Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a quick-drying water-based paint which can effectively solve the above-mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted:
a quick-drying water-based paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion, 3-5 parts of curing agent, 0.05-0.1 part of dispersing agent, 0.05-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.03-0.08 part of preservative, 20-25 parts of pigment and filler, 1-3 parts of polyamide, 2-6 parts of ammonia water and 10-15 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the water paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion, 4 parts of curing agent, 0.08 part of dispersing agent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.05 part of preservative, 23 parts of pigment and filler, 2 parts of polyamide, 4 parts of ammonia water and 13 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion is a mixed emulsion of epoxy ester modified waterborne alkyd resin and acrylic acid modified waterborne alkyd resin.
Preferably, the ratio of the epoxy ester modified waterborne alkyd resin to the acrylic modified waterborne alkyd resin is 4:1.
Preferably, the curing agent is a polythiol.
Preferably, the polythiol is Thiol-30L.
Preferably, the preparation method of the water-based paint comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding the modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion into a stirring kettle, starting stirring, slowly adding the polythiol in the stirring process, continuing to stir for 15-20min after the addition is finished, then adding the polyamide into the mixed solution, and continuing to stir for 5-10min to obtain a mixed solution 1;
and, step 2: adding a proper amount of deionized water into a stirring kettle, adding the mixed solution 1, pigment and filler, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a flatting agent and a preservative, stirring for 20-30min, adding deionized water to adjust the viscosity of the solution, stirring uniformly, adding ammonia water to adjust the pH of the solution to 10-10.5, stirring uniformly, and filtering with a 100-mesh screen.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the water-based paint prepared by compounding the modified water-based alkyd resin emulsion with the curing agent, the polyamide and the ammonia water, at the initial stage of a film forming process, the ammonia water volatilizes, the pH value is reduced, and the modified water-based alkyd resin emulsion, the curing agent and the polyamide undergo a rapid crosslinking reaction, so that the emulsion is immediately demulsified, formed into a film and dried in a water state, and the quick-drying water-based paint has a high drying speed not only in an environment with conventional humidity and high humidity, but also has a paint film after being dried, which is excellent in performance, and has good water resistance, acid resistance and impact resistance.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.
Example 1
The invention provides a quick-drying water-based paint which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion, 4 parts of curing agent, 0.08 part of dispersing agent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.05 part of preservative, 23 parts of pigment and filler, 2 parts of polyamide, 4 parts of ammonia water and 13 parts of deionized water.
Wherein the modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion is a mixed emulsion of epoxy ester modified waterborne alkyd resin and acrylic acid modified waterborne alkyd resin; and the ratio of the epoxy ester modified waterborne alkyd resin to the acrylic acid modified waterborne alkyd resin is 4:1.
The curing agent is preferably polythiol, in particular Thiol-30L.
The dispersant is preferably anionic dispersant, specifically HY-257.
The defoaming agent is preferably a silicone defoaming agent, and is polydimethylsiloxane specifically.
The leveling agent is preferably a fluorocarbon leveling agent, and particularly is a AKN-1377 leveling agent.
The preservative is preferably 2-bromo-2-nitro-1,3-propanediol.
The Yan Diaoliao comprises a coloring pigment and a filler, wherein the coloring pigment is selected from one or a mixture of more of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, carbon black, iron oxide yellow, cobalt blue and the like; the filler is selected from one or more of kaolin, mica powder, calcium carbonate, silicon micropowder, muscovite powder and the like.
The coloring pigment in this embodiment is preferably titanium dioxide, and the filler is preferably a combination of kaolin and calcium carbonate.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the preparation method of the water-based paint includes the following steps:
step 1: adding the modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion into a stirring kettle, starting stirring, slowly adding the polythiol in the stirring process, continuing stirring for 15min after the addition is finished, then adding the polyamide into the mixed solution, and continuing stirring for 5min to obtain a mixed solution 1;
and, step 2: adding a proper amount of deionized water into a stirring kettle, then adding the mixed solution 1, the pigment and filler, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the flatting agent and the preservative, stirring for 20min, then adding deionized water to adjust the viscosity of the solution, stirring uniformly, then adding ammonia water to adjust the pH of the solution to 10, stirring uniformly, and then filtering with a 100-mesh screen.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, the mixture ratio of the raw materials is changed as follows: 35 parts of modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion, 4 parts of curing agent, 0.08 part of dispersing agent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.05 part of preservative, 23 parts of pigment and filler, 2 parts of polyamide, 4 parts of ammonia water and 13 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the water paint comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding the modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion into a stirring kettle, starting stirring, slowly adding the polythiol in the stirring process, continuing stirring for 18min after the addition is finished, then adding the polyamide into the mixed solution, and continuing stirring for 8min to obtain a mixed solution 1.
Step 2: and (2) adding a proper amount of deionized water into a stirring kettle, then adding the mixed solution 1, pigment and filler, dispersant, defoamer, flatting agent and preservative, stirring for 25min, then adding deionized water to adjust the viscosity of the solution, stirring uniformly, then adding ammonia water to adjust the pH of the solution to 10.2, stirring uniformly, and filtering with a 100-mesh screen to obtain the quick-drying water-based paint.
Example 3
On the basis of the example 1, the mixture ratio of the raw materials is changed as follows: 40 parts of modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion, 5 parts of curing agent, 0.1 part of dispersing agent, 0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.08 part of preservative, 25 parts of pigment and filler, 3 parts of polyamide, 6 parts of ammonia water and 15 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the water-based paint comprises the following steps:
adding the modified waterborne alkyd resin emulsion into a stirring kettle, starting stirring, slowly adding the polythiol in the stirring process, continuing stirring for 20min after the addition is finished, then adding the polyamide into the mixed solution, and continuing stirring for 10min to obtain a mixed solution 1.
Step 2: and (2) adding a proper amount of deionized water into a stirring kettle, then adding the mixed solution 1, pigment and filler, dispersant, defoamer, flatting agent and preservative, stirring for 30min, then adding deionized water to adjust the viscosity of the solution, stirring uniformly, then adding ammonia water to adjust the pH of the solution to 10.5, stirring uniformly, and filtering with a 100-mesh screen to obtain the quick-drying water-based paint.
Comparative example 1
The polyamide in the raw material of example 2 was removed from the raw material of example 2, and the rest was not changed.
Comparative example 2
In addition to example 2, the curing agent in the raw material of example 2 was removed, and the rest was not changed.
Comparative example 3
On the basis of example 2, ammonia was replaced by diethanolamine, the remainder being unchanged.
The drying speed and the performance of the aqueous paints prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were measured, respectively, and the substrate: glass, coating thickness: 100 μm; the specific test results are shown in table 1:

From the results in table 1, it can be seen that the water-based paint prepared by compounding the modified water-based alkyd resin, the curing agent, the polyamide and the ammonia water has a fast drying speed in the environment with normal humidity and high humidity, and the dried paint film has excellent performance, good water resistance, acid resistance and impact resistance.
