Abstract
The invention discloses a directional perfusion chemotherapy indwelling tube in a tumor body, which specifically comprises the following use steps: 1) ablation is first performed over a large area to the interior of the tumor. 2) The chemotherapy indwelling tube is sleeved on the puncture needle, the tail end of the needle tip is placed into a proper position in the tumor in the aspect of imaging positioning, and the physiological saline is injected into the balloon, so that the proximal tube is fixed in the tumor body. 2) The puncture needle is pulled out, the one-way valve is closed, the distal tube is fixed on the skin, and the chemotherapy drugs are filled into the tumor body through the tail end of the distal tube and clamped. 3) The chemotherapy can adjust the amount and frequency of local drug infusion according to the tolerance of a patient, periodically infuse drugs into the tumor body through the tube, and pump out the liquid in the balloon after reaching a period to pull out the tube. The invention has the advantages that: fixing the chemotherapy indwelling tube in the tumor body by utilizing the saccule; the indwelling tube is divided into a proximal tube and a distal tube, and a slide way is arranged at the joint of the two tubes, so that the traction feeling is avoided when the organ moves; the end of the proximal tube is provided with a one-way valve which can prevent the tube from being blocked.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a directional perfusion chemotherapy indwelling tube in a tumor body.
Background
At present, with the development of interventional technology, many tumors can be subjected to percutaneous interventional ablation treatment, including liver cancer, lung cancer and the like. For tumors with huge body types and invading peripheral tissues, especially when important tissues and organs exist around the tumors, the tumors cannot be completely killed, and local normal tissues can be accidentally injured, so that dysfunction is caused. The ablation is to kill cells indiscriminately, while the chemotherapy drug has certain targeting property, the probability of killing tumor cells is relatively high between the tumor cells and normal cells, and the side effect of the whole-body chemotherapy is large, which is easy to cause symptoms such as bone marrow suppression, nerve gastrointestinal tract and the like. Local perfusion chemotherapy mainly generates higher concentration locally through the diffusion of tumor drugs, kills adjacent tumor cells, and has lower concentration on the whole body and smaller side effect. Local perfusion belongs to the chronic mode of killing the tumour, and the patient can face repeated puncture risk, causes unnecessary damage, and the internal portion of tumour puts the pipe, this problem of avoidance that can be fine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a directional perfusion chemotherapy indwelling tube in a tumor body, which solves the problems in the technical background: prior to use, ablation (thermal or chemical) is performed to the interior of the tumor with ablation. Then, the needle channel is processed for tumor elimination to avoid tumor dissemination, and the follow-up steps are as follows:
1. the proximal end of the indwelling tube is provided with a one-way valve which allows the solution to flow in one way, the chemotherapy indwelling tube is sleeved on the puncture needle, the tail end of the needle point is placed into a proper position in the tumor in the aspect of imaging positioning, and the balloon is injected with normal saline to fix the proximal tube in the tumor body.
2. The puncture needle is pulled out, the check valve is closed, the distal tube is fixed on the skin, the chemotherapy drugs are poured into the tumor body through the tail end of the distal tube, the check valve is opened, and after the drug pouring is finished, the check valve is closed to prevent turbid tissues such as blood from flowing back to the inside of the pipeline, so that the blockage of the tube is caused.
3. After the chemotherapy drugs are applied, the distal tube is clamped closed by a clamp on the distal tube.
4. Some tumor bodies are positioned in movable organs, such as lung cancer, liver cancer and the like, and move along with respiratory movement, and because the slide way exists, the tissue can not be pulled.
5. The chemotherapy can adjust the dosage of local medicine according to the tolerance of a patient, the medicine is periodically filled into the tumor body through the tube, and after the period is reached, the liquid in the saccule is pumped out, and the indwelling tube is pulled out.
The method can solve the problem of long-term local chemotherapy, can finish the incomplete ablation of the complicated tissue structure around the tumor, and has wide application value.
