Conveying the amino acid stock solution subjected to acidolysis in the reaction kettle to a preheating system, heating to 93 ℃, pressurizing to 0.35MPa through air, maintaining the pressure for 1.6h, conveying the oil to a centrifuge through an oil pouring port, centrifuging for 19min at 15000r/min, washing and centrifuging the oil for 3 times through hot water at 96 ℃, conveying the oil to an oil storage tank, and conveying the amino acid stock solution to the next process;
(2) a pretreatment procedure:
treating the amino acid stock solution at the outlet of the step (1) by 41um micro-bubbles, filtering and extruding suspended matters, conveying the filtered and extruded suspended matters to a product warehouse, mixing the liquid phase by a medicament for 1min, treating the mixed solution by 41um micro-bubbles, and conveying the treated mixed solution to a pre-separation step;
(3) a pre-separation process:
conveying the liquid phase material in the step (2) to a centrifuge of a pre-separation step, centrifuging for 19min at 1500r/min by the centrifuge, conveying the suspension to a product warehouse after filtering and extruding, and filtering the liquid phase by a 7000-mesh filter screen to obtain an amino acid clear solution;
(4) premixing, separating and purifying:
and (4) adding eggshell powder into the amino acid clear liquid in the step (3), adjusting the pH value of the amino acid clear liquid to 5.5, centrifuging for 19min by a centrifuge at 15000r/min, filtering and extruding suspended matters, conveying the suspended matters to a product warehouse, and filtering a liquid phase by a 7000-mesh filter screen to obtain the amino acid liquid.
Example 8
A process for separating and purifying amino acid liquor of animals died of diseases comprises the following steps:
(1) preheating system procedure
Conveying the amino acid stock solution subjected to acidolysis in the reaction kettle to a preheating system, heating to 89 ℃, pressurizing to 0.3MPa through air, maintaining the pressure for 1.3h, conveying the oil to a centrifuge through an oil discharge port, centrifuging for 16min at 14000r/min, washing and centrifuging the oil for 3 times through hot water at 90 ℃, conveying the oil to an oil storage tank, and conveying the amino acid stock solution to the next process;
(2) a pretreatment procedure:
treating the amino acid stock solution at the outlet of the step (1) by 33um micro-bubbles, filtering and extruding the suspended matters, conveying the filtered and extruded suspended matters to a product warehouse, mixing the liquid phase by a medicament for 1min, treating the mixed solution by the 33um micro-bubbles, and conveying the treated mixed solution to a pre-separation step;
(3) a pre-separation process:
conveying the liquid phase material in the step (2) to a centrifuge of a pre-separation step, centrifuging for 16min at 14000r/min, conveying the suspension to a product warehouse after filtering and extruding, and filtering the liquid phase through a 6000-mesh filter screen to obtain an amino acid clear solution;
(4) premixing, separating and purifying:
adding eggshell powder into the amino acid clear liquid in the step (3), adjusting the pH value of the amino acid clear liquid to 5.5, centrifuging for 16min by a centrifuge of 14000r/min, filtering and extruding suspended matters, conveying the suspended matters to a product warehouse, and filtering a liquid phase by a 6000-mesh filter screen to obtain the amino acid liquid.
The oil acid value, the amino acid content, the pH value of the amino acid liquid and the oil content in the amino acid liquid of the amino acid liquid separation and purification process for the animals died of illness prepared in the embodiment 1-8 are characterized, the oil acid value and the amino acid content are tested according to GB/T5009.229-2016 and GB/T14965, and the test results are shown in the following Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1 above, the amino acid solution separation and purification process for animals died of illness prepared in the embodiments of the present invention has low fatty acid value, high amino acid content, weak pH of amino acid solution, and low fatty content in amino acid solution, which indicates that the amino acid solution separation and purification process for animals died of illness prepared from the raw materials provided by the present invention has low fatty acid value, high amino acid content, weak pH of amino acid solution, and low fatty content in amino acid solution.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (3)
1. The process for separating and purifying the amino acid liquor of the animals died of the disease is characterized by comprising the working procedures of preheating system, pretreatment, preseparation, premixing and separation and purification, wherein:
(1) preheating system procedure
Conveying the amino acid stock solution subjected to acidolysis in the reaction kettle to a preheating system, heating to 75-96 ℃, pressurizing to 0.02-0.4 MPa through air, maintaining the pressure for 0.2-2 h, conveying the oil to a centrifuge through an oil pouring port, centrifuging for 2-21 min through 6000-16000 r/min, washing and centrifuging the oil for 3 times through hot water at 70-100 ℃, conveying the oil to an oil storage tank, and conveying the amino acid stock solution to the next process;
(2) a pretreatment procedure:
treating the amino acid stock solution at the outlet of the step (1) by 10-50 um micro-bubbles, filtering and extruding the suspended matters, conveying the filtered and extruded suspended matters to a product warehouse, mixing the liquid phase by a medicament for 1min, treating the mixed solution by 10-50 um micro-bubbles, and conveying the treated mixed solution to a pre-separation step;
(3) a pre-separation process:
conveying the liquid-phase material in the step (2) to a centrifuge of a pre-separation step, centrifuging for 2-21 min at 6000-16000 r/min by the centrifuge, conveying the suspension to a product warehouse after filtering and extruding, and filtering the liquid phase by a filter screen of 500-8000 meshes to obtain an amino acid clear solution;
(4) premixing, separating and purifying:
adding eggshell powder into the amino acid clear liquid in the step (3), adjusting the pH value of the amino acid clear liquid to 5.5, centrifuging for 2-21 min by a centrifuge of 6000-16000 r/min, conveying the suspension to a product warehouse after filtering and extruding, and filtering the liquid phase by a filter screen of 500-8000 meshes to obtain the amino acid liquid.
2. The process for separating and purifying amino acid solution of animals died of diseases as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutical agent is one or more of protein, polyaluminium chloride and its derivatives, glycoprotein, cellulose and its derivatives, polyacrylamide and its derivatives, ferric sulfate and its derivatives, aluminum sulfate and its derivatives, and mucopolysaccharide.
3. The process for separating and purifying amino acid liquor of animals died of illness according to claim 1, characterized in that the eggshell powder is eggshell, wherein the organic matter mass content is less than or equal to 0.5%.
