Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置。在螺杆挤塑机的原料未加热段的侧壁连接填料喂料机的出料口,填料与从螺杆挤塑机进料口投入的母料在此段混合。本发明可直接将粉体材料通过喂料机与原料(合成树脂和其它助剂)在螺杆挤塑机的料筒内均匀混合,避免了分散剂的使用,减少了混合时间,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料加工技术领域,涉及造粒设备,尤其是一种用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置。
背景技术
在改性塑料的生产过程中,根据产品的性能要求,通常需要添加无机填料,无机填料通常为粉体填料,如滑石粉、碳酸钙、云母、硫酸钡等,以提高材料刚性,降低成本。目前加入无机填料的方式一般为加入一定量的分散剂(如白油),用混合机将无机填料与合成树脂和其它助剂混合,此种混料方式往往在向混合机中导入粉体材料时,会有粉尘飞扬,导致生产环境粉尘超标,影响操作人员的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种有效减少扬尘,降低成本的用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置,在螺杆挤塑机的原料未加热段的侧壁连接填料喂料机的出料口,填料与从螺杆挤塑机进料口投入的母料在此段混合。
而且,所述的未加热段靠近螺杆挤塑机进料口,在螺杆挤塑机的第二段。
而且,所述的螺杆挤塑机为双螺杆挤塑机。
而且,所述的填料喂料机为螺杆喂料机。
而且,在填料喂料机的驱动电机上安装一用于控制填料喂料机转速的变频器。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明可直接将粉体材料通过喂料机与母料在螺杆挤塑机的料筒内均匀混合,避免了分散剂的使用,减少了混合时间,降低了运行成本。
2、本发明的喂料机的电机为变频电机,可以通过控制螺杆的转速来控制添加填料的加入量,保证产品的性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置,在螺杆挤塑机1的原料未加热段的侧壁连接填料喂料机2的出料口。填料与从螺杆挤塑机进料口3投入的母料在此段混合,再共同进入加热段加热熔化。
所述的未加热段靠近螺杆挤塑机进料口,具体是在螺杆挤塑机的第二段。
所述填料喂料机的机型为单螺杆或双螺杆,在填料喂料机的电机上安装一变频器用于控制填料喂料机转速。
使用时,启动填料喂料机,根据无机填料的加入量调节变频器,使螺杆机转速达到预定转速,启动螺杆挤塑机,使母料进入螺杆挤塑机内,再将无机填料放入喂料斗内,盖上料盖。无机填料通过填料喂料机进入到螺杆挤塑机的第二节机筒内混合,由于第二节机筒尚未加热,母料和无机填料在机筒内为旋转前进,在母料熔化前已和无机填料混合均匀,因此保证了产品的均一性。

1.一种用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置,其特征在于:在螺杆挤塑机的原料未加热段的侧壁连接填料喂料机的出料口,填料与从螺杆挤塑机进料口投入的原料在此段混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置,其特征在于:所述的未加热段靠近螺杆挤塑机进料口,在螺杆挤塑机的第二段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置,其特征在于:所述的螺杆挤塑机为双螺杆挤塑机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置,其特征在于:所述的填料喂料机为螺槽较深的螺杆喂料机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于螺杆挤塑机的无机填料侧喂料装置,其特征在于:在填料喂料机的驱动电机上安装一用于控制填料喂料机转速的变频器。
