In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to ensure that sufficient power is available to the drive unit 3, the vacuum cleaner 9 and the blower, the construction device is further provided with a separate power supply device 8, which power supply device 8 is typically an energy storage battery. In order to ensure that the power supply device 8 stores sufficient electric energy, the power supply device 8 can be separately arranged, so that the volume of the power supply device 8 can be increased, and the electric energy storage capacity of the power supply device 8 can be increased.
In order to better control the operation of the grinding disc 1, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, said gear change switch comprises three gears. The functions of the first gear and the second gear are the same as those of the previous embodiment, the third gear is a neutral gear, and when the gear selector switch is switched to the neutral gear, the driving part 3, the dust collector 9 and the blower are all stopped.
In addition, in order to better control the temperature and the humidity of the inner wall base surface, the construction device further comprises a temperature and humidity detection element for detecting the temperature and the humidity on the inner wall base surface; and the controller is used for controlling the heating power and the blowing power of the blower according to the temperature and the humidity so as to control the temperature and the humidity on the inner wall base surface within a preset range, so that the carbon fiber cloth is bonded more firmly to improve the construction quality. Wherein, the predetermined temperature can be, for example, 15 to 30 ℃; the predetermined humidity may be, for example, 15 to 50%.
The controller may be, for example, a controller provided on the control panel 4, and the temperature and humidity detecting element may be, for example, mounted on the grinding disc 1, preferably on the side of the grinding disc 1 where the rough surface 10 is located. The temperature and humidity detecting element can be, for example, a temperature and humidity sensor, and the controller is in signal connection with the temperature and humidity sensor and the blower, so that the heating power and the blowing power of the blower are adjusted according to the temperature value and the humidity value detected by the temperature and humidity sensor, and the air outlet temperature and the air outlet volume of the air outlet 11 are controlled.
In order to improve the construction effect of the above construction device, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the grinding disc 1 is provided with an illuminating lamp, and the lamp strip is installed along the outer circumference of the grinding disc 1. the dust collector is communicated with the dust suction port through a dust suction pipe and is used for absorbing ash slag generated when the grinding disc polishes the base surface of the inner wall;
and the blower is communicated with the air outlet through an air pipe and is used for blowing hot air to the inner wall base surface after dust is absorbed so as to dry the inner wall base surface.
2. The inner wall base surface construction device according to claim 1, wherein the abrasive disc is a flexible abrasive disc so as to be capable of deforming in conformity with a shape of the inner wall base surface when the inner wall base surface is ground.

The inner wall base surface construction device according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall base surface of the water pipe is a cylindrical surface, and the rough surface of the grinding disc contacting the inner wall base surface of the water pipe is an arc surface so as to be adapted and attached to the inner wall base surface when the inner wall base surface is ground.
4. The inner wall base surface construction device according to claim 1, wherein a baffle for opening or closing the air outlet is further provided on the grinding disc, and the baffle is a normally closed baffle configured to open the air outlet in an open state of the blower.
5. The inner wall base surface construction device according to claim 1, wherein the outlet is provided with a grille configured to adjust a wind direction of hot wind blown out from the outlet so as to improve uniformity of an outlet air temperature of the outlet.

The interior wall base surface construction device according to claim 1, wherein the rough surface is a circular surface, and the air outlets are evenly spaced along a first circumferential direction of the rough surface; the dust suction openings are formed between the air outlet and the middle of the rough surface, are uniformly distributed at intervals in the second annular direction of the rough surface, and are staggered with the air outlet.

The inner wall base surface construction device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the construction device further comprises a hand-held operating lever connected with the grinding disc for hand-held operation of the grinding disc; the handheld operating rod is a hollow pipe, and the dust suction pipe and the air pipe are both laid in the hollow pipe; and one end of the hollow pipe, which is far away from the grinding disc, is coaxially provided with a telescopic handle.
8. The inner wall base surface construction device according to claim 7, wherein a manipulation plate is mounted on the hand-held operation lever, the manipulation plate including:
the gear shifting switch at least comprises two gears;
the controller is used for controlling the driving part and the dust collector to start to work and controlling the blower to stop working under the condition that the gear shift switch is switched to a first gear; and under the condition that the gear shift switch is switched to a second gear, the blower is controlled to be started to work, and the driving part and the dust collector are controlled to stop working.
9. The inner wall base surface construction device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the temperature and humidity detection element is used for detecting the temperature and the humidity on the inner wall base surface;
and the controller is used for controlling the heating power and the blowing power of the blower according to the temperature and the humidity so as to control the temperature and the humidity on the inner wall base surface within a preset range.
10. The inner wall base surface construction device according to claim 1, wherein an illumination lamp is mounted on the grinding disc; the illuminating lamp is a lamp strip which is arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer ring of the grinding disc.
