An embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention proposes a control method of a laundry treating apparatus, which is described in detail by the following fig. 1 to 6.
First embodiment, fig. 1 shows one of the flow diagrams of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control method comprises the following steps:
102, receiving a dry cleaning control signal;
104, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to execute the steps of atomizing and spraying the dry cleaning agent for the clothes;
and step 106, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a dry washing step.
In this embodiment, the laundry to be treated is loaded into the laundry treating apparatus, and the laundry treating apparatus performs a dry-cleaning process on the laundry when a user starts a dry-cleaning process, wherein the dry-cleaning process specifically includes a step of atomizing and spraying laundry dry-cleaning agent and a dry-washing step. Specifically, the clothing dry cleaning agent is atomized and then uniformly sprayed onto the clothing, and then the atomized clothing dry cleaning agent is used for dry cleaning the clothing, so that stains on the clothing are thoroughly removed, and the problem that the materials of wool (velvet), marten fur overcoat, formal dress suit and high-grade bag are adversely affected by a water washing mode is avoided.
In the above embodiment, the step of atomizing and spraying the dry cleaning agent for clothes includes: controlling an atomization device of the clothes treatment equipment to atomize the clothes dry cleaning agent, and spraying the atomized clothes dry cleaning agent into a washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment.
In this embodiment, the laundry treatment apparatus is provided with a washing tub for accommodating laundry to be treated, a first accommodating chamber for accommodating laundry dry cleaning agent, and an atomizing device connected to the first accommodating chamber for atomizing the laundry dry cleaning agent. In the embodiment of the invention, after the dry cleaning control signal is received, the first accommodating cavity is controlled to be opened, the atomization device is used for atomizing the clothes dry cleaning agent in the first accommodating cavity, and the atomization device is used for spraying the atomized clothes dry cleaning agent onto the clothes to be treated in the washing barrel. The clothes treatment equipment provided by the invention atomizes the clothes dry cleaning agent by controlling the atomizing device, so that dry washing of clothes is realized, convenience is provided for a user to use the clothes treatment equipment, and the use convenience of the clothes treatment equipment is ensured.
As a possible embodiment, the step of atomizing and spraying the laundry dry cleaning agent further comprises: the washing tub is controlled to rotate for a first time period according to a first rotation-stop beat and a first rotation speed.
Wherein, the stop ratio of the first stop beat (i.e. the ratio of the rotation time of the first stop beat to the beat period) is 75% to 85%, the first rotation speed is 40rpm to 50rpm, and the first duration is 2min to 5 min. Such as: when the atomized dry cleaning agent for the clothes is sprayed, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 2 minutes according to the rhythm that the washing barrel rotates for 25 seconds and stops rotating for 5 seconds.
In the embodiment, in the process of spraying the atomized laundry dry cleaning agent into the washing tub, the washing tub is controlled to rotate according to the first rotation-stop beat and the first rotation speed, and the laundry dry cleaning agent is uniformly sprayed onto the laundry in the washing tub, so that the atomized laundry dry cleaning agent is more uniformly dispersed on the laundry, and the decontamination effect of the laundry treatment equipment is ensured.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the spraying time of the dry cleaning agent for the clothes is limited to 2min to 5min (for example, 2min), so that the condition that the dry cleaning agent for the clothes cannot be fully sprayed on the clothes due to too short spraying time is avoided, the condition that the clothes are damaged by a large amount of sprayed dry cleaning agent for the clothes and the waste of the dry cleaning agent for the clothes due to too long spraying time is avoided.
In the process of spraying the atomized laundry dry cleaning agent into the washing tub, on the one hand, the first rotation speed is limited to be in the range of 40rpm to 50rpm (e.g., 50rpm), because if the laundry treatment apparatus sets the first rotation speed too small, i.e., less than 40rpm, or too large, i.e., more than 50rpm, the rotation speed of the washing tub is caused to be slower or faster relative to the speed at which the laundry dry cleaning agent is sprayed onto the laundry. If the rotating speed of the washing barrel is higher than the speed of spraying the dry cleaning agent on the clothes, the dry cleaning agent sprayed on the clothes is too dispersedly distributed on the clothes, and further the dry cleaning agent does not exist on some parts of the clothes, so that the clothes treatment equipment can only locally remove stains on the clothes; if the rotating speed of the washing tub is slower than the spraying speed of the dry cleaning agent on the clothes, the dry cleaning agent distributed on the local parts of the clothes is too much, and the phenomenon of wasting the dry cleaning agent on the clothes is generated.
On the other hand, the rotation-stop ratio of the first rotation-stop beat is limited within the range of 75% to 85% (for example, beat of 25 seconds and 5 seconds), which avoids that the stop time of the first rotation speed is too long due to the ratio of the rotation time of the first rotation-stop beat to the beat period being set too small, namely less than 75%, so that too much laundry dry cleaning agent is sprayed on the laundry, and the laundry dry cleaning agent is wasted; and the problem that the ratio of the rotation time of the first rotation stopping beat to the beat period is set to be too large, namely more than 85 percent, so that the stopping time of the first rotation speed is too short, the laundry dry cleaning agent sprayed on the laundry is too little, and the decontamination effect cannot be achieved is avoided.
Therefore, after the atomized dry cleaning agent for the clothes is sprayed into the washing barrel, the rotation-stop ratio of the first rotation-stop beat is limited to 75-85%, the first rotation speed is limited to 40-50 rpm, the dry cleaning agent can be uniformly dispersed on the clothes in the washing barrel, the decontamination effect of the clothes treatment equipment is ensured, and the rationality of the whole control process of the clothes treatment equipment is further ensured.
In any of the above embodiments, the dry scrubbing step comprises: and controlling the washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment to rotate for a second time length according to a second rotation-stop beat and a second rotating speed.
Wherein the stop ratio of the second stop beat is 50% to 60%, the second rotation speed is 35rpm to 45rpm, and the second duration is 15min to 20 min. Such as: after the atomized dry cleaning agent for the clothes is sprayed, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of 45rpm for 15 minutes according to the rhythm that the washing barrel rotates for 10 seconds and stops rotating for 8 seconds, and dry cleaning of the clothes to be treated is achieved.
In the embodiment, after the step of atomizing and spraying the dry cleaning agent for the clothes is performed, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate according to the second rotation stop rhythm and the second rotating speed, namely, the dry washing step is performed, so that the clothes treatment equipment can generate proper mechanical force through reasonable rhythm and rotating speed to beat the clothes, grease stains in the clothes are thoroughly removed under the action of beating and the dry cleaning agent for the clothes, and the dry cleaning effect of the clothes treatment equipment for the clothes is ensured.
The embodiment of the invention limits the dry-cleaning treatment time of the clothes to be 15min to 20min (for example, 15min) so as to avoid that the dry-cleaning effect of the clothes is reduced due to too short dry-cleaning treatment time and damage to the clothes due to too long dry-cleaning treatment time is avoided.
On one hand, the second rotating speed is limited within the range of 35rpm to 45rpm (for example, 45rpm), which avoids that the second rotating speed is set too low (namely less than 35 rpm) so that the clothes treating equipment cannot generate enough mechanical force during the washing process of the clothes, and grease dirt in the clothes cannot be completely removed; and the phenomenon that the first rotating speed is set to be overlarge, namely more than 45rpm, so that the mechanical force generated in the washing process of the clothes treatment equipment on the clothes is too large, the fibers of the washed clothes are damaged, and the service life of the clothes is shortened is avoided.
On the other hand, the rotation-stop ratio of the second rotation-stop beat is limited within the range of 50% to 60% (for example, beat of rotation for 10 seconds and beat of stop for 8 seconds), which avoids that the ratio of the rotation time of the second rotation-stop beat to the beat period is set to be too small, namely less than 50%, so that the rotation time is too short, the dry cleaning agent cannot be thoroughly dissolved in the clothes, and further the grease type stains in the clothes cannot be completely cleaned; and avoids the problems that the mechanical force is too large and the fibers of the clothes in washing are damaged due to too long rotation time and too short stop time caused by too large ratio of the rotation time of the second rotation stop beat to the beat period, namely more than 60%.
Therefore, the clothes treatment equipment can remove grease stains in clothes more thoroughly by controlling the rotation-stop ratio of the second rotation-stop beat to be 50-60% and the second rotation speed to be 35-45 rpm, so that the dry cleaning effect of the clothes treatment equipment on the clothes is improved, and the practicability of the clothes treatment equipment in the whole control process is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, when the dry washing step is performed, the method further includes: controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform the dry cleaning heating step.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to perform the dry-cleaning heating step in the course of controlling the washing tub to rotate at the second rotation-stop beat and the second rotation speed. That is, during the dry washing, the heating device of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to heat the air inside the washing tub.
Wherein the temperature of the air in the washing tub after heating ranges from 40 ℃ to 45 ℃.
In the embodiment, the heating device of the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to heat the air in the washing barrel, so that the temperature of the clothes in the washing barrel is properly raised, the activity of the clothes dry cleaning agent sprayed on the clothes is further improved, the clothes can be more fully combined with the clothes, and the decontamination effect of the clothes treatment equipment in the dry cleaning process of the clothes is greatly improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the heating control process, the heating temperature of the heating device is limited to be within the range of 40 ℃ to 45 ℃, so that the problems that the activity of the dry cleaning agent for the clothes is not strong and grease stains on the clothes cannot be completely removed due to the fact that the heating temperature of the heating device is set to be too low, namely less than 40 ℃, are avoided; and the phenomenon that the drying agent on the clothes is volatilized due to the overhigh heating temperature of the heating device, namely more than 45 ℃, so that the drying agent on the clothes is combined with the grease stains on the clothes in a short time to achieve an ideal decontamination effect is avoided, and the influence on the material of the clothes due to the overhigh temperature is also avoided. Therefore, the heating temperature of the heating device is limited within the range of 40 ℃ to 45 ℃, and the rationality of the whole control process of the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
Second embodiment, fig. 2 is a second flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the embodiment adds a dust removal step after receiving the dry cleaning control signal. Wherein, the step of removing dust includes:
step 202, controlling the clothes treating apparatus to perform the clothes dust removing step.
In the embodiment, before the atomization and the spraying of the dry cleaning agent for the clothes are carried out, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to execute the clothes dust removal step, and the clothes dust removal step is utilized, so that the bonding force between the granular dust stains and the clothes fibers can be weakened, the granular dust stains are separated from the clothes, and the effect of removing dust from the clothes is achieved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the laundry dusting step includes: and controlling the washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment to rotate for a third time length according to a third rotation-stop beat and a third rotation speed.
Wherein the rotation-stop ratio of the third rotation-stop beat is 75% to 85%, the third rotation speed is 40rpm to 50rpm, and the third time length ranges from 10min to 15 min. Such as: and after receiving the dry cleaning control signal, controlling the washing barrel to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 10 minutes according to the rhythm of rotating for 25 seconds and stopping rotating for 5 seconds, and realizing the dust removal of the clothes to be treated.
In the embodiment, after receiving the dry cleaning control signal, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate according to the third rotation-stop rhythm and the third rotating speed, namely, the rotation dust removal is carried out, so that the clothes treatment equipment can generate proper mechanical force through reasonable rotation-stop rhythm and rotating speed, the binding force between the granular dust stains and the clothes fibers is weakened through beating by the mechanical force, the granular dust stains of the clothes are separated and deposited from the clothes fibers, and the effectiveness of the clothes treatment equipment in the whole control process is ensured.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the dust removal treatment time of the clothes is limited to be 10min to 15min (for example, 10min), so that the problem that the dust removal effect of the clothes is reduced due to too short dust removal treatment time is avoided, and the damage to the clothes due to too long dust removal treatment time is avoided.
In an embodiment of the invention, on the one hand, the third rotation speed is limited in the range of 40rpm to 50rpm (for example, 50rpm), which both avoids that the laundry treatment apparatus cannot generate enough mechanical force due to the too small rotation speed caused by setting the third rotation speed too small, i.e. less than 40rpm, so that the particulate dust stain in the laundry in washing cannot be separated from the fibers of the laundry; and the phenomenon that the mechanical force generated by overlarge rotating speed is too large due to the overlarge third rotating speed, namely more than 50rpm, so that the fibers of the clothes in washing are damaged and the service life of the clothes is shortened is avoided.
On the other hand, limiting the rotation-stop ratio of the third rotation-stop cycle to be in the range of 75% to 85% (for example, a cycle of 25 seconds of rotation and 5 seconds of stop) avoids both that the ratio of the rotation time of the third rotation-stop cycle to the cycle of the cycle is set to be too small, i.e., less than 75%, which results in too short a rotation time, which results in incomplete separation of the particulate dust contaminants from the fibers of the laundry being washed, and that the ratio of the rotation time of the third rotation-stop cycle to the cycle of the cycle is set to be too large, i.e., greater than 85%, which results in too short a rotation stop time, which results in insufficient time for the particulate dust contaminants separated from the fibers of the laundry to precipitate, which results in the separated dust contaminants to fall again onto the laundry being washed.
Therefore, the clothes treatment equipment ensures that the clothes treatment equipment can generate reasonable mechanical force through reasonable third rotation-stop beat and third rotation speed by controlling the rotation-stop ratio of the third rotation-stop beat to be 75-85% and controlling the third rotation speed to be 40-50 rpm, the clothes are flapped according to the reasonable third rotation-stop beat, the bonding force between the granular dust stains in the clothes and the fibers of the clothes is weakened, the granular dust stains in the clothes are separated and precipitated from the fibers of the clothes, and the effectiveness of the clothes treatment equipment in the whole control process is improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the laundry dusting step includes: controlling a steam providing device of the clothes treatment equipment to introduce steam into a washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment.
Wherein the temperature of the steam is in the range of 55 ℃ to 60 ℃.
In this embodiment, before the atomization and spraying of the dry cleaning agent for clothes are performed, the steam providing device of the clothes treatment apparatus is controlled to start, the steam generated by the steam providing device is sprayed into the washing tub, i.e., the steam removes dust, the granular dust on the clothes is adsorbed, and the adsorbed dust layer is deposited to the bottom of the washing tub, so that the clothes treatment apparatus removes dust from the clothes.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the control process, the temperature range of the steam is limited to 55-60 ℃, so that the problem that the dust removal effect of the clothes treatment equipment is not ideal because the steam temperature is set to be too low, namely less than 55 ℃, and the water cannot fully form the steam is avoided; and avoids the damage to the clothes caused by the overhigh temperature setting of the steam, namely more than 60 ℃. Therefore, the clothes treatment device ensures the dust removal effect of the clothes treatment device on the clothes washing process by limiting the temperature range of the steam within the range of 55-60 ℃, and improves the rationality of the whole control process of the clothes treatment device.
It should be noted that, for the clothes dust removal step, only the rotary dust removal or the steam dust removal may be included, or the rotary dust removal and the steam dust removal may be included, and when the rotary dust removal and the steam dust removal are included, the execution sequence of the rotary dust removal and the steam dust removal is not limited. Of course, if the rotary dust removal is performed first and then the steam dust removal is performed, after the granular dust in the clothes is discharged through the rotary dust removal, the steam is introduced, the granular dust discharged through the rotary dust removal can be adsorbed, and the adsorbed dust layer is brought to settle only at the bottom of the washing barrel, so that the dust removal treatment effect is better.
Third embodiment, fig. 3 is a third flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the step of drying the laundry is added after the dry washing step is performed in the present embodiment. Wherein, the step of dry clothing includes:
step 302, controlling the clothes treating apparatus to perform a clothes drying step.
In this embodiment, after dry washing the laundry, the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to perform a drying step, thereby rapidly drying the laundry so that the user can directly wear the laundry after taking out the laundry.
In any of the above embodiments, the step of drying comprises: controlling a heating device of the laundry treatment apparatus to heat air in a washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus, and controlling a fan of the laundry treatment apparatus to blow the heated air.
Wherein the temperature range of the heated air is 85 ℃ to 90 ℃.
In the embodiment, because the clothes to be washed are slightly wet due to the atomization spraying effect, in order to enable a user to take out the dry clothes, after dry washing, the heating device of the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to continuously heat the air in the washing barrel to high temperature, and the fan is controlled to blow the heated air in the washing barrel, so that the heated hot air takes away the moisture and peculiar smell in the washing barrel and the clothes, the clothes are quickly dried, the air drying effect of the clothes treatment equipment on the clothes is ensured, meanwhile, the high temperature can volatilize the dry cleaning agent remained on the clothes, and the safety of the clothes is ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the heating control process, the temperature of the heated air is limited to be in the range of 85 ℃ to 90 ℃, so that the problem that the dry cleaning agent and the moisture on the clothes cannot be sufficiently volatilized due to the fact that the temperature of the air is set to be too low, namely less than 85 ℃, and the moisture and the peculiar smell in the clothes cannot be removed by the clothes treatment equipment is avoided; and the damage to the fibers of the clothes caused by the overhigh air temperature setting, namely more than 90 ℃, which leads to the reduction of the service life of the clothes processed by the clothes processing equipment is avoided. Therefore, the temperature of the heated air is limited within the range of 85 ℃ to 90 ℃, the air drying effect of the clothes treatment equipment on the clothes is ensured, and the rationality of the whole control process of the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
In the above embodiment, the drying step further comprises: and controlling the washing barrel to rotate for a fourth time length according to a fourth rotation-stop beat and a fourth rotating speed.
Wherein, the rotation-stop ratio of the fourth rotation-stop beat is 75-85%, the fourth rotation speed is 40-50 rpm, and the range of the fourth time length is 5-15 min. Such as: and when the fan blows the heated air, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 10 minutes according to the beats of rotating for 25 seconds and stopping rotating for 5 seconds, so that the clothes to be treated are dried.
In the embodiment, in the process of controlling the heating device to heat the air and controlling the fan to blow the air, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate according to the fourth rotation stop beat and the fourth rotation speed, so that the clothes treatment equipment can increase the contact area between the clothes and the heated air through reasonable rotation stop beat and rotation speed, and the air drying effect of the clothes treatment equipment on the clothes is ensured.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the air drying treatment time of the clothes is limited to be 5min to 15min (for example, 10min), so that the air drying effect of the clothes is prevented from being reduced due to too short air drying treatment time, and the clothes are prevented from being damaged due to too long air drying treatment time.
On one hand, the fourth rotating speed is limited in the range of 40rpm to 50rpm (for example, 50rpm), which avoids that the clothes treating equipment cannot generate enough mechanical force during the air drying process of the clothes treating equipment to the clothes due to the fact that the fourth rotating speed is set to be too small, namely less than 40rpm, and therefore the moisture in the clothes cannot be sufficiently removed; and the phenomenon that the service life of the clothes is shortened due to damage to fibers of the clothes in the washing barrel caused by too large mechanical force generated in the air drying process of the clothes treating equipment to the clothes caused by too large fourth rotating speed (namely more than 50rpm) is avoided.
On the other hand, limiting the rotation-stop ratio of the fourth rotation-stop beat to be in the range of 75% to 85% (for example, beat of 25 seconds rotation and 5 seconds stop), which avoids that the ratio of the rotation time of the fourth rotation-stop beat to the beat period is set to be too small, namely less than 75%, so that the rotation time is too short, the moisture in the clothes can not be completely evaporated, and the clothes in the washing tub can not be dried sufficiently; and avoids the damage to the clothes caused by overlong air drying time of the clothes in the washing barrel due to overlong rotation time caused by overlarge ratio of the rotation time of the fourth rotation-stop rhythm to the rhythm period, namely more than 85%.
Therefore, the clothes treatment equipment can remove moisture in clothes more fully by controlling the rotation-stop ratio of the fourth rotation-stop beat at 75-85% and controlling the fourth rotation speed at 40-50 rpm, so that the air drying effect of the clothes treatment equipment on the clothes is improved, and the practicability of the clothes treatment equipment in the whole control process is improved.
In the fourth embodiment, fig. 4 is a fourth flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment adds a cooling step after the dry-scrubbing step is completed. Wherein the step of cooling comprises:
and 402, controlling a heating device of the clothes treatment equipment to stop heating, and controlling a washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment to rotate for a fifth time length according to a fifth rotation stop beat and a fifth rotation speed.
In this embodiment, after the clothes drying step is performed, the clothes treatment device is controlled to perform the cooling step, so as to cool the clothes and the environment in the washing tub of the clothes treatment device, and avoid the problem that the temperature is too high to affect the clothes taking of a user.
Wherein the rotation-stop ratio of the fifth rotation-stop beat is 75% to 85%, the fifth rotation speed is 40rpm to 50rpm, and the fifth time length ranges from 5min to 10 min. Such as: and in the cooling process, controlling the washing barrel to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 5 minutes according to the rhythm that the washing barrel rotates for 25 seconds and stops rotating for 5 seconds, so as to realize the cooling of the clothes to be treated.
In the embodiment, after the clothes drying step is performed, the heating device is controlled to stop heating, and meanwhile, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate according to the fifth rotation stop beat and the fifth rotation speed, so that a proper mechanical force is generated, the clothes are flapped, moisture in the clothes is continuously removed, the heated clothes are cooled, the air drying effect of the clothes treatment equipment on the clothes is ensured, and the clothes are rapidly cooled.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the cooling treatment time of the clothes is limited to be 5min to 10min (for example, 5min), so that the cooling effect of the clothes is prevented from being reduced due to too short cooling treatment time, and the clothes are prevented from being damaged due to too long cooling treatment time.
On one hand, the fifth rotating speed is limited in the range of 40rpm to 50rpm (for example, 50rpm), which avoids that the clothes treating apparatus cannot generate enough mechanical force to affect the cooling effect of the clothes due to the fifth rotating speed being set too small, namely less than 40 rpm; and avoids the damage to the fiber of the clothes in the washing barrel caused by the too large mechanical force generated by the over-large setting of the fifth rotating speed, namely more than 50 rpm.
On the other hand, the rotation-stop ratio of the fifth rotation-stop rhythm is limited within the range of 75% to 85% (for example, rhythm of rotation for 25 seconds and rhythm of stop for 5 seconds), which avoids that the ratio of the rotation time of the fifth rotation-stop rhythm to the rhythm period is set too small, namely less than 75%, so that the rotation time is too short, and sufficient mechanical force cannot be generated, and the cooling effect of the clothes is influenced; and avoids the damage to the clothes caused by overlong rotating time due to overlarge ratio of the rotating time of the fifth rotating-stopping rhythm to the rhythm period, namely more than 85 percent.
Therefore, the clothes treatment device can remove moisture in the clothes more thoroughly by controlling the rotation-stop ratio of the fifth rotation-stop rhythm at 75-85% and the fourth rotation speed at 40-50 rpm, thereby improving the air drying effect of the clothes treatment device on the clothes and cooling the clothes quickly.
It should be noted that, after the heating device is controlled to stop heating, the fan can still keep working, so that air flows in the washing tub, and the cooling speed of the clothes is accelerated.
In the fifth embodiment, fig. 5 is a fifth flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment adds a step of care after the dry washing step is finished. Wherein the step of caring comprises:
step 502, controlling the washing tub to rotate according to a sixth rotation stop beat and a sixth rotation speed for a sixth time period;
step 504, controlling an atomization device of the clothes treatment equipment to atomize the clothes care agent, and spraying the atomized clothes care agent into a washing tub of the clothes treatment equipment.
In this embodiment, after the cooling step is performed, the clothes treatment device is controlled to perform the steps of atomizing and spraying the clothes care agent, that is, the clothes care agent is atomized and then uniformly sprayed onto the clothes, and then the atomized clothes care agent is used for nursing the clothes, so that the effects of refreshing, nursing, sterilizing, deodorizing, protecting shape and protecting color are achieved.
Wherein the laundry treating apparatus is provided with a second receiving chamber, wherein the second receiving chamber is used for receiving a laundry care agent. In an embodiment of the present invention, after the cooling step is performed, the atomization device is controlled to atomize the laundry care agent in the washing tub, and the atomized laundry care agent is controlled to be sprayed into the washing tub containing the laundry. The clothes treatment equipment realizes the nursing of clothes by spraying the clothes care agent on the clothes, improves the use convenience of a user on the clothes treatment equipment, and ensures the nursing effect on the clothes by controlling the atomization device to atomize the clothes care agent so as to more uniformly disperse the clothes care agent on the clothes in the washing barrel.
Wherein, the rotation-stop ratio of the sixth rotation-stop beat is 75% to 85%, the sixth rotating speed is 40rpm to 50rpm, and the sixth time length ranges from 2min to 5 min. Such as: in the clothes care process, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 2 minutes according to the rhythm that the washing barrel rotates for 25 seconds and stops rotating for 5 seconds, so that the clothes to be treated are cared.
In the embodiment, in the process of spraying the atomized clothes care agent into the washing barrel, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate according to the sixth rotation stop beat and the sixth rotation speed, so that the clothes care agent is dispersed on the clothes more uniformly, and the clothes care effect is improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the care time of the clothes is limited to 2min to 5min (for example, 2min), so that the care effect of the clothes is prevented from being reduced due to too short care time, the damage to the clothes caused by too long care time and the waste of the clothes care agent are avoided.
In the process of spraying the atomized laundry care agent into the washing tub, on the one hand, the sixth rotation speed is limited to a range of 40rpm to 50rpm (e.g., 50rpm), because if the sixth rotation speed is set too small, i.e., less than 40rpm, or set too large, i.e., greater than 50rpm, the rotation speed of the washing tub is caused to be slower or faster relative to the speed at which the laundry care agent is sprayed into the washing tub. If the rotation speed of the washing tub is fast relative to the speed of spraying the laundry care agent onto the laundry, the laundry care agent sprayed onto the laundry is distributed too dispersedly on the laundry, and some parts of the laundry are free of the laundry care agent; if the rotation speed of the washing tub is slow relative to the speed of the laundry care agent sprayed onto the laundry, the laundry care agent is excessively distributed to the local part of the laundry, resulting in a phenomenon of wasting the laundry care agent.
On the other hand, the rotation-stop ratio of the sixth rotation-stop beat is limited within the range of 75% to 85% (for example, beat of 25 seconds of rotation and 5 seconds of stop), which avoids that the ratio of the rotation time of the sixth rotation-stop beat to the beat period is set to be too small, namely less than 75%, so that the stop time is too long, and the laundry care agent sprayed on the laundry is too much, and the laundry care agent is wasted; and the problem that the clothes care agent sprayed on the clothes is too little due to too large setting of the ratio of the rotation time of the sixth rotation stop beat to the beat period, namely more than 85 percent, so that the effect of nursing the clothes is not achieved.
Therefore, after the atomized clothes care agent is sprayed into the washing tub, the rotation-stop ratio of the sixth rotation-stop beat is limited to 75-85%, and the sixth rotation speed is limited to 40-50 rpm, so that the clothes care agent can be uniformly dispersed on the clothes in the washing tub, the care effect of the clothes treatment equipment is ensured, and the integrity of the clothes treatment equipment in the whole control process is improved.
Example six, the following are the main common stains on clothing: sebum secreted by sebaceous glands, sweat secreted by sweat glands, dust in the air, keratinocytes shed from the skin, bacteria and germs in the environment, and odor generated by fermentation of the above substances.
Sebum is an oily stain, and mainly comprises unsaturated oil-contaminated squalene, free fatty acid, triglyceride, monoglyceride and diglyceride, cholesterol, etc. Under the catalytic action of certain temperature, humidity, oxygen and ultraviolet radiation conditions, an autoxidation reaction can occur to generate a brownish yellow product which is attached to the fabric, thereby affecting the appearance of the garment. Sebum is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents, which can be carried away from the fabric.
In the sweat, 98% to 99% is water, and 1% to 2% is sodium chloride, urea, lactic acid, fatty acid, amino acid, and the like. The sodium chloride, the urea and the lactic acid are colorless and are easily soluble in water, and can be removed in a water environment; fatty acids are lipid stains, and the removal mode can refer to sebum. Part of amino acids such as tyrosine, histidine and the like are not easy to dissolve in water, and undergo a photochemical reaction under the action of ultraviolet rays and oxygen to generate yellow chromophoric groups, so that the fabric is yellowed, and the yellow chromophoric groups can be removed by utilizing the decomposition effect of protease.
The dirt in the air or the corneocytes shed off from the skin are insoluble in water, the combination of the corneocytes and the fabric is mainly adhered by gravity adhesion and electrostatic force, and the corneocytes are mainly present in the gaps where yarns are interwoven in the warp and weft directions or in the gaps where fibers and fibers constituting the yarns are interwoven and cohered, and can be removed by applying a certain mechanical action or electrostatic adsorption action.
The odor generated from clothes is generally derived from three aspects: firstly, after the double bond of unsaturated fatty acid in the residual sebum is oxidized and decomposed, a large amount of aldehydes and ketones can be generated, wherein the two aldehydes of C9H18O (nonanal) and C10H20O (decanal) have strong oil smell and are main peculiar smell sources; secondly, carboxylic acid and ketone substances, and residual carboxylic acid substances on clothes can generate certain acid odor and peculiar smell and are also one of the sources of the peculiar smell; thirdly, organic substances decomposed by bacteria, mould and the like, such as lactic acid, urea, sebum and epidermal cells, and various excrement generated smelly gases and peculiar smell sources. Sebum and carboxylic acid stains can be removed by thoroughly removing them and spraying a nursing bactericide.
By combining the characteristics of the stains, the environment-friendly organic solvent which is in a liquid state at normal temperature and can volatilize by heating can be used for removing sebum, grease and partial sweat stains, and then the nursing agent is sprayed to achieve the effects of refreshing, nursing, sterilizing, protecting shape, protecting color and removing peculiar smell.
In the embodiment of the invention, the clothes processing equipment is taken as a washing machine or a clothes dryer as an example, the washing machine or the clothes dryer is provided with a conventional detergent box, a box capable of storing dry cleaning agents and a box capable of storing nursing agents, and the bottoms of the two boxes are connected with an atomizing device which can atomize the liquid dry cleaning agents and the nursing agents and uniformly spray the liquid dry cleaning agents and the nursing agents on clothes in a washing barrel. Fig. 6 is a flow chart illustrating a dry cleaning method of a washing machine or dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the dry cleaning method comprises the following steps:
step 602, entering an adsorption dedusting stage. After receiving a dry cleaning control signal triggered by a user, firstly, carrying out adsorption dust removal treatment on clothes, specifically, controlling a washing barrel to rotate at a rotating speed of 50rpm for 10 minutes according to a beat of rotating for 25 seconds and stopping rotating for 5 seconds, and spraying hot and humid water steam with a temperature range of 55 ℃ to 60 ℃ into the washing barrel through a steam spraying device in the rotating process of the washing barrel.
In the adsorption and dust removal stage, reasonable beat and rotating speed are set, the binding force between granular dust stains and clothes fibers is weakened through beating by mechanical force, and meanwhile, hot and humid steam is sprayed into the washing barrel and can adsorb and settle dust at the bottom of the washing barrel, so that the dust removal effect is achieved.
And step 604, entering a stage of spraying dry cleaning agent. After the adsorption and dust removal stage is finished, the storage box for storing the dry cleaning agent is opened, the dry cleaning agent stored is atomized by the atomization device connected with the storage box, and then the atomized dry cleaning agent is sprayed into the washing barrel. When spraying the mist-like clothes dry cleaning agent, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 2 minutes according to the rhythm that the washing barrel rotates for 25 seconds and stops rotating for 5 seconds.

Through dry decontamination for 15 minutes, lipid stains on clothes are thoroughly removed under the action of the mist dry cleaning agent and mechanical force by using reasonable beat and rotating speed.
Step 608, enter the air drying stage. After the dry decontamination stage is finished, in order to remove dry cleaning agents on clothes, the heating device is controlled to continue heating, so that the temperature of air in the washing barrel is kept within the range of 85-90 ℃, the fan is controlled to blow the heated air into the washing barrel, and the washing barrel is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 10 minutes at the rhythm of 25 seconds of rotation and 5 seconds of stop; so as to heat and volatilize the dry cleaning agent on the clothes; under the action of high temperature, the heated hot air can also take away the water and the peculiar smell in the washing barrel and clothes, thereby achieving the effects of sterilization and deodorization.
In this stage, set up certain heating temperature and volatilize the dry cleaning agent heating and get rid of, utilize reasonable beat and rotational speed to get rid of steam under hot-blast and mechanical force roll effect, can also reach the effect of disinfecting, removing the flavor simultaneously.
Step 610, enter a cooling phase. In this stage, the heating device is controlled to be turned off, and the washing tub is controlled to rotate at a speed of 50rpm for 5 minutes in a cycle of 25 seconds of rotation and 5 seconds of stoppage. The clothes are turned over under the action of a certain mechanical force, so that the temperature in the barrel is rapidly cooled.
Step 612, enter the care phase. In the stage, the box for storing the nursing agent is opened, the atomizing device sprays the mist nursing agent into the washing barrel, and the washing barrel is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 2 minutes according to the rhythm that the washing barrel rotates for 25 seconds and stops rotating for 5 seconds. The mist nursing agent can be dispersed on clothes more uniformly by using reasonable beat and rotating speed, and good effects of refreshing nursing, sterilizing, deodorizing, protecting shape and protecting color are achieved.
After the program is finished, the user takes out the clothes and can directly wear the clothes.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the characteristics of common stains in life and the combination mechanism of the stains and the fabric are researched, the special dry cleaning agent and the special care agent for the stains are determined in a targeted manner, the corresponding dry cleaning agent box, the care agent box and the atomization device are adopted to uniformly disperse the corresponding cleaning agent on the clothes, and reasonable washing care parameters are matched, so that the decontamination effect of household dry cleaning on the clothes which cannot be washed by water can be achieved, meanwhile, the clothes are effectively nursed, the service life of the clothes is prolonged, and the health and the hygiene are ensured.
