本发明公开了一种制香发酵剂及其制备方法,旨在提供一种促进香料发酵融合、天然植物制备、无化学原料添加的制香发酵剂及其制备方法。所述制香发酵剂按重量份计包括以下组分:沉香1~2份,降真香1~2份,花梨木1~2份,乳香1~2份,没药1~2份,安息香1~2份,金颜香1~2份,香榄脂1.5~3份,龙脑香1.5~3份;所述制香发酵剂的制备方法为:步骤一,所述沉香蒸熟备用;步骤二,所述降真香利用黄酒炮制7天,晾干备用;步骤三,所述花梨木用白酒炮制3天,晾干备用;步骤四,将所述乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香及上述步骤中的沉香、降真香、花梨木分别放入65%度白酒浸泡存放7天;步骤五,将步骤四中的浸泡物分别过滤出酒溶液备用;步骤六,将步骤五中得到的九种溶液进行混合,混合后静置12小时,即完成所述制香发酵剂的制备,本发明应用于香料制备领域。

技术领域
本发明属于香料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种制香发酵剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
香料或香制品的应用由来已久,香在常温下和点燃时能散发出芳香物质,在人们日常生活使用非常广泛。通常情况下香制品(薰点型)为多种香料配比而成的“合香”,合香一直是传统香的主流产品,合香制备过程中有和香发酵的工序,由多种香料和粘粉混合后,加水进行和香,并且加入发酵剂,即为和香发酵,可使香料更好的融合。而现在市面上所售的香产品多为工业制香,由于工业制香中采用的粘粉为化工原料添加剂如羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)制成的胶粉,无法实现天然发酵,不产生发酵效果,所制备的香制品由于香料没有经过发酵融合,只是通过化学原料胶粉的粘合成型,因此香制品在使用过程中所散发的香气混杂,使用体验感较差,同时因为添加较多的化学原料添加剂,在燃烧的过程中会产生有毒害气体,不利于人体健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种促进香料发酵融合、天然植物制备、无化学原料添加的制香发酵剂及其制备方法。
本发明所述制香发酵剂所采用的技术方案是:
按重量份计,所述一种制香发酵剂由以下组分组成:
沉香1~2份降真香1~2份花梨木1~2份乳香1~2份
没药1~2份安息香1~2份金颜香1~2份香榄脂1.5~3份
龙脑香1.5~3份。
优选地,按重量份计,所述一种制香发酵剂由以下组分组成:
沉香1份降真香1份花梨木1份乳香1份没药1份
安息香1份金颜香1份香榄脂1.5份龙脑香1.5份。
本发明所述制香发酵剂的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一,所述沉香蒸熟备用;
步骤二,所述降真香利用黄酒炮制5至8天,晾干备用;
步骤三,所述花梨木用白酒炮制2至4天,晾干备用;
步骤四,将所述乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香及上述步骤中的沉香、降真香、花梨木分别放入50~65%度白酒浸泡存放6~8天;
步骤五,将步骤四中的浸泡物分别过滤出酒溶液备用;
步骤六,将步骤五中得到的九种溶液进行混合,混合后静置10~14小时,即完成所述制香发酵剂的制备。
优选地,所述制香发酵剂的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一,所述沉香文火蒸熟备用;
步骤二,所述降真香利用黄酒炮制7天,晾干备用;
步骤三,所述花梨木用白酒炮制3天,晾干备用;
步骤四,将所述乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香及上述步骤中的沉香、降真香、花梨木分别放入65%度白酒浸泡存放7天;
步骤五,将步骤四中的浸泡物分别过滤出酒溶液备用;
步骤六,将步骤五中得到的九种溶液进行混合,混合后静置12小时,即完成所述制香发酵剂的制备。
进一步地,步骤四中所述乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香、沉香、降真香、花梨木与白酒的浸泡比例均为30%:70%。
进一步地,步骤五中将所述沉香、降真香、花梨木、乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香经白酒浸泡过滤得到的九种酒溶液以1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1.5:1.5的比例混合。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述制香发酵剂中所采用的组分均为天然植物原材料,不加入任何化学原料添加剂,本发明中,按比例制得的制香发酵剂加入到香制品的制作过程进行和香发酵,可有效促进各种香料进行充分地融合,使香气完美融合,制出的香有净化空气,杀灭空气中的病菌,所述制香发酵剂参与各类香料配方均可提高发香效果,提升抑制病菌传播仔的功效,所制备的香制品在点燃使用的过程中可散发充分融合纯正香气,且不含任何化学原料,不会对人体造成危害。

安息香1份金颜香1份香榄脂1.5份龙脑香1.5份。
上述制香发酵剂的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一,所述沉香文火蒸熟备用;
步骤二,所述降真香利用黄酒炮制7天,晾干备用;
步骤三,所述花梨木用白酒炮制3天,晾干备用;
步骤四,将所述乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香及上述步骤中的沉香、降真香、花梨木分别放入65%度白酒浸泡存放7天,通过浸泡过程以最大程度的提纯香液,同时在浸泡过程中白酒的酒精能够激发香料的发香节奏和持续性;
步骤五,将步骤四中的浸泡物分别过滤出酒溶液备用;
步骤六,将步骤五中得到的九种溶液进行混合,混合后静置12小时,即完成所述制香发酵剂的制备。
其中,步骤四中所述乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香、沉香、降真香、花梨木与白酒的浸泡比例均为30%:70%。
步骤五中将所述沉香、降真香、花梨木、乳香、没药、安息香、金颜香、香榄脂、龙脑香经白酒浸泡过滤得到的九种酒溶液以1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1.5:1.5的比例混合。

步骤五,将步骤四中的浸泡物分别过滤出酒溶液备用;
步骤六,将步骤五中得到的九种溶液进行混合,混合后静置10~14小时,即完成所述制香发酵剂的制备。
