A method for preventing a parking space of an electric vehicle according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 2. It should be noted that the technical features described in the foregoing electric vehicle space occupation prevention device according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure can be correspondingly applied to the method for preventing an electric vehicle space occupation according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure described later. For the sake of brevity, the same or corresponding technical features will not be described again.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for preventing a parking space of an electric vehicle according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure includes the following steps:
and S101, determining whether the vehicle is an electric vehicle. If it is determined that the vehicle is not an electric vehicle, the process proceeds to step S102.
In an optional step, if it is determined in step S101 that the vehicle is an electric vehicle, step S101' is entered.
In step S101', it is determined whether the vehicle starts charging within a predetermined time threshold. If the determination result in step S101' is "no", the process also proceeds to step S102 to issue warning information to the electric vehicle that occupies the electric vehicle space for a long time without being charged.
And S102, sending out warning information to the vehicle. After the warning information is issued to the vehicle, for example, after a predetermined time of issuing the warning information to the vehicle, the process proceeds to step S103.
And S103, detecting whether the vehicle does not leave the parking space and does not start charging. If it is detected that the vehicle has not left the parking space and charging has not started, the process proceeds to step S104.
And S104, performing at least one of the following punishment operations on the vehicle: i) transmitting the vehicle information to a database; ii) applying a recognizable marking to the vehicle; and iii) applying a marker to the vehicle that is not easily removed.
Fig. 5 shows an exemplary implementation of step S101. Determining whether the vehicle is an electric vehicle includes:
and S1011, acquiring a vehicle image.
And S1012, calling the names of all the existing vehicle models.
And S1013, searching the corresponding vehicle image for the name of each vehicle model.
S1014, establishing a vehicle type determining program according to the name of the vehicle type and the corresponding vehicle image
And S1015, training the vehicle type determining program by using the name of the vehicle model and the corresponding vehicle image so that the trained vehicle type determining program can determine the name of the vehicle model according to the vehicle image.
And S1016, determining the name of the vehicle model of the vehicle by using the trained vehicle model determining program according to the collected vehicle image, thereby determining whether the vehicle is an electric vehicle.
Because the trained vehicle type determination program is adopted to determine whether the vehicle is an electric vehicle, the vehicle type can be determined quickly and accurately, and the influence of whether the vehicle license plate is stained, shielded or missing is avoided.
The mark capable of being identified or the marker which is not easy to remove is applied to the non-electric vehicle which violates the electric vehicle parking space, so that the vehicle which violates the electric vehicle parking space can be conveniently identified, punished automatically and appropriate deterrence is carried out on the vehicle owner which violates the electric vehicle parking space.

S204: for a vehicle to which the recognizable mark has been applied, a vehicle image of the vehicle is captured with a common camera. And then proceeds to step S205.
S205: and determining whether the vehicle is an electric vehicle according to the vehicle image. If it is determined that the vehicle is not an electric vehicle, the process proceeds to step S206.
And S206, transmitting the vehicle information to a database.
In an optional step, if it is determined in step S205 that the vehicle is an electric vehicle, step S205' is entered. In step S205', it is further determined whether the difference between the parking time of the vehicle in the parking space and the charging time is greater than a predetermined threshold. If the difference between the parking time and the charging time of the vehicle in the parking space is greater than the predetermined threshold, the method proceeds to step S206, and information of the vehicle is transmitted to the database through the information transmitting unit 51' to penalize the electric vehicle which is parked in the parking space for a long time without being charged.
As an exemplary embodiment of step S205, the determination method described in fig. 5 may also be employed.
According to the second embodiment of the present disclosure, it is not necessary to separately provide equipment and processes required for determining whether a vehicle is an electric vehicle in each electric vehicle slot, but it is only necessary to centrally provide on an exit of a parking lot or a public road, which greatly reduces costs.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium including a computer program for executing the method for preventing an electric vehicle parking space from being occupied according to any one of the first and second embodiments of the present disclosure.
While only certain embodiments of the disclosure have been illustrated and described herein, many modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. It is, therefore, to be understood that the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications and changes as fall within the true spirit of the disclosure.
