The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention are further described by the following detailed description with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting and processing load clamping of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to detecting and processing load clamping of a drum washing machine during washing, and can be performed by a device for detecting and processing load clamping of a washing machine disposed in an electronic device, as shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting and processing load clamping of a washing machine according to the embodiment includes:
in step S110, a temperature rise of a driving motor of the washing machine and/or a water level in the tub is detected during the washing process.
The load clamping of the motor is caused by the fact that the external force is larger than the torque of the motor and the motor cannot run. In the operation process of the washing machine, the temperature rise of the motor can be continuously increased along with the driving of the load by the motor, when the washing machine is clamped by the load, the driving motor is in an unbalanced heat state, and the temperature of the driving motor can be increased along with the increase of the temperature of the motor.
The temperature rise of the motor is defined as: when the motor starts to operate from a normal temperature state, the temperature of the motor continuously rises along with the operation, when the temperature of the motor is higher than the temperature of the surrounding environment, on one hand, the motor continuously absorbs heat and slowly rises, on the other hand, the motor starts to emit heat to the surrounding, when the motor is in a heat balance state, the temperature does not rise any more, and at the moment, the difference between the temperature of the motor and the temperature of the surrounding environment is the temperature rise of the motor.
The operation principle is that the temperature rise of the driving motor is calculated simply by detecting the resistance value of the winding of the driving motor, and particularly, the driving motor drives the clothes load to run at a certain rotation-stop ratio, so that the temperature rise value is sent to the washing machine controller by the driving motor during the period that the driving motor stops running, and the washing machine controller controls the driving motor to stop running when the driving motor is about to reach the highest allowable temperature according to the temperature rise value.
In another example, a resistance value of a resistance winding of a driving motor of the washing machine during a shutdown may also be detected during the washing process, from which a temperature rise of the driving motor of the washing machine is determined.
If the load in the drum of the drum washing machine is static for a long time, water adsorbed by the load flows out, and the water level is increased when the water is gathered in the drum, so that the water level is increased when the load is clamped in the washing process of the washing machine.
Various methods may be used to detect the water level in the tub of the washing machine during the washing process, for example, the water level in the tub may be detected by a water level sensor built in the washing machine during the washing process.
In step S120, it is determined whether a load grip of the washing machine occurs according to the temperature rise and/or the water level in the tub.
And determining whether the washing machine has load clamping according to the temperature rise, specifically determining whether the washing machine has load clamping according to the change speed of the temperature rise, for example, determining that the locked rotor occurs when the temperature rise is determined to be more than 105 degrees. It should be noted that, for drum washing machines of different models, temperature rises are different when a spin-lock occurs, and therefore, a temperature threshold value when a spin-lock occurs in a current model needs to be determined before this step.
For example, the water level in the drum may be obtained first, and whether the water level in the drum increases to a predetermined water level threshold may be determined, and if so, the load clamping of the washing machine may be determined. For another example, after the water level corresponding to the current washing program is determined, the ratio between the water level in the drum and the water level corresponding to the current washing program is determined, and if the ratio is greater than a predetermined ratio threshold, it is determined that the washing machine has load clamping. It should be noted that the above-mentioned water level threshold and proportional threshold can be determined by comparative experiments to select values sufficient to determine the occurrence of load clamping of the washing machine.
In step S130, if it is determined that the load clamp occurs in the washing machine, the rotational speed of the driving motor of the washing machine is increased to a predetermined rotational speed to trim the load in the tub to release the clamp.
The phenomenon of continuous increase of the temperature rise of the motor during the operation of the washing machine, if not limited, can cause deterioration of the physical, mechanical, chemical and electrical properties of the motor insulation material once the temperature rise reaches the maximum allowable temperature. Therefore, if it is determined that load clamping occurs, timely treatment is required to avoid further increase in temperature rise, which can cause serious consequences.
For example, the temperature rise of the driving motor of the washing machine may be detected after increasing the rotation speed of the driving motor of the washing machine to a predetermined rotation speed for a predetermined period of time, and it may be determined whether the load in the drum is released from the chucking based on the temperature rise. Specifically, the instantaneous current of the driving motor can be increased to increase the torque of the motor, so that when the rotating speed of the washing machine is increased to about 70-105 revolutions per minute, the load does not beat any more due to the high rotating speed, but rotates along with the cylinder along the wall of the cylinder, and the load is sorted to release the clamping.
According to the embodiment, the temperature rise of the driving motor of the washing machine and/or the water level in the drum are detected in the washing process, whether the washing machine generates load clamping or not is determined according to the temperature rise and/or the water level in the drum, when the load clamping is determined to occur, the rotating speed of the driving motor of the washing machine is increased to the preset rotating speed so as to arrange the load in the drum to remove the clamping, the detection and the processing can be timely carried out when the load clamping occurs, and the load can be prevented from being damaged due to excessive friction.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another method for detecting and processing load clamping of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is based on the foregoing embodiment and is optimized. As shown in fig. 2, the method for detecting and processing the load clamp of the washing machine according to the embodiment includes:
in step S210, a motor temperature rise is detected.
In step S220, a water level height is detected.
It should be noted that, this step and step S220 may be alternatively executed, and may also be executed to detect both the temperature rise of the motor and the height of the water level.
In step S230, it is determined whether the temperature or water level is rising, if so, step S250 is performed, otherwise, step S240 is performed.
If the temperature rise is detected, the load in the roller and the clamping or winding in the roller can be judged.
When the water level height is detected to be high, the internal load can be judged to be static for a long time, so that the water adsorbed by the load flows out and is converged into the roller to enable the water level to be raised.
The drum washing machine effectively detects whether the load is clamped in the drum or not by detecting the temperature rise of the driving motor or the water level height in the drum, and whether the load clamping of the driving motor is caused or not. If one or both of the above conditions are detected, the drum internal clamp load can be determined.
In step S240, normal washing is performed, and the steps S210 and S220 may be returned to.
In step S250, the rotational speed of the driving motor of the washing machine is increased to increase the torque of the driving motor.
The roller begins to increase torque at the moment, so as to increase the rotating speed and rearrange the load in the roller.
In step S260, the driving motor is rotated at a high speed to trim the load.
In step S270, the drive motor is controlled to return to the normal rotation speed. After a few minutes, the driving motor can be controlled to return to the normal washing speed.
This embodiment is through detecting washing machine's driving motor's temperature rise and/or a section of thick bamboo water level in the washing process, according to whether the temperature rise and/or the section of thick bamboo water level confirms that washing machine takes place the load centre gripping, when confirming that the load centre gripping takes place, improves driving motor's rotational speed and arranges in order to remove the centre gripping in order to the load in the section of thick bamboo, can in time detect and handle when taking place the load centre gripping, can avoid the load to be caused the damage by excessive friction.
