The above manner of selecting the number of times of user resource exchange records may be set according to specific situations, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Therefore, the consumption demand of the user is quantified through the demand parameters, and then the target information is pushed to the user according to the demand parameters of the user, so that the possibility of invalid pushing is reduced, the accuracy of the target information pushed to the user is improved, and the possibility of consumption of the user is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the target information is pushed to the user, and the first pushing frequency of the user is determined according to the resource expenditure level; determining a second pushing frequency of the user corresponding to each resource exchange target class according to the demand parameters of the user on different resource exchange classes and the first pushing frequency; and pushing the target information corresponding to each resource exchange category to the user in the time period corresponding to the resource exchange time period according to the second pushing frequency.

In addition, in order to ensure that the pushed target information can be received by the user, a resource exchange period in which the resource exchange target category corresponding to the target information is located can be obtained through the second record information of the user, and the corresponding target information is pushed to the user in the resource exchange period.
For example, according to the second record information of the user, resource exchange periods of different resource exchange target categories of the user are respectively acquired. It should be noted that, in the above examples, the preset level push relationship, the first push frequency, the second push frequency, and the requirement parameter are only used for illustration, and may be set according to actual situations, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Therefore, through analysis of the payment type and the payment period of the user, the possibility of invalid pushing is reduced, the accuracy of target information pushed by the user is further improved, and the possibility of receiving the target information by the user is improved.
By adopting the method, the first record information of the user aiming at the target object and the second record information in the latest preset time period are determined from the resource exchange record information by acquiring the resource exchange record information of the user in the target time period, the resource expenditure level of the user is determined according to the first record information and the resource exchange record information, and the target information is pushed to the user according to the resource expenditure level and the second record information. In this way, the method and the device can determine the resource expenditure grade of the user through the resource exchange record information of the user, push the target information of the corresponding grade to the user, and further improve the accuracy of the target information pushed by the user by combining the recent second record information of the user.

and determining the resource re-exchange capacity of the user for the target object according to the total resource re-exchange times and the resource re-exchange information.
