Abstract
用于在包装盒(21)外面覆盖薄膜走带(30;30a)上压封印的包装机有一条塑料走带(11;11a)。这条塑料走带(11;11a)通过包装机的滚压设备(20;40)引起包装盒间距离(a)发生相应的塑性变形。借助于滚压设备(20;40)包装机能够简单地与特定变化了的塑料薄膜参数或机械公差相适应。此外,在生产中断后,仍可能对停留在包装机内的、已冷却了的薄膜走带(11;11a)继续进行加工处理。
Description
现有技术
本发明涉及权利要求1的总体概念描述的包装机。在一组包装盒的加工处理中,一条带有覆盖薄膜的被压盖封印并呈现在包装盒外的塑料薄膜走带可能出现两个特殊的问题:一个是在包装带上压印、穿孔或者是冲压偏斜,甚至表现出有压碎、压扁包装盒或者药片的现象。另一个问题是可能在薄膜走带与覆盖薄膜之间出现一些其他填充物,因此使得覆盖薄膜上的印刷图案没有在薄膜走带上恰当的位置呈现出来。这两个问题尤其取决于由机械公差引起的薄膜走带的事先波动、由薄膜走带在通过传输线时冷却引起的收缩、由于薄膜带在生产停顿后重新运转时几何尺寸的变化,或者由于薄膜自身参数的变化,例如薄膜在使用过程中的热膨胀系数的变化。
关于在包装带上压印、穿孔、冲压偏斜是众所周知的,为对薄膜走带的事先波动进行调整需要预先安置一个附加的包装盒制导的传动辊子,比如说这个传动辊子被安置在紧靠压印设备或且在穿孔设备的前边。此外,借助于包装盒间距离的测量对薄膜走带的送进装置进行相应的调整也是可行的。然而以上两种解决办法导致了包装机的成本加大,并且包装机还需附加的内部装置空间。
为避免在覆盖薄膜与薄膜走带之间的填充物,人们可继续从德国专利DE3912054A1中查到,这一专利是使先行的在一个规则圆上的薄膜走带与封面图案的距离相适应。与此相反,在德国专利DE-4122903A1中把覆盖薄膜与薄膜走带放在一起在压封印前对准后加热,结果使覆盖薄膜、薄膜走带的不同热膨胀系数达到与填充物的相应的平衡。这两种解决办法同样也导致包装机成本升高,但可避免后续的麻烦或者说能够在下一个压印工序中进行的非偏斜压印。
此外,所有众所周知的包装设备都有一个共同点,那就是处于成形工序与压封印工序之间的薄膜走带在经过包装机的生产中断后,不可能对停留在里边的已被冷却的那段薄膜走带继续加工处理,或者只能使继续加工处理的成本提高。因为在每一个加工工序的薄膜走带经过冷却后的包装盒间距离与正常连续生产的相比缩短了。
发明的优点
具有如权利要求1为特征的与本发明相对应的包装机有相应的优点,如薄膜走带前进速度是独立的或者生产中断后包装盒间距离始终是常数。并且在压封印工序与后续加工处理工序中薄膜走带在覆盖薄膜的位置也始终是不变的。以这种方式使得人们在生产中断后可以对已被冷却的薄膜走带继续加工处理,并因此避免了碎屑。除此之外的有益之处是对包装盒间距离的调整非常迅速地随之实现,特别是在生产中断后这一优点更为突出。今后人们可以在包装机上加工处理各种各样材质的薄膜材料,而且不再会出现对包装机进行无休止的调整。
更进一步的优点和有益之处可从以下的权利要求与实施例中得出。如果压封印辊子自行进行强力冲压和滚压设备滚压成形时,可得到包装设备的一个特别简单的结构。

实施例
图1描述的包装机有一个成形工序10,成形工序在一条用热塑性材料制做的很长的塑料走带11上使包装盒12成形。塑料走带11被放在一个储存卷筒1中储存起来,并且借助于两个传动排卸辊子2、3把塑料走带11从储存卷筒1引向成形工序10。用一药剂量分配器15把加工对象,特别是药片16、胶囊、糖衣药丸(片)等待放入塑料走带11上的包装盒12中去。紧接着药剂量分配器15后面的首先是一个工作中的光学测量装置,此装置为的是控制在输送装置中一个紧接着一个传送的包装盒12的盒间距离a。这个光学测量装置18是与包装机上的控制装置19相联合作用的。在光学测量装置旁、在塑料走带11的输送装置上紧接着的是一个组合的压封印设备20。这个滚压与压封印设备20有一个压封印辊子21,在这个辊子上有一组与药品包装盒形状相匹配的凹穴22。在此,这组凹穴的尺寸大小比包装盒12的尺寸稍大一些。压封印辊子21与一个热辊子23联合起作用,热辊子的温度被调整为一个固定不变的水平。例如热辊子23通过一个控制杠杆24与调节汽缸27的活塞杆26连接。这个活塞杆26以一个力F对控制杠杆24起作用,结果使热辊子23压向压封印辊子21。这一从调节汽缸27产生的力F是与包装盒间距离a相关的,在此控制装置19使调节汽缸27作相应的运动。
在压封印辊子21与热辊子23之间紧贴塑料走带11处安装了一个覆盖薄膜走带30。为辨认覆盖图案在热辊子23前安装了一个印刷标志识别传感器37。在压封印辊子21和热辊子23旁连接一个传动辊子34和一个集压印、穿孔、冲压于一体的组合设备35,在传动辊子34之前可安装第二个用于辨认印刷标志大小的测量装置38。设备35把包装带36从塑料走带11中分离出来,每一次分离出的有两个包装盒的宽度那样宽。
上面描述的包装机工作过程如下:在正常运转状态下包装盒以一个已知的输送速度或者输送时间从成形工序10到达压封印辊子21,再从压封印辊子21到达压印、穿孔、冲压设备35。这意味着,在塑料走带11的输送期间,通过后续冷却收缩在到达成形工序10之后,使包装盒间纵横的距离a缩短。在这种情况下满足热辊子23以那样一个力F独自压紧压封印辊子21,结果覆盖薄膜走带30在塑料走带11外侧被压上封印。
而且,当包装机生产出现停顿,与正常运转形成对照的是在包装机内部的塑料走带11强烈冷却,也许甚至于完全冷却,这意味着,在压封印辊子21中的包装盒间距离a与在压印、穿孔、冲压设备35中的包装盒间距离a比正常运转的更小。因此,在覆盖薄膜走带30的压封印期间,可能出现伴随塑料走带11的填充物,这样导致在覆盖薄膜走带30上的印刷图案没有出现在塑料走带11的恰当位置上。此外,由于在压印、穿孔、冲压设备35上变得更小的包装盒间距离a,包装带36可能出现缺损压印图案或者被损环。现在一旦包装机重新运转通过测量装置18、38时,这个更小的包装盒间距离a就被控制住,根据测量装置18、38的测量信号和控制装置19的相应行进,调节汽缸27使力F增大。力F与塑料走带11中的厚度D、d以及包装盒间距离a之间的内在联系可通过测量序列测算出来,这样一个附加力F在依赖于包装盒间距离a的控制装置19中被测定,这个力使包装盒间距离达到希望的额定包装盒间距离a。通过测量装置38可将这些盒间距离a控制住。力F通过杠杆24作用在热辊子23上,这样引起处于热辊子23与压封印辊子21之间的塑料走带11塑性变形。与此相对应,上述过程没有引起覆盖薄膜走带30变形或者只引起其厚度很微小变形。塑料走带11的变形引起其原始的厚度D压薄至厚度d,并且同时使塑料走带11延长(注意:在图中没有严格按比例绘制更清楚辨别的厚度d与D)。所以在厚度压薄同时,包装盒间距a随之扩张,走带继续往前走包装盒间距离a达到了希望的标定尺寸。包装机在正常无中断运转的情况下,这个标定尺寸与包装盒间距离a相适应。因此,处于成形工序10和压封印辊子21、热辊子23之间的完全冷却后的塑料走带11可以继续被加工处理。在这一包装机通常的尺寸比例中,薄膜走带长度可达数米长。
包装机已在正常运转状态时,如热辊子23被一个如此大的力F进汽冲压时,该包装机还有一个特殊的有益之处,即引起塑料走带11的塑性变形微不足道。这意味着,经过热辊子23之后的包装盒间距离a按一固定尺寸变大。在这种情况下后续设备理所当然与变形的塑料走带11的几何比例相适应,后续设备如压印、穿孔、冲压设备35。以上刚描述的工作方式有如下优点,即包装盒间距离a不但可能被放大,而且由于受更小的力F作用也可能被缩小。由此可见,因塑料走带11的材料变化引起的机械公差或容许误差有可能被调整校正。此外,可以设想,借助于一个在压印、穿孔、冲压设备35后续的控制装置对力F进行附加的调整,可将被冲压的包装带的几何尺寸数据控制住。
由图2所示的实施例中,在测量装置18a与压封印辊子21a、热辊子23a之间安装一个滚压设备40。滚压设备40有一个传动辊子41和压下辊子42。压下辊子42正如图1实施例中的热辊子23一样,通过一个杠杆24a借助于力F进行强力进汽冲压。传动辊子41和压下辊子42的运转、工作方式与第1个实施例(见图1)中压封印辊子21和热辊子23的运转、工作方式相对应。与第一个实施例不同之处是在图2中的压封印辊子21a和热辊子23a各自独立地在塑料走带11a上的覆盖薄膜走带30a压上封印,因此,在这个区域没有发生塑料走带11的变形或只独自发生微不足道的变形。此外,在仍未被压封印的覆盖薄膜走带30a的区域中安装了一个印刷标志识别传感器37。印刷标志识别传感器45通过包装机的控制装置与滚压设备40相藕合。在这个实施例中,通过针对包装盒间距离a的影响,使之对覆盖薄膜走带30a中印刷图案的位置进行调整校正成为可能。此外正如在第1个实施例中的情况,例如在生产中断后,通过以上所描述的测量装置18a对包装盒间距离a产生影响的可能性继续存在。
Claims (5)
1、一种包装机,其中,在一条热塑性材料的塑料走带(11;11a)上具有一个用于包装盒成形的设备(10),一个用于分配物品或更确切地说用于分配药片、胶囊、糖衣药丸到薄膜走带(11;11a)的包装盒中的设备(15),一个带有覆盖薄膜(30;30a)的用于薄膜走带(11;11a)冲压的压封印设备(21,23;21a,23a),至少一个用于识别包装盒间距离(a)的装置(18,38;18a),以及至少一个安装在压封印设备(21,23;21a,23a)后的用于薄膜走带(11;11a)的加工处理设备(35;35a),其特征在于,还具有用于识别包装盒间距离(a)的装置(18,38;18a)与一个用于使薄膜走带(11;11a)塑性变形的滚压设备(20;40)相结合。
2、根据权利要求1所述包装机,其特征在于,滚压设备(20;40)包括一个被加热的辊子(23;42),这个热辊子与一个配对辊子(21;41)一起发生作用,并且热辊子(23,42)被与包装盒间距离(a)相应的一个力F进汽冲压。
3、根据权利要求2所述包装机,其特征在于,热辊子(23;42)通过一根杠杆(24;24a)与调节汽缸(27)相连接。
4、根据权利要求1至3所述包装机,其特征在于,热辊子(23)是压封印设备(21,23)的组成部分。
5、根据权利要求1至3所述包装机,其特征在于,沿输送方向在压封印设备(21a,23a)前安装一个辊子(42)
