When the air conditioner heats, the refrigerant is firstly changed into high-pressure gas through the compressor, then is firstly changed into high-pressure liquid through condensing heat release of the indoor unit heat exchanger (condenser), the high-pressure liquid is changed into low-temperature low-pressure liquid through the throttling device, the low-temperature low-pressure liquid is evaporated and absorbed through the outdoor unit heat exchanger (evaporator) to be changed into low-temperature low-pressure gas, and finally the low-pressure gas is returned to the compressor.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the air conditioner includes an indoor unit 100 and an outdoor unit 200, the indoor unit 100 is used for adjusting the temperature and humidity of indoor air, the outdoor unit 200 is connected to the indoor unit 100 through a connection pipe, the outdoor unit 200 is installed outdoors, the indoor unit 100 is installed indoors, a fresh air humidifying device is installed in the outdoor unit 200 and is used for humidifying outdoor air and then delivering the humidified air into a room, the fresh air humidifying device includes an indoor air supply opening, a fresh air fan, a humidifying module and an outdoor air supply opening, and the fresh air fan is used for sequentially flowing outdoor air through the outdoor air supply opening, the humidifying module and the indoor air supply opening; the control part controls the rotating speed of the fresh air fan according to the real-time humidity and the air quality detection value of the indoor environment.
The control section is configured to include:
acquiring real-time humidity and air quality detection values of an indoor environment;
calculating a humidity difference between the real-time humidity and a preset target humidity, and calculating an air quality difference between the air quality detection value and a preset air quality standard value;
When the condition that the preset condition is met is detected, at least one of the humidity difference and the air quality difference is selected to determine the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan, and the fresh air fan is controlled to operate according to the target rotating speed.
The preset conditions comprise at least one of fresh air humidifying conditions and fresh air supplying conditions; then, the selecting at least one of the humidity difference and the air quality difference to determine the target rotation speed of the fresh air fan includes:
when the fresh air humidifying condition is met but the fresh air supplying condition is not met, determining the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan according to the humidity difference;
when the fresh air supply condition is met but the fresh air humidification condition is not met, determining the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan according to the air quality difference;
and when the fresh air supply condition and the fresh air humidification condition are met, determining the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan according to the humidity difference and the air quality difference.
For example, the satisfaction of the fresh air humidification condition indicates that the humidity in the room is insufficient at this time, and humidification operation is required, and the air conditioner is operated in a fresh air humidification mode at this time; when the fresh air supply condition is met, the condition indicates that the air quality of the room is poor at the moment, and the air quality needs to be improved, and the air conditioner operates in a fresh air supply mode at the moment. The fresh air humidification mode and the fresh air supply mode both require starting the fresh air fan, and when the fresh air humidification mode is not met, the humidification module does not work.
And after the air conditioner is started, acquiring real-time humidity and air quality detection values of the indoor environment, and calculating humidity difference and air quality difference. When only satisfying the new trend humidification condition, humidification module work, the rotational speed of new trend fan follows room real-time humidity and target humidity's difference and adjusts, at this moment the rotational speed of new trend fan with humidity is poor in direct proportion, and the humidity is poor the bigger, and the rotational speed is higher. When the fresh air supply condition is met, the humidifying module does not work, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is adjusted along with the air quality difference between the real-time air quality detection value and the air quality standard value A of the room, at the moment, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is in direct proportion to the air quality difference, and the larger the air quality difference is, the higher the rotating speed is; the air quality indicator may be a CO2 concentration or VOC concentration, or other indicator. When both are satisfied, for example, when the air quality of the room is poor and the humidity is low, the rotation speed of the fresh air fan determines a target rotation speed according to the air quality difference and the humidity difference (a table look-up method is needed). And when the humidification stopping condition is met, controlling the fresh air fan to run for a period of time and then stopping.
Further, an air quality detecting device is installed in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and is used for detecting the air quality of the indoor environment, for example, the air quality detecting device is a carbon dioxide concentration detector and is used for detecting the indoor carbon dioxide (CO 2) concentration, when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is higher, the indoor air quality is poor, and when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is lower, the indoor air quality is better. Or the air quality detection device is a Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) concentration detector and is used for detecting the indoor Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) concentration, when the indoor volatile organic compound concentration is higher, the indoor air quality is poorer, and when the indoor volatile organic compound is lower, the indoor air quality is better.
Optionally, when the fresh air supply condition and the fresh air humidification condition are satisfied, determining the target rotation speed of the fresh air fan according to the humidity difference and the air quality difference includes:
searching a corresponding target rotating speed in a preset rotating speed table according to the humidity difference and the air quality difference; the rotating speed table records the rotating speeds corresponding to the fresh air fans in a plurality of groups in different humidity difference ranges and air quality difference ranges.
The proper rotation speeds corresponding to the fresh air fan are obtained in advance in different humidity difference ranges and air quality difference ranges before the air conditioner leaves a factory. Reference may be made to table 1, Δh=target humidity-real-time humidity in table 1; taking the CO2 concentration as an example, the air quality difference Δco2=co2 quality detection value—co2 quality standard value a; h1 > H2 > 0; a1 > A2 > 0; v1 > V2 > V3 > V4. For example, when the humidity difference satisfies H1 & gtdelta H & gtH 2, the air quality difference delta CO2 satisfies A2 & gtdelta CO2 & gt0, and the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan is V2.
Table 1 fresh air fan tachometer corresponding to different humidity differences and air quality differences
Optionally, the fresh air humidifying condition includes at least one of the following:
detecting that the local air humidity acquired through networking is smaller than a preset humidity threshold value;
detecting that the current time meets the starting time of a target fresh air humidifying time period preset by a user;
detecting that the current time period meets the starting time of the recommended fresh air humidifying time period; the recommended fresh air humidifying time period is a humidifying time period which accords with the habit of a user and is calculated according to the historical fresh air humidifying time;
receiving a control instruction which is sent by a user and controls the air conditioner to start a fresh air humidification mode;
When a humidity sensor installed in the indoor unit detects that the humidity of the current indoor environment meets a preset humidity limit range.
For example, the control part can acquire weather forecast through networking to obtain the air humidity today, and after the user turns on the air conditioner, if the detected humidity is lower, the new air humidification condition is judged to be met. The user can also set a target fresh air humidifying time period by himself, for example, 9-10 pm is set as the target fresh air humidifying time period, and when the air conditioner is started and the current time is detected to be 9 pm, the fresh air humidifying instruction is generated; it can be understood that if the air conditioner is not started at this time, the fresh air humidifying command is not generated even if the current time satisfies the starting time of the target fresh air humidifying period. The control part can also calculate and obtain the recommended fresh air humidifying time period which accords with the habit of the user according to the historical fresh air humidifying time of the user, the air conditioner records the time of manually controlling the fresh air humidifying every time, and then big data calculation is carried out to obtain the recommended fresh air humidifying time period. The user can send a control command to the air conditioner at any time to start the fresh air humidification mode, for example, the control command is sent by a remote controller or a voice command. The air conditioner is started up together with the humidity monitoring device after being started up, and when the real-time humidity of the indoor environment is detected to be in the humidity limit range, the fact that the humidity of the indoor environment is lower at the moment is indicated, and a fresh air humidification mode needs to be started. Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the fresh air humidifying device is arranged in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the fresh air humidifying device comprises the outdoor air inlet, the fresh air fan, the humidifying module and the indoor air supply opening, a closed airflow channel is formed, and the fresh air flows into the room after passing through the humidifying module by combining the rotating speed control of the fresh air fan, so that the air humidity can be increased, and the comfort level of a user is increased. In addition, when the condition that the indoor environment meets the preset condition is detected, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is determined according to at least one factor of the real-time humidity of the indoor environment and the air quality detection value, the real-time humidity of the indoor environment can reflect the indoor humidity content, the air quality detection value can reflect the fresh air quantity required by the indoor environment, at least one of the real-time humidity and the air quality detection value is selected to determine the rotating speed of the fresh air fan, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is proper, and the air can be purified while the air humidity is increased.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of an air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the air conditioner control method is applicable to an air conditioner having a fresh air humidifying device in an outdoor unit, and the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, where the indoor unit is used for adjusting the temperature and humidity of indoor air; the outdoor unit is connected with the indoor unit through a connecting pipe, the outdoor unit is arranged outdoors, the indoor unit is arranged indoors, a fresh air humidifying device is arranged in the outdoor unit and used for humidifying outdoor air and then conveying the outdoor air indoors, the fresh air humidifying device comprises an outdoor air inlet, a fresh air fan, a humidifying module and an outdoor air inlet, and the fresh air fan is used for enabling the outdoor air to sequentially flow through the outdoor air inlet, the humidifying module and the indoor air supply opening; the air conditioner control method may be executed by a control unit in the air conditioner, and includes steps S1 to S3:
s1, acquiring real-time humidity and air quality detection values of an indoor environment;
s2, calculating a humidity difference between the real-time humidity and a preset target humidity, and calculating an air quality difference between the air quality detection value and a preset air quality standard value;
And S3, when the condition that the preset condition is met is detected, at least one of the humidity difference and the air quality difference is selected to determine the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan, and the fresh air fan is controlled to operate according to the target rotating speed.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of another air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the preset conditions include at least one of a fresh air humidifying condition and a fresh air blowing condition; and then, selecting at least one of the humidity difference and the air quality difference to determine the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan, wherein the method comprises the following steps of S31-S33:
s31, when the fresh air humidifying condition is met but the fresh air supplying condition is not met, determining the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan according to the humidity difference;
s32, when the fresh air supply condition is met but the fresh air humidification condition is not met, determining the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan according to the air quality difference;
and S33, when the fresh air supply condition and the fresh air humidification condition are met, determining the target rotating speed of the fresh air fan according to the humidity difference and the air quality difference.
Optionally, the fresh air humidifying condition includes at least one of the following:
detecting that the local air humidity acquired through networking is smaller than a preset humidity threshold value;

receiving a control instruction which is sent by a user and controls the air conditioner to start a fresh air humidification mode;
when a humidity sensor installed in the indoor unit detects that the humidity of the current indoor environment meets a preset humidity limit range.
