level tag, the lower-level tag, and the target identifier may be set in the same row/column, and a first correspondence between the upper-level tag to be associated and the target identifier, and a second correspondence between the lower-level tag to be associated and the target identifier may be respectively established; for example, an upper-level tag may be set in column a of row 1, lower-level tags may be set in columns B to O of row 1 (specifically, the number of actual columns may be determined according to the number of lower-level tags), and a target identifier may be set in column Q of row 1; similarly, the upper-level tag may be set in the 1 st row of the a column, the lower-level tags may be set in the 2 nd to 10 th rows of the a column (specifically, the actual column number may be determined according to the number of the lower-level tags), and the target identifier may be set in the 12 th row of the a column.
After the upper-level tag, the lower-level tag and the target identifier are arranged in an Excel table, a text matching model is pre-trained according to the first corresponding relation, a first corresponding relation between the upper-level tag and the target identifier is established, a text matching model is established according to the first corresponding relation, a second corresponding relation between the lower-level tag and the target identifier is established through a name manager built in the Excel, and a preset database is established according to the second corresponding relation component text matching model.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, before the step of establishing the first correspondence between the superior label to be associated and the target identifier and the second correspondence between the subordinate label to be associated and the target identifier, the method further includes:
and creating a hidden worksheet, and importing the upper-level tag, the lower-level tag and the target identifier into the hidden worksheet.
In this embodiment, the hidden worksheets are non-exposed worksheets of an Excel cascade; for example, in the process of actual Excel cascade display, the hidden worksheet is not displayed, for example, the display worksheet for Excel cascade display is Sheet1, and the hidden worksheet is Sheet2; the hidden worksheet is used for storing, so that the worksheets for displaying and the hidden worksheets for storing the data are divided according to the functionality, and subsequent management and maintenance are facilitated.
Furthermore, a password can be set in the hidden worksheet, namely when the hidden worksheet is entered, the data of the upper-level tag, the lower-level tag and the target identifier in the hidden worksheet can be checked only by inputting the password for verification, so that the data security of the upper-level tag, the lower-level tag and the target identifier in the hidden worksheet is ensured.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the step of displaying all the subordinate tags in the target display area includes:
and acquiring a preset ordering rule of the lower-level labels, and sequentially displaying all the lower-level labels in the target display area according to the preset ordering rule.
In this embodiment, the preset sorting rule may be a click rate sorting rule, and sort the lower tags by the click rate, which is described in detail below.
The preset sorting rule may also be an initial sorting rule; the first letter sorting rule is specifically that sorting is performed according to the first letters of pinyin of the first word in each lower-level label, for example, sorting is performed on each lower-level label from a to z.
The preset sorting rule may be a grouping sorting rule, specifically, all the labels to be displayed are grouped according to a preset standard, for example, in the financial field, stock is group a, loan is group B, money is group C, and the labels are sequentially displayed according to the order of group a, group B and group C.
And a preset ordering rule is adopted, so that a user can conveniently find the lower label of the target, and the user experience is improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the preset ordering rule is a click volume rule; the step of sequentially displaying all the subordinate tags in the target display area according to the preset ordering rule comprises the following steps:
reordering all the lower labels according to the clicked quantity of each lower label according to the click quantity rule;
and displaying all the reordered lower labels in the target display area in sequence.
In this embodiment, the preset sorting rule may be a click rate sorting rule, specifically, after each time of displaying the lower label, the click rate of each lower label is counted (when the lower label is clicked, the click rate is increased by one), and all lower labels are reordered according to the click rate of each lower label, so that when the same lower label is displayed next time, the reordered lower labels are displayed in order, so that the lower label for searching the target is facilitated.
When each lower label is displayed for the first time, the lower labels are displayed after being ordered according to the initial ordering rule.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the step of displaying all the subordinate tags in the target display area includes:
acquiring a preset configuration format, and performing format conversion on each lower-level tag according to the preset configuration format;
and displaying all the lower-level labels after format conversion in the target display area.
In this embodiment, the preset configuration format is obtained according to obtaining the existing superior label/subordinate label/other text content (such as a worksheet title, a cascading menu name) in the exhibition worksheet (see the description about the exhibition worksheet above), where the preset configuration format includes a font, a font size, a font format (such as a bold, underlined, font color, etc. font format), and the like.
In the actual lower label display, format conversion is carried out on each lower label according to a preset configuration format, so that fonts of each lower label in a display form and other texts (such as other lower labels, upper labels, preset text information and the like) are unified, and the overall consistency of the fonts in the worksheet is ensured.
It should be emphasized that, to further ensure the privacy and security of the above-mentioned superior label, inferior label and target identifier, the above-mentioned superior label, inferior label and target identifier may also be stored in a node of a blockchain.
The blockchain referred to in the application is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanism, encryption algorithm and the like. The Blockchain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralised database, is a string of data blocks that are generated by cryptographic means in association, each data block containing a batch of information of network transactions for verifying the validity of the information (anti-counterfeiting) and generating the next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product services layer, an application services layer, and the like.
The embodiment of the application can acquire and process the related data based on the artificial intelligence technology. Among these, artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence, AI) is the theory, method, technique and application system that uses a digital computer or a digital computer-controlled machine to simulate, extend and extend human intelligence, sense the environment, acquire knowledge and use knowledge to obtain optimal results.
