the upper slotting mechanism (400) comprises a fourth supporting seat (410), an upper slotting component (420) and an upper slotting depth adjusting component (430) for driving the upper slotting component (420) to move up and down, wherein the top of the fourth supporting seat (410) is provided with first guide side plates (410 a) in bilateral symmetry, the upper slotting component (420) comprises sliding seats (420 a) capable of sliding up and down along the first guide side plates (410 a), spiral knife mounting grooves (420 b) which are arranged between the two sliding seats (420 a) and have openings at the tops, spiral knives (420 c) mounted in the spiral knife mounting grooves (420 b) and slotting driving motors (420 d) which are mounted on the side walls of the sliding seats (420 a) and have output shafts connected with the spiral knives (420 c);
lower fluting mechanism (500), including fifth supporting seat (510), the top bilateral symmetry of fifth supporting seat (510) is provided with second direction curb plate (510 a), be provided with on second direction curb plate (510 a) along gliding blade holder fixed cross beam (510 b) from top to bottom of second direction curb plate (510 a), be provided with lower fluting subassembly (530) and elasticity compression roller subassembly (540) on blade holder fixed cross beam (510 b) respectively, and the top of second direction curb plate (510 a) is provided with drive blade holder fixed cross beam (510 b) gliding lower fluting degree of depth regulating assembly (520) from top to bottom.

A floor heating panel edge milling and grooving machine according to claim 1, wherein the limiting mechanism (100) comprises a first supporting seat (110), a guide roller assembly (120) arranged on the first supporting seat (110), a first limiting assembly (130) and a second limiting assembly (140) symmetrically arranged at left and right sides of the first supporting seat (110), and a distance between the first limiting assembly (130) and the second limiting assembly (140) is adjustable.

A floor heating panel edge milling grooving machine according to claim 2, wherein the guide roller assembly (120) comprises a support column (120 a) mounted on the first support base (110) in bilateral symmetry, a transverse bearing block (120 b) provided on the support column (120 a), and a guide roller (120 c) provided on the transverse bearing block (120 b).

A floor heating plate edge milling and grooving machine according to claim 2, wherein the first limiting assembly (130) comprises a first screw rod (130 a) penetrating through a right end shaft base of the first supporting seat (110), a right guide seat (130 b) moving left and right along with the first screw rod (130 a), a right guide supporting plate (130 c) vertically installed on the right guide seat (130 b), and a right limiting plate (130 d) arranged on an inner side edge of the right guide supporting plate (130 c).

The floor heating plate edge milling and grooving machine according to claim 2, wherein the second limiting assembly (140) comprises a first lead screw (130 a) penetrating through a left end shaft seat of the first supporting seat (110), a left guide seat (140 b) moving left and right along the second lead screw (140 a), a shaft rod (140 c) transversely arranged on the left guide seat (140 b), a horizontal sliding seat (140 d) sleeved on the shaft rod (140 c) and capable of moving left and right along the shaft rod (140 c), a spring (140 e) sleeved on the shaft rod (140 c) and having one end connected with the horizontal sliding seat (140 d) and the other end connected with a left side wall of the left guide seat (140 b), a left guide supporting plate (140 f) vertically arranged on the horizontal sliding seat (140 d), and a left limiting plate (140 h) arranged on an inner side edge of the left guide supporting plate (140 f).

The floor heating plate edge milling and grooving machine according to claim 1, wherein the traction mechanism (200) comprises a second support seat (210), a lower traction roller (220) arranged on the second support seat (210), an upper traction roller (230) positioned right above the lower traction roller (220), a first telescopic rod (240) which is installed at the top of the second support seat (210) and drives the upper traction roller (230) to move up and down, and a traction driving motor (250) which is installed at the bottom of the second support seat (210) and has an output end connected with a shaft rod of the lower traction roller (220) through a conveyor belt.

A floor heating panel edge milling grooving machine according to claim 1, wherein the rolling assembly (330) comprises a second telescopic rod (330 a) mounted on top of the transverse flat plate (320 d), a press roller mounting bracket (330 b) located at a bottom end position of the second telescopic rod (330 a), and a plurality of press rollers (330 c) mounted in the press roller mounting bracket (330 b), and the top of the third support seat (310) has an edge milling support plate (310 a) engaged with the press rollers (330 c).

A floor heating plate edge milling and grooving machine according to claim 1, wherein the upper grooving depth adjusting assembly (430) comprises a first hand wheel rotating shaft (430 a), a first lifter (430 b) connected with an end of the first hand wheel rotating shaft (430 a), a first lifting shaft (430 c) connected with the first lifter (430 b) and vertically arranged with the first hand wheel rotating shaft (430 a), and a top of the first lifting shaft (430 c) is hinged with a bottom of the sliding base (420 a).

A floor heating plate edge milling and grooving machine according to claim 1, wherein the lower grooving depth adjusting assembly (520) comprises a second hand wheel rotating shaft (520 a), a second lifting shaft (520 b) connected with the end of the second hand wheel rotating shaft (520 a), and a second lifting shaft (520 c) connected with the second lifting shaft (520 b) and vertically arranged with the second hand wheel rotating shaft (520 a), and the bottom of the second lifting shaft (520 b) is hinged with the top of the tool apron fixing beam (510 b).
10. A floor heating plate edge milling grooving machine according to claim 1, wherein the lower grooving assembly (530) comprises a motor holder (530 a) mounted on the tool holder fixing beam (510 b), a spindle motor (530 c) provided on the motor holder (530 a), and a lower grooving cutter (530 b) provided at an output end of the spindle motor (530 c).
