The working process and principle of the embodiment are as follows:
the third driving mechanism 18 drives the pressing roller 17 to rotate, the pressing roller 17 drives the rotating roller 9 to rotate through the absorbent sponge, and the pressing roller 17 continuously extrudes the absorbent sponge to enable the water absorbed in the absorbent sponge to be extruded out, so that the continuous working duration of the cultivated land quality improving device is prolonged.

a rotating shaft (7) is mounted on the shell (2), one end of the rotating partition plate (6) is fixedly connected with the side face of the rotating shaft (7), and a reciprocating driving assembly (8) for driving the rotating shaft (7) is mounted on the shell (2);
the reciprocating driving assembly (8) comprises a fixing rod (81), a connecting rod (82), a driving rod (83) and a second driving mechanism (84) installed on the shell (2), an output shaft of the second driving mechanism (84) is fixedly connected with one end of the driving rod (83), the other end of the driving rod (83) is rotatably connected with one end of the connecting rod (82), the other end of the connecting rod (82) is rotatably connected with the fixing rod (81), and the other end of the fixing rod (81) is fixed on the rotating shaft (7);
the sharp needles (11) incline towards the counterclockwise direction or incline towards the clockwise direction, the rotating direction of the roller (12) is opposite to the direction of the sharp needles (11), a gap between the shell (2) and the roller (12) and with the sharp needles (11) upwards is a mulching film separation area, a mulching film scraping assembly (13) is mounted on the shell (2), and one end of the fixed partition plate (1) is fixed on the shell (2);
and a conductive plate (19) is arranged on the inner wall of the shell (2) at a position corresponding to the mulching film separation area.
