1. A dish retrieving apparatus for a conveyor dishwasher, comprising:
the clamping device comprises a clamping hand (1) which is positioned at the bowl outlet side of the conveying type dishwasher, and a plurality of open grooves (10) are sequentially arranged on the clamping hand (1) at intervals along the conveying direction; the opening of the open slot (10) faces downwards and is used for accommodating a dinner plate which is obliquely arranged on the conveyor belt; two clamping positions (100) are arranged in the open slot (10) side by side along the transverse direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, a rolling shaft (11) contacted with the bottom of the dinner plate is arranged on one side of the open slot (10) at the clamping positions (100), a sliding block (12) which moves in a reciprocating manner along the transverse direction perpendicular to the conveying direction is arranged on the other side of the open slot (10), and an air inflation bag (13) is arranged on one side, facing the mouth surface of the dinner plate, of the sliding block (12); when the dinner plate is clamped, the clamping hand (1) moves downwards to enable the dinner plate to move into the clamping position (100) in the open slot (10), the inflatable bag (13) is inflated to tightly press the dinner plate on the roller (11), the clamping hand (1) moves upwards, and the sliding block (12) drives the dinner plate to transversely move in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction through the inflatable bag (13) under the action of the transverse reciprocating mechanism and is tightly leaned against a baffle plate (14) far away from the interface of the two clamping positions (100); and
the transfer mechanism (2) is used for driving the clamping hands (1) to reciprocate between the bowl outlet side of the conveying type dish washing machine and the dinner plate placing rack (3).

The dining plate retrieving device of claim 1, wherein said lateral reciprocating mechanism comprises: the rope winding device comprises a rope winding machine (4), a traction rope (5) and an extension spring (6), wherein the rotating end of the rope winding machine (4) is connected with one end of the traction rope (5), and the other end of the traction rope (5) is connected with one end, far away from the interface of the two clamping positions (100), of a sliding block (12); one end of the extension spring (6) is hooked with the interface of the two clamping positions (100), and the other end of the extension spring (6) is hooked with the sliding block (12).

The dinner plate recycling device according to claim 2, characterized in that one side of the open groove (10) at the clamping position (100) is provided with a sink groove (101) which is matched with the slide block (12) along the transverse direction perpendicular to the conveying direction; and a through hole (15) which can be smoothly passed through when the inflatable bag (13) is inflated is reserved between the baffle (14) and the sinking groove (101).

The tray retrieving device according to any of the claims 1-3, characterized in that the transferring mechanism (2) comprises: the dish rack comprises a guide rail (21), a slide carriage (22) and a telescopic assembly (23), wherein the guide rail (21) is positioned above a space between a bowl outlet side of the conveying type dish washing machine and the dish placing rack (3) and is transversely arranged; the slide carriage (22) is movably arranged on the guide rail (21) and is driven by a transverse moving assembly (24); the telescopic component (23) is arranged on the slide carriage (22), and the telescopic end is fixedly connected with the clamping hand (1) and is telescopic along the inclined direction of the dinner plate.

The dining plate retrieving device of claim 4, further comprising: the turnover device comprises a turnover plate (25) and a telescopic rod (26), wherein the turnover plate (25) is rotatably arranged on a slide carriage (22) around a transverse shaft, and a telescopic assembly (23) is arranged on the slide carriage (22); one end of the telescopic rod (26) is hinged on the slide carriage (22), and the other end is hinged on the turnover plate (25) to push the turnover plate (25) to rotate.

s2, transferring dinner plates: the clamping hand (1) is driven by the transfer mechanism (2) to move from the bowl outlet side of the conveying type dish washing machine to the position above the dinner plate placing frame (3); meanwhile, the bowl outlet side of the conveying type dish washing machine is conveyed by a step pitch and then is stopped;
