Meanwhile, the wheel is disabled due to the polygonal corrugation effect generated by abrasion between the wheel rail and the wheel, and the elastic wheel is widely used in light rail vehicles as a means for reducing vibration and noise and improving corrugation.
The elastic wheel is added with the elastic element in the wheel hub and the wheel core to achieve the purposes of vibration reduction and noise reduction, but the elastic element adopted at present is mostly in a U shape or a V shape, so that the elastic element is not only complex to install, but also easily deviates in motion, and the wheel is caused to fail.

Until both layers of rubber elements fail, the entire wheel is converted to a rigid wheel for continued operation.
