Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, various non-limiting embodiments accompanying the present application examples are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a data processing method in an embodiment of the present application, and may be executed by an accounting system for executing the data processing method. As shown in fig. 1, the method may specifically include:
s101: and the accounting system acquires the service data to be processed from the service database.
In this embodiment, the management system may send the service data generated in the service operation process to the service database for storage. Accordingly, when the business data needs to be accounted, the accounting system can read the business data from the business database to perform corresponding accounting processing on the business data.
As an implementation example, the accounting system may read a preconfigured monitoring file, where the monitoring file may include at least one master information table, and each master information table may include an identifier of one or more slave information tables. Therefore, the accounting system can monitor whether the business data recorded by the corresponding main information table in the business database changes or not according to the main information table in the monitoring file. And when the accounting system monitors that the service data is updated, the accounting system can read the slave information table from the database according to the identifier of the slave information table in the master information table, wherein the slave information table comprises the service data to be processed.
Of course, in other implementation examples, the management system may also notify the accounting system to read the new service data, that is, the service data to be processed, from the service database after writing the new service data into the database, so that the accounting system performs accounting in alignment. In this embodiment, a specific implementation manner of how the management system obtains the service data to be processed is defined.
S102: and the accounting system determines the target accounting scene category to which the to-be-processed business data belongs.
In practical application, different service data are generated based on different scenes in the operation process of a service, and accordingly, the specific processes of accounting the service data generated in different scenes by an accounting system are different. In this embodiment, a scenario to which the service data belongs is referred to as an accounting scenario, so that the accounting system performs accounting on the service data by using different rules based on different accounting scenarios. The type of the accounting scene can be set according to the requirements of actual application. Illustratively, the coarse-grained accounting scenario classification can be performed according to business classes, for example, business data generated by respectively redeeming products and purchasing bonds can be classified into two categories of accounting scenarios based on two business classes, namely product redemption and bond buying and selling. Alternatively, the accounting scenes of fine granularity may be classified according to business categories, for example, business data respectively generated by a user buying a bond and a user selling the bond may be classified into two categories of accounting scenes based on two business categories, namely, bond buying and bond selling.
Based on this, after the accounting system obtains the service data to be processed, the accounting scene category to which the service data belongs may be determined first, and for convenience of distinction, the accounting scene category is hereinafter referred to as a target accounting scene category.
As an implementation example, the accounting system may determine the target accounting scene category according to the service data to be processed in a character matching manner. For example, assuming that the to-be-processed business data includes information such as a bond, a user identifier, a transaction amount, a transaction time, and a transaction type, the accounting system may perform character matching on the to-be-processed business data and a preset keyword/word for identifying an accounting scenario category, and determine that the business data belongs to an accounting scenario for bond buying and selling (or an accounting scenario for creditor investment). The keywords/words corresponding to each accounting scene category may be preset by technicians according to requirements of actual applications, and the keywords/words may be configured in an accounting system. Thus, for different service data, it can be determined that it belongs to different accounting scenario categories, as shown in fig. 2.
In a further possible embodiment, not all data content in the service data read from the service database by the accounting system participates in the subsequent accounting process. For example, the business data read by the accounting system includes information of the type, amount, time, user identification, user age, gender, native place, home address and the like of the bond purchased by the user, wherein the information of the user age, gender, native place, home address and the like has a small meaning for the accounting system to perform accounting. Therefore, after the accounting system obtains the service data from the service database, the accounting system may extract the key service data from the service data to be processed by using the pre-configured identifier of the key service data, for example, extract information such as the type, amount, time, and user identifier of a bond purchased by a user from the service data to be processed, and filter information such as the age, sex, native place, and home address of the user, so that the accounting system may determine the target accounting scene category according to the extracted key service data (by means of character matching, etc.). Therefore, the resource consumption required by the accounting system for determining the target accounting scene category can be reduced, and the overall resource consumption required by the accounting system for accounting the service data can be reduced.
S103: and the accounting system determines the target accounting rule corresponding to the target accounting scene category according to the corresponding relation between the accounting scene category and the accounting rule.
It can be understood that, for the business data under different accounting scenario categories, the accounting rules according to which the accounting system performs business accounting also usually differ. For example, the accounting system usually adopts different calculation logics and calculation bases to perform accounting respectively for business data in an accounting scenario of bond buying and business data in an accounting scenario of product redemption.
Therefore, after the accounting system determines the target accounting scene category to which the to-be-processed service data belongs, the accounting rule adopted by the accounting system to account the service data in the target accounting scene category can be further determined.
In a possible embodiment, the accounting system may be configured with a corresponding relationship between the accounting scenario category and the accounting rule in advance, and the corresponding relationship may be manually defined in advance by a technician according to an actual application requirement and configured in the accounting system. Then, the accounting system may read the corresponding relationship, and find out the target accounting rule corresponding to the target accounting scene category from the corresponding relationship according to the determined target accounting scene category, specifically, the identification of the target accounting rule may be determined first, and then the target accounting rule is found out according to the identification.
S104: and the accounting system performs accounting on the service data to be processed by using the target accounting rule to obtain an accounting result.
After the target accounting rule is determined, the accounting system may perform accounting on the service data to be processed (or the key service data) by using the target accounting rule, and generate a corresponding accounting result. The specific implementation process of the accounting system for accounting the service data based on the accounting rule has related applications in the prior art, and detailed description is not provided herein.
Further, in an actual application scenario, the business data read from the business database by the accounting system may have errors, such as incomplete business data (key business data), expired business data, dirty data, and the like. Therefore, before performing business accounting by using the target accounting rule, the accounting system may check whether the business data to be processed (or the key business data) meets preset conditions, such as whether the business data is complete, whether the business data is invalid, and the like, so that after determining that the business data to be processed passes the check, the target accounting rule is used to perform a corresponding accounting process on the business data to be processed.
In other possible embodiments, the accounting system may also check the to-be-processed service data before determining a target accounting scenario to which the to-be-processed service data belongs. When the service data acquired from the service database passes the verification, the accounting system may perform the processes of the above steps S102 to S104 to perform accounting on the service data; when the service data acquired from the service database fails to be verified, the accounting system may refuse to perform accounting on the service data, and at this time, the accounting system may further report the service data exception to the management system, so that the management system corrects or updates the exception service data.
In an actual application scenario, the accounting system may generate different accounting templates for different accounting scenarios. For example, for an accounting scenario of a bond business, the accounting template generated by the accounting system may include key information such as bond type, transaction type (buy/sell), transaction time, transaction user, transaction location, transaction amount, and the like. Then, after the accounting system generates the accounting result, the accounting result may be further added to the accounting template corresponding to the target accounting scene category. Thus, after the accounting system outputs and feeds back the accounting template to the user (or the staff), the user can check the key information of the service and the corresponding accounting result in the accounting template.
In practical application, the present embodiment may further include the following steps:
s105: and the generated accounting result is recorded by the accounting system.
After the accounting system generates the accounting result, the accounting result can be recorded in a local or business database to support subsequent query and tracing of the accounting result. Illustratively, the accounting result may store the accounting template including the accounting result in a local or business database.
In one possible implementation, the accounting system may also check the accounting result before recording the accounting result. Specifically, the accounting system may perform accounting again on the service data by using the target accounting rule according to the service data recorded in the accounting template, and compare the calculated accounting result with the accounting result included in the accounting template. When the two accounting results are consistent, the accounting system can record the accounting result; and when the two accounting results are inconsistent, the accounting system can determine that the business accounting has errors, and then the accounting system can perform the business accounting again according to the business data to be processed. Therefore, by checking the accounting result, the business accounting error caused by program operation or data reading error of the accounting system can be avoided, and the accounting accuracy of the accounting system can be improved.
In this embodiment, the accounting system obtains the to-be-processed service data from the service database, determines a target accounting scene category to which the to-be-processed service data belongs, and then determines a target accounting rule corresponding to the target accounting scene category according to a corresponding relationship between the accounting scene category and the accounting rule, so as to perform accounting on the to-be-processed service data by using the determined target accounting rule, and obtain an accounting result. The accounting system acquires the service data from the service database and performs accounting on the service data by using the accounting rule corresponding to the accounting scene category to which the service data belongs, so that the service data is accounted without adding a large number of interfaces between the management system and the accounting system, and the cost of accounting the service data can be effectively reduced.
And the low coupling between the accounting system and the management system (the relevance between the systems is reduced), so that the influence of the change of each system on other systems is small, and the adaptation requirement between the systems is reduced. In actual application, aiming at a new accounting scene, the accounting system can be used for accounting the service data in the new accounting scene by configuring a new accounting scene type identifier and a new accounting rule in the accounting system, so that the accounting system does not need to be re-developed, and the expandability of the accounting system is improved.
In addition, the accounting system can automatically read the service data from the service database and perform accounting processing, so that the accounting task process can be controlled according to the responsibility of the accounting system, and the problem that the management system actively calls the accounting system to possibly cause traffic congestion to the accounting system is avoided. Moreover, the accounting system takes data as a driver to perform accounting, which can effectively avoid the problems of missed and wrong scheduling of the management flow and wrong scheduling of the calling data, which are easily generated when the management system actively calls.
Meanwhile, when the accounting system actively monitors the update of the service data in the service database, the accounting system can execute a corresponding accounting process in real time based on the updated service data, so that the real-time performance of the accounting service can be effectively improved.
