The invention relates to a quick-drying water-based paint which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion, 3-5 parts of curing agent, 0.05-0.1 part of dispersing agent, 0.05-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.03-0.08 part of preservative, 20-25 parts of pigment and filler, 1-3 parts of polyamide, 2-6 parts of ammonia water and 10-15 parts of deionized water; the water paint prepared by compounding the modified water-based alkyd resin, the curing agent, the polyamide and the ammonia water has high drying speed in the conventional high-humidity environment, and the dried paint film has excellent performance, good water resistance, acid resistance and impact resistance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based paint, in particular to quick-drying water-based paint.
Background
Along with the pressure of the environmental protection policy, the environmental protection awareness of consumers is continuously improved; particularly, the VOC emission limit standard is set in provinces and cities all over the country, and the development of environment-friendly coatings such as non-solvent type coatings, water-based paints and the like is encouraged to bring opportunities. Although the traditional coating still occupies a large market share, the water-based paint is a green industry and is the direction of future development of paints, and domestic native water-based paint faucet enterprises are rising.
The water paint is a novel environment-friendly material with water as a diluent and has ultralow emission. Paint is replaced by water paint, so that the VOC content in the atmosphere can be effectively reduced, and the haze weather is improved. However, water is used as a diluent, and although the boiling point of water is not as high as that of an organic solvent, the latent heat of evaporation is very large, so that the drying rate of the water-based paint is slow.
The drying and film-forming principle of the quick-drying water-based paint in the prior art mainly depends on the traditional emulsion film-forming theory, namely, the water must be volatilized during the film forming of the emulsion, otherwise, the emulsion is not condensed to form the film, and the water volatilization is limited by the relative humidity of the environment, so that the drying and film-forming speed of the existing quick-drying water-based paint is high under the condition of low relative humidity of the environment, but the drying and film-forming speed is very slow under the condition of high relative humidity, and even the film is not formed.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new technical solution to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The object of the present invention is to provide a quick-drying water-based paint which can effectively solve the above-mentioned problems.

a quick-drying water-based paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion, 3-5 parts of curing agent, 0.05-0.1 part of dispersing agent, 0.05-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.03-0.08 part of preservative, 20-25 parts of pigment and filler, 1-3 parts of polyamide, 2-6 parts of ammonia water and 10-15 parts of deionized water.

The curing agent is preferably polythiol, in particular Thiol-30L.
The dispersant is preferably anionic dispersant, specifically HY-257.
The defoaming agent is preferably a silicone defoaming agent, and is polydimethylsiloxane specifically.
The leveling agent is preferably a fluorocarbon leveling agent, and particularly is a AKN-1377 leveling agent.
The preservative is preferably 2-bromo-2-nitro-1,3-propanediol.

Step 2: and (2) adding a proper amount of deionized water into a stirring kettle, then adding the mixed solution 1, pigment and filler, dispersant, defoamer, flatting agent and preservative, stirring for 30min, then adding deionized water to adjust the viscosity of the solution, stirring uniformly, then adding ammonia water to adjust the pH of the solution to 10.5, stirring uniformly, and filtering with a 100-mesh screen to obtain the quick-drying water-based paint.
