Detailed Description
The most common electricity stealing behavior is to change the wiring mode of a metering device or an external power supply or nonlinear electrical equipment in a metering loop, so that the current, the voltage, the phase and the like of the metering device are abnormal, and the purpose of less electricity metering is achieved. The electricity stealing method mainly adopts the mode that illegal operators change the wiring of a current loop and a voltage loop, and the electricity stealing mode can be checked in time only by detecting whether the illegal operators operate the electricity meter box or not due to obvious abnormal power factors.
The invention monitors whether a person is near the electric meter box or not through the temperature of the infrared thermal imaging module, but the phenomenon that a worker maintains the electric meter box often occurs outside the electric meter box, so that the person cannot directly alarm when the temperature change of the human body is monitored only through the infrared thermal imaging module. Based on the above, the invention designs an electric meter box and an electricity larceny prevention device, which are described in detail below with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Ammeter case embodiment:
the ammeter box comprises an ammeter box body and an electricity stealing prevention device, wherein the electricity stealing prevention device is structurally shown in figure 1 and comprises an IC radio frequency reading and writing module, an infrared thermal imaging module, an ARM controller and a WiFi communication module.
The infrared thermal imaging module is connected with the ARM controller and used for detecting the temperature near the ammeter box and transmitting the detected temperature information to the ARM controller. The specific detection part of the infrared thermal imaging module can be arranged outside the electric meter box, other parts are arranged in the electric meter box, or all parts of the infrared thermal imaging module are arranged in the electric meter box, but the detection part needs to shoot objects near the electric meter box through a transparent box body, so that the box body part is transparent. In this embodiment, the infrared thermal imaging module selects a chip with a model AMG8833 as its core chip, and its circuit is shown in fig. 2. This infrared thermal imaging module can measure the temperature of surrounding environment at 0 ~ 80 degrees centigrade, can detect the people from near 7 meters of ammeter case outward, can detect simultaneously whether the circumstances such as short circuit appear for the toy and detection circuitry around. The non-contact sensor detects heat emitted by an object near the electric meter box, converts the temperature of the detected object into an analog electric signal, the AMG8833 chip converts the analog electric signal into digital information and transmits the digital information into the ARM controller in a communication mode of an I2C protocol, meanwhile, an interrupt pin INT is configured, and when any single pixel meets the threshold range of the body temperature of a human body, the microcontroller can be triggered to interrupt, and people can be confirmed to move near the electric meter box. Moreover, since the infrared thermal imaging module can photograph the approximate outline of an object, it is also possible to distinguish whether a person or an animal is moving in the vicinity of the electric meter box.
The IC radio frequency reading and writing module is connected with the ARM controller and used for determining identity information of operators attached to the electricity meter box so as to detect electricity stealing behaviors and transmitting the detected identity information of the operators nearby the electricity meter box to the ARM controller. In this embodiment, the IC rf read/write module selects a chip with the model number of MFRC522 as its core chip, and is a non-contact IC rf read/write module. As shown in fig. 3, the MFRC rf read-write module sends a set of electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 13.56MHZ to the IC card through the antenna, the IC card has an LC resonant circuit therein, the frequency of the LC resonant circuit is the same as the frequency transmitted by the reader, the LC resonant circuit resonates under the excitation of the electromagnetic waves to make the capacitor have charges, the charges are stored by an electronic pump conducting in one direction, and when the accumulated charges reach 2V, the capacitor can be used as a power supply to provide a working voltage, so as to work normally, and transmit the data of the staff in the electricity meter box in the card. The MFRC radio frequency reading and writing module is an ARM controller and an IC card communication bridge, after the MFRC radio frequency reading and writing module receives information of maintenance personnel, the ARM controller writes different instructions in the four-wire serial bus in an SPI communication mode, and identity information of the working personnel is read into the ARM controller.
The ARM controller is used for determining whether an alarm phenomenon occurs or not according to temperature information detected by the infrared thermal imaging module and information of staff nearby the electric meter box detected by the IC radio frequency reading and writing module, wherein the alarm phenomenon comprises the behavior of electricity stealing and the fact that animals are nearby the electric meter box.
And the WiFi communication module is connected with the ARM controller and used for sending alarm information to a background monitoring center through the WiFi communication module when an alarm phenomenon occurs so as to start corresponding anti-electricity-stealing measures or anti-damage measures. In this embodiment, the WiFi communication module selects a high-performance serial port-wireless circuit using the ESP8266 as a core chip, and also includes a voltage conversion circuit formed by voltage conversion chips of types RT9193-33, and the circuit thereof is shown in fig. 4, where the voltage conversion circuit is configured to convert 5V output by the ARM controller into 3.3V for the ESP8266 chip to work. The ARM processor starts an alarm mechanism immediately after confirming that electricity stealing behavior exists or an animal approaches. The alarm mechanism is that alarm information data sent by the microprocessor is transmitted into an ESP8266 chip through a serial port, then the conversion between the serial port and WiFi is realized by a built-in TCP/IP protocol stack, and the converted data is sent to a background monitoring center to further take anti-electricity-theft measures or anti-damage measures.
The identity of an operator near the electricity meter box is determined by combining the high infrared thermal imaging technology and the non-contact IC card identification technology, and the WiFi communication technology is used for uploading alarm information, so that compared with an electricity larceny prevention device formed by the traditional infrared temperature measurement sensor, the monitoring accuracy is greatly improved, and the probability of false information reporting of the device is reduced.
Compared with the traditional camera monitoring device, the infrared thermal imaging module consumes less power and does not need a large amount of data transmission, and the data processing pressure of a background monitoring center is reduced; meanwhile, the temperature around the electric meter box can be monitored without dead angles of 360 degrees while artificial damage can be avoided in the electric meter box, and the monitoring capability of electricity stealing behaviors is greatly improved.
And whether an animal is near the ammeter box can be monitored by using the infrared thermal imaging module, so that the monitoring capability of the animal to damage the ammeter box is improved. Meanwhile, the IC radio frequency read-write module can be set to be started only when the infrared thermal imaging module monitors that a person is near the electric meter box, so that the power consumption of the whole system is reduced.
Embodiment of the device for preventing electricity stealing:
the invention relates to an electricity larceny prevention device, in particular to an electricity larceny prevention device introduced in an electricity meter box embodiment. Since the detailed description of the electricity larceny prevention device is already provided in the embodiment of the electric meter box, the detailed description is omitted here.
