2. Environment-friendly type
Odor: the oily waterproof coating on the market is canned under the canning conditions of 80 parts of filling rate, DME serving as a propellant and 2 material-gas ratio to obtain the oily waterproof coating aerosol paint on the market. The aerosol paint and the paint in the examples 1 to 4 are sprayed on the paperboard according to the 6-2 spraying method of GB/T1727-1992 paint film general preparation method, and before the coating film is not dried, the paper board is gently fanned by hands to smell.
VOC content: the method is carried out by referring to the specification of technical requirements of HJ 2537-2014 environmental mark products;
3. effect of spray coating
The waterborne waterproof coating aerosol paint in the embodiments 1-4 and the market is sprayed on a paperboard according to the 6-2 spraying method of GB/T1727 and 1992 paint film general preparation method, and the spraying state, the spraying board effect and the material liquid state after the can is opened are observed.
4. Storage stability
The test was carried out according to GB 6756.3-86 test method for the storage stability of coatings

The test is carried out according to GB/T16777 & lt 2008 & gt test method for building waterproof paint
6. Outdoor weatherability
The tests were carried out according to GB/T1767-1979 (1989) determination of the weatherability of the paint film

The data in table 1 show that the water emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint prepared by the invention has the advantages of convenient construction, environmental protection, good storage stability, good emulsion state, good waterproof effect, good outdoor weather resistance and the like, and is obviously superior to comparative products. Therefore, the method has wide application prospect.

Claims (10)

1. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint and the preparation method thereof are characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
23-35 parts of modified asphalt mixture, 18-25 parts of water, 0.1-1.5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-1.5 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.1-1 part of wetting dispersion mixture, 1-4 parts of protective adhesive, 9-15 parts of pigment and filler, 2-4 parts of anti-settling thixotropic agent, 0.1-1 part of film-forming assistant, 0.1-1 part of antifoaming agent and 30-35 parts of propellant.
2. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the modified asphalt mixture is a mixture of petroleum asphalt and a modifier = 18-26: 5-9, wherein the petroleum asphalt is at least one of 90# road petroleum asphalt, 70# road petroleum asphalt and 10# road petroleum asphalt, and the modifier is at least one of acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer, cationic neoprene latex, styrene-butadiene latex, anhydride modified high-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and siloxane resin.
3. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the surfactant is at least one of AMOA-12, SM-LLL, TX-9 and DOWFAX 2A 1.
4. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the wet dispersion mixture is at least one of NUOSPERSE FN 211, YCK-2730, and AFCONA-4530.
5. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the protective glue is at least one of hydroxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, gum arabic and polyethylene oxide.
6. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the pigment filler is a mixture of pigment and filler = 1-5: 8-10, wherein the pigment is at least one of carbon black, titanium dioxide and organic pigment of the east China sea chemical limited company, and the filler is at least one of coarse whiting, mica powder, talcum powder and silica powder.
7. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the anti-settling thixotropic agent is at least one of bentonite, polyurethane thickener, hydroxyethyl cellulose and organic modified hectorite clay.
8. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the film forming assistant is at least one of LEVELOL 495, RTC-300 and AFCONA-3035.
9. The water-emulsion type waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the propellant is HFA-227: HFA-134 a: nitrogen = 0-30: 0-29: 0-4.
10. The preparation method of the water-emulsion waterproof coating aerosol paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
taking the components according to the mass parts, heating and mixing the petroleum asphalt and the modified substance, and uniformly stirring to obtain a modified asphalt mixture; uniformly mixing water and a surfactant, adding sodium dihydrogen phosphate to maintain the pH value between 6 and 7.5, adding the modified asphalt mixture for emulsification after the surfactant is dissolved, adding a wetting dispersion mixture, a protective adhesive, a pigment filler, an anti-settling thixotropic agent, a film-forming assistant and an anti-foaming agent for uniform dispersion, adjusting the viscosity to be within a proper range, filtering a waterproof material liquid in an aerosol can, putting a stirrer and a valve, sealing, filling a propellant, and beating a press head to obtain the water-emulsion waterproof paint aerosol paint.
