The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, it should be understood that these embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various equivalent modifications of the present invention by those skilled in the art after reading the present invention fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present invention includes a receptacle 10 and a plug 20. The socket 10 and the plug 20 are used in cooperation. The structure of the socket 10 is substantially the same as that of the socket of the prior art. The socket 10 includes a socket upper case 101 and a socket lower case 102. The socket upper case 101 and the socket lower case 102 together constitute a housing of the socket 10. The socket upper case 101 may be provided with a structure such as a jack 103. The socket lower case 102 may be provided therein with conductive copper sheets, conductive wires, and a structure for fixing the conductive copper sheets and the conductive wires.
Referring to fig. 1, the conductive copper sheet may basically include a negative electrode tab 30 and a positive electrode tab 40. For a three-hole jack 10, a ground plate 50 for connecting ground may also be included. The negative electrode sheet 30 has the same structure as the negative electrode sheet in the prior art, that is, includes a first negative electrode sheet 301 disposed oppositely. The first negative electrode tab 301 forms a space capable of accommodating the plug 20, and when the plug 20 is inserted into the space through the insertion hole 103, the first negative electrode tab 301 is at least in contact with the first negative electrode tab 301 to conduct electricity. Similarly, the positive electrode plate 40 also includes a first positive electrode plate 401, and the structure and the arrangement mode thereof are the same as those of the negative electrode plate 30, and are not described again. The first negative pole piece 301 is connected to the neutral wire 303, and the first positive pole piece 401 is connected to the live wire. For the three-hole jack 10, the ground pole piece 50 is connected to ground.
To implement the safety function of the socket 10, referring to fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further includes a second positive pole piece 402 and a second negative pole piece 302. The second positive pole piece 402 is located in the structure of the socket lower shell 102 for fixing the conductive copper sheet and the conducting wire, and a space which is communicated with the first positive pole piece 401 and is formed on the socket lower shell 102 and can accommodate the plug 20 is further formed. Referring to fig. 6, for example, the second positive electrode tab 402 may be a rectangular metal sheet located between two tabs of the first positive electrode tab 401. In order to prevent the metal object from contacting the second positive electrode plate 402 after extending into the insertion hole 103, a space capable of accommodating the plug 20 is formed between the second positive electrode plate 402 and the first positive electrode plate 401. And at least part of the second positive pole piece 402 is not located in the area of the shadow cast by the insertion hole 103 of the socket 10 along the insertion direction, that is, the relative position between the second positive pole piece 402 and the insertion hole 103 is to ensure that when an external metal piece is inserted into the socket 10 through the insertion hole 103, the metal piece does not contact with the second positive pole piece 402.
Referring to fig. 6, a channel 105 is formed on the distance structure. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the mating plug 20 is also provided with a metal conductor 201 perpendicular to the insertion direction of the plug 20, and the metal conductor 201 can extend into the channel 105 and be in contact with the second positive electrode piece 402 for conducting electricity. Optionally, the metal conductor 201 may be a spring. The metal conductor 201 may be disposed on the plug 20 by a screw 202 and a nut 203. The metal spring plate can be retracted inward and ejected outward by the cooperation of the screw 202 and the nut 203 or by a spring. When the plug 20 is inserted into the socket 10, the metal elastic sheet can contract inwards to enable the plug 20 to be inserted into the socket 10, and when the plug 20 is inserted into the socket 10, the metal elastic sheet springs outwards again and extends into the channel 105 to be in contact with the second positive pole piece 402 for conducting electricity.
Similarly, the structure of the second negative electrode tab 302 is the same as and symmetrically arranged with respect to the structure of the second positive electrode tab 402, and after understanding the structure and arrangement manner of the second positive electrode tab 402, a person skilled in the art can think of the structure and arrangement manner of the second negative electrode tab 302, and details are not repeated.
When the socket 10 is used, if the safety function of the socket 10 is not needed, namely, in a common state, the socket 10 can be assembled, firstly, the lower socket shell 102 is installed, the positive and negative electrode pole pieces are installed at the corresponding positions of the lower socket shell 102, meanwhile, the zero line 303 of the socket 10 is connected with the first negative pole piece 301 and the second negative pole piece 302, the ground wire and the ground wire pole piece 50 are connected, meanwhile, the first live wire 403 is connected with the first positive pole piece 401, the upper socket shell 101 and the lower socket shell 102 are locked by screws, the socket 10 is installed, and at the moment, the socket can be used as a common socket and meets the daily electricity utilization requirement.
The safety function of the socket 10 is required to be used with the mating plug 20. At this time, the socket lower shell 102 is installed, the positive and negative electrode plates are installed at corresponding positions of the socket lower shell 102, the zero line 303 of the socket is connected with the first negative electrode plate 301 and the second negative electrode plate 302, the ground wire is connected with the ground wire plate 50, the second live wire 404 is installed with the second positive electrode plate 402, and at this time, the first live wire 403 is not connected with the first positive electrode plate 401. Referring to fig. 7, when the two-pin plug 20 or the three-pin plug 20 is inserted into the socket 10, the metal spring piece on the plug 20 is ejected and contacts with the second positive electrode piece 402, and at this time, the plug 20 is powered on, so as to meet the power consumption requirement of people. When the plug 20 is pulled out, the first positive pole piece 401 is exposed, but is not electrified because of being connected with the first live wire 403, so that the safety is realized without electric shock even if metal contacts. Referring to fig. 6, the energized second positive electrode tab 402 is located under the socket upper shell 101 and is limited by the limit structure 104 of the socket lower shell 102, and even if a metal rod is inserted, the energized second positive electrode tab 402 cannot be contacted, and therefore, the safety is high.
