When the slide block 22 is lifted to a set position, the upper wall surface of the limit boss is pressed below the trigger button 51 to trigger the position switch 5 to act, so that the driving motor 211 is powered off, and the lifting base is kept at a set height position.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the transmission component includes a gear 212 connected to the output end of the transmission component and a rack 223 correspondingly and fixedly disposed on the slider 22, and the driving motor 211 drives the rack 223 to move by using the gear 212, so that the displacement is relatively large. The driving module 2 further comprises a base shell 21 fixed on the fixing seat 1, the power component is fixedly arranged in the base shell 21, and a sliding groove is formed in one side of the base shell 21.
The sliding block 22 is connected in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, an opening avoiding the gear 212 is formed in the middle of the sliding block 22, a rack 223 which extends in the vertical direction is fixedly arranged on the sliding block 22 close to the opening, the gear 212 drives the rack 223 to move up and down in a rotating mode under the driving of the power part, and therefore the whole sliding block 22 is driven to move up and down.
Specifically, the base housing 21 includes a mounting portion for accommodating and mounting the driving motor 211 and a slide groove portion for slidably fitting with the slide 22. The gear 212 is located in the sliding connection frame 224, a rack 223 extending in the vertical direction is fixedly arranged on the sliding connection frame 224 near the side of the gear 212, and the rack 223 is fixedly connected between the upper and lower frames of the sliding connection frame 224. When the gear 212 is driven by the power component to rotate, the rack 223 can be driven to move up and down, and then the whole slide block 22 is driven to move up and down, so that the purpose of driving the lifting base to lift is achieved.
In this embodiment, the first supporting platform 221 is connected to the outer side surface of the sliding connection frame 224, which is far away from the driving motor 211, the first supporting platform 221 is a corner supporting seat formed by a horizontal supporting plate 2211, a first vertical limiting plate 2212 and a second vertical limiting plate 2213, and the first vertical limiting plate 2212 is connected to the sliding connection frame 224 through a connecting wall.
The second supporting platform 222 is connected to the outside of the other end of the sliding connection frame 224, the second supporting platform 222 is located outside the base shell 21, the second supporting platform 222 is a corner supporting seat formed by a horizontal supporting plate 2211, a first vertical limiting plate 2212 and a second vertical limiting plate 2213, wherein the first vertical limiting plate 2212 is connected to the sliding connection frame 224 through an extending connection wall 225 with an L-shaped cross section.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the limit boss protrudes and extends from the end face of the lower frame of the sliding connection frame 224 to the position switch 5 side, and the position switch 5 is correspondingly and fixedly arranged at a set height position on the outer wall of the base shell 21.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a washing machine having the above-mentioned lifting pedestal, wherein the lifting pedestal is mounted on a bottom platform of the washing machine. Four corner positions of the bottom platform of the washing machine are respectively provided with a fixed supporting leg 61. The washing machine may be driven by two driving modules 2, or may be driven by four driving modules 2 disposed at four corner positions of the washing machine base 6. Preferably, the washing machine in this embodiment is driven by two driving modules 2, a first driving module 201 and a second driving module 202.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, when receiving a lifting instruction, the driving motor 211 of the driving module 2 starts to drive the gear 212 to drive the rack 223 to move upwards, and further drives the entire slider 22 to move upwards, the supporting platform 2201 on the slider 22 drives one end of the supporting rod 3 to move, the middle part of the supporting rod 3 rotates through the hinge shaft, the other end of the supporting rod 3 presses the lifting foot 4 to move downwards, so that the sliding wheel 42 moves downwards, when the bottommost end of the sliding wheel 42 is lower than the bottommost end of the fixed supporting foot 61 below the washing machine base 6, the whole washing machine is lifted, the limit triggering part 226 of the slider 22 moves upwards to a set position, the position switch 5 is triggered to operate, and the driving motor 211 is powered off to keep the position. When the driving motor 211 receives a lowering command, the driving motor 211 is electrified and released, and the washing machine slowly descends until the fixed supporting leg 61 completely lands under the action of the one-way damper 33.
According to the washing machine provided by the embodiment, by adopting the lifting base described in the above embodiment, a plurality of supporting tables 2201 can be arranged on one sliding block 22, and the supporting rods 3 extending from the sliding block 22 to different directions are respectively overlapped and supported on the plurality of supporting tables 2201, so that the whole washing machine can be driven to lift at least by one driving module 2, and the production cost of the washing machine is greatly reduced.
Of course, the lifting base provided by the invention is not limited to be applied to washing machines, and can also be applied to other household appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, disinfection cabinets and the like.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A lifting base, comprising:
a fixed seat;
the driving module comprises a power part, a transmission part and a sliding block;
the middle part of the supporting rod is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat;
the power part is arranged on the fixing seat, the power part drives the sliding block to slide up and down on the fixing seat through the transmission part, the sliding block drives one end of the supporting rod to move, and the other end of the supporting rod drives the lifting foot on the end part to lift in the vertical direction.
2. The elevating base as set forth in claim 1, wherein:
the supporting platform is arranged on the sliding block, one end of the supporting rod is supported on the supporting platform in a lap joint mode, the sliding block slides upwards under the driving of the power component, and the supporting platform of the sliding block pushes one end of the supporting rod to move upwards, so that the other end of the supporting rod drives the lifting foot to move downwards.
3. The elevating base as set forth in claim 2, wherein:
the supporting tables comprise a first supporting table and a second supporting table which are positioned at two sides of the sliding block, and the supporting rods comprise a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod, wherein the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are respectively supported on the first supporting table and the second supporting table in an overlapping mode;
the lifting foot comprises a longitudinal supporting column which is connected to the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod respectively and far away from the lower part of the side end of the supporting table, and the longitudinal supporting column can penetrate through the fixed seat and can slide up and down in the vertical direction.
4. The elevating base as set forth in claim 3, wherein:
the lifting foot further comprises a sliding wheel fixedly connected to the lower end of the longitudinal supporting column, a compression spring is sleeved on the upper portion of the longitudinal supporting column and is in compression abutting connection between the end portion of the supporting rod and the fixing seat.
5. The elevating base as set forth in any one of claims 2-4, wherein:
the support rod is a curved rod, one end of the curved rod is in lap joint fit with the support table, the other end of the curved rod is fixedly connected with the lifting foot, and a hinge part which can be in hinge fit with the fixed seat is formed in the middle of the curved rod;
the supporting platform comprises a horizontal supporting plate which is horizontally arranged, the end part of the curved bar close to the supporting platform side is provided with a horizontal lap joint section which is horizontally arranged, and the horizontal lap joint section is supported on the horizontal supporting plate in a lap joint manner;
preferably, a one-way damper is arranged at a hinged position in the middle of the curved bar, and the one-way damper generates damping force when the lifting base falls.
6. The elevating base as set forth in claim 5, wherein:
the supporting table further comprises a first vertical limiting plate and a second vertical limiting plate which are connected to two adjacent edges of the horizontal supporting plate, and the first vertical limiting plate and the second vertical limiting plate and the horizontal supporting plate form a corner supporting table.
7. The elevating base as set forth in any one of claims 1-6, wherein:
the power part is a driving motor which can be self-locked and kept at a power-off position in a power-off state, and a position switch electrically connected with the driving motor is arranged at a set height position above the fixed seat;
and a limiting trigger part is arranged on the slide block corresponding to the position switch, and when the slide block rises to a set height position, the limiting trigger part triggers the position switch to act, so that the driving motor is kept at a power-off position when the power is off.
8. The elevating base as set forth in any one of claims 1-7, wherein:
the driving module comprises a driving component, a power component and a sliding block, wherein the driving component comprises a gear connected to the output end of the driving component and a rack correspondingly and fixedly arranged on the sliding block, the driving module further comprises a base shell fixedly arranged on the fixed seat, the power component is fixedly arranged in the base shell, and one side of the base shell is provided with a sliding groove;
the slider sliding connection be in the spout, the centre of slider has the opening of dodging the gear, sets firmly one and extends the rack that sets up along vertical direction near the position of opening side on the slider, the gear rotates the drive rack and reciprocates under the drive of power part, and then drives whole slider and reciprocate.
