Abstract
The invention discloses a novel embossing type drain pipe, which comprises an embossing skin sleeve, a corrugated inner pipe, a sealing part and a clamping hook, wherein the corrugated inner pipe is arranged in the embossing skin sleeve; the sealing part is partially inserted into the embossed leather sleeve, and the clamping hook is arranged at the part of the sealing part, which is positioned outside the embossed leather sleeve. According to the invention, the sealing part is directly formed outside the end part of the corrugated inner pipe through injection molding, so that the sealing part and the corrugated inner pipe are directly connected into a whole, the uniformity of the size of the inner hole of the joint is ensured, the water seepage phenomenon caused by the matching precision is avoided, the requirement on the manufacturing precision is lower, the production cost is reduced, and the problem of difficult assembly is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drain pipes, in particular to a novel embossed drain pipe.
Background
The drain pipe is a drain pipe, and with the development of society and the improvement of living standard of people, the drain pipe is used more and more frequently, for example, refrigeration equipment and the like need to be used for draining water. Although the existing drain pipe production process is becoming mature, there are still some disadvantages to be improved.
The Chinese patent application No. CN 201921284039.5 discloses an embossed drain pipe, as shown in FIG. 1, comprising an embossed leather sleeve 2, wherein the inner side wall of the embossed leather sleeve 2 is provided with a corrugated inner pipe 1, the outer part of the right side wall of the corrugated inner pipe 1 is provided with a clamping hook 3, and the inner parts of the left side wall and the right side wall of the corrugated inner pipe 1 are respectively provided with a rubber sealing part 4. The drain pipe can enhance the anti-leakage performance of the corrugated inner pipe to a certain extent, and simultaneously improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, compression resistance and fracture resistance of the corrugated inner pipe.
The embossed drain pipe disclosed in the above patent is called a third generation product in the industry, in which a sealing member is inserted into the interior of a corrugated inner pipe for assembly, the corrugated pipe is flush with the end of the sealing member and extends out of an embossed skin sleeve, and a ring groove is provided on the exterior of the corrugated pipe for hook assembly.
However, during actual assembly and use, such drain pipes still have the following drawbacks:
1. The corrugated inner pipe and the sealing part are assembled after being respectively molded, the dimensional matching precision requirement of the corrugated inner pipe and the sealing part is strict, and if the corrugated inner pipe and the sealing part are not accurately matched due to manufacturing errors and the like, the phenomenon of water seepage after sale is easy to occur;
2. if the wall thickness of the corrugated inner tube is required to be thicker, the corrugated inner tube is difficult to deform, difficult to assemble and clean can occur, and the production efficiency is affected;
3. The application range is small, the size and the specification of the external pipeline of the interface are generally inconsistent or have errors in actual use, and as the corrugated inner pipe is wrapped outside the sealing part at the interface, the deformation of the rubber sealing part is limited to a certain extent by the corrugated inner pipe, so that the external pipeline suitable for the external pipeline has smaller outer diameter range;
4. The sealing component is a vulcanized product, and flash or blocking phenomenon can occur when the sealing component is arranged in the corrugated inner pipe.
In order to solve the problems, the invention designs a new generation of embossing type drain pipe.

The invention aims to provide a novel embossed drain pipe, which aims to solve the technical problems existing in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the novel embossing type drain pipe comprises an embossing skin sleeve, a corrugated inner pipe, a sealing component and a clamping hook, wherein the corrugated inner pipe is arranged in the embossing skin sleeve, and the sealing component is formed outside one end of the corrugated inner pipe through an injection molding process, so that the corrugated inner pipe is embedded in the sealing component for a certain length; the sealing part is partially inserted into the embossed leather sleeve, and the clamping hook is arranged at the part of the sealing part, which is positioned outside the embossed leather sleeve.
Preferably, the end of the corrugated inner tube adjacent to the sealing member is lower than the end of the embossed sheath tube.
Preferably, the part of the sealing component inserted into the embossing leather sleeve is defined as an inner end part, the part positioned outside the embossing leather sleeve is defined as an outer end part, and a step is arranged at the junction of the outer end part and the inner end part, so that the outer diameter of the outer end part is larger than that of the inner end part.
Preferably, the surface of the outer end part is provided with a ring groove, and the clamping hook is embedded in the ring groove.
Preferably, the inner wall of the sealing component is provided with a limiting convex ring.
Preferably, at least one peak at the end of the corrugated inner tube is located in the sealing member.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the sealing member is 16.4mm.
Preferably, the sealing member is made of an elastic material, and the elastic range of the inner diameter of the sealing member is ±2mm.
Preferably, a collar is arranged outside one end of the embossing leather sleeve close to the sealing component.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. According to the invention, the sealing part is directly formed outside the end part of the corrugated inner pipe through injection molding, so that the sealing part and the corrugated inner pipe are directly connected into a whole, the uniformity of the size of the inner hole of the joint is ensured, the water seepage phenomenon caused by the matching precision is avoided, the requirement on the manufacturing precision is lower, the production cost is reduced, and the problem of difficult assembly is avoided.
2. The sealing part is used as an interface of the external pipeline, the corrugated inner pipe is not wrapped outside, deformation is not restrained, and the application range of the corrugated inner pipe can be enlarged through deformation.

A part of the sealing member 4 is inserted into the embossed skin sleeve 2, and in this embodiment, the part of the sealing member 4 inserted into the embossed skin sleeve 2 is defined as an inner end, the part located outside the embossed skin sleeve 2 is defined as an outer end, and the hook 3 is provided at the outer end.
In the above structure, at least one complete peak needs to extend into the sealing member 4 at the end of the corrugated inner tube 1, and two peaks are located in the sealing member 4 in this embodiment, so as to ensure firm connection between the two peaks and ensure tightness.
In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the outer end of the sealing member 4 is larger than that of the inner end, a step is formed on the outer surface of the sealing member 4, the outer diameter of the inner end is matched with the inner diameter of the end of the embossing skin sleeve 2, and after the sealing member 4 is inserted into the embossing skin sleeve 2, the step surface is contacted with the end surface of the embossing skin sleeve 2, so that the insertion depth limiting function is achieved.
In this embodiment, the outer surface of the outer end portion is provided with a ring groove, the hook 3 is embedded in the ring groove, and the hook 3 is used for fastening after being externally connected with a pipeline.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a limiting convex ring 6 is arranged on the inner wall of the sealing part 4 near the corrugated inner pipe 1, so as to avoid excessive insertion of an external pipeline.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the embossing skin sleeve 2 is provided with a collar 5, which may be of metal, on the outside, at the end close to the sealing element 4, on the one hand avoiding wear of the end and on the other hand pressing against the inner sealing element 4.
In the embodiment, the sealing part 4 is used as a sealing ring on one hand, and the sealing part 4 is used as an interface of an external pipeline, so that the external pipeline is inserted into the sealing part 4 during installation and then fixed through the clamping hook 3, and assembly is completed. The internal diameter of the sealing part 4 is set to 16.4mm, so that the connection of drainage pipelines of most refrigeration equipment can be met, and the internal diameter is in the range of +/-2 mm through elastic expansion by deformation of the sealing part 4 made of rubber materials, so that the application range of the interface is increased. In order to avoid the deformation of the interface affected by the corrugated inner tube 1, the right end of the corrugated inner tube 1 in this embodiment is lower than the port of the embossed sheath tube 2.
