Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of coatings, and particularly relates to aerosol paint and a preparation method thereof.
Technical Field
The aerosol paint is more and more popular due to the convenience of carrying, self-pressure, good atomization in construction and simple operation, and is widely used for spraying various substrates such as metal, wood, ABS, PVC and the like.
The self-spraying paint is widely applied to the field of vehicle repair, and is mainly used for repairing and changing the color of a paint surface, vehicle identification numbers and the like. When the surface of plastic parts such as automotive upholstery, bumpers and motorcycle plastic parts is coated on the surfaces of automobiles, motorcycles and the like, the plastic is mainly polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) or a copolymer of PP and PE, and the polyolefin is characterized by high crystallinity, strong solvent resistance, low surface polarity and surface energy and poor adhesion of the traditional coating.
In addition, the surfaces of injection molding parts such as automobile interiors and the like and motorcycle injection molding parts are mostly semi-smooth or matte in effect, when the injection molding parts have flaws or surface scratches and are repaired, in order to achieve a better repairing effect, the requirements on the fine sense and the matte powder arrangement of a paint film of a repairing coating are higher, and after the traditional aerosol paint is repaired, the fine sense and the matte powder arrangement of the surface of the paint film are poor, the difference with a substrate is obvious, repairing marks are easy to perceive, and the attractiveness is not enough.
Vehicles as vehicles need to be cleaned and wiped frequently, and have high requirements on paint film hardness, wiping resistance, alcohol resistance and detergent resistance, otherwise, paint films are easy to lose, fall off and discolor due to friction.
In conclusion, aiming at the surface repair of polyolefin plastics and vehicle plastic parts, the aerosol paint with high adhesive force, wear-resistant wiping and perfect repair effect is developed to meet the market demand, and has great significance for enriching the application promotion of the aerosol paint in market segments.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is characterized in that the special repairing aerosol paint for the polyolefin substrate plastic parts is developed, and has the characteristics of strong adhesive force, high hardness, wiping resistance, excellent repairing effect and the like. Meanwhile, the raw materials are reasonably selected, the prepared aerosol paint is good in atomization and convenient and fast to construct, and the method can be used in the fields of repairing defects of automotive interior trim injection molding parts, changing colors of automotive interiors and the like.
