the preparation method of the modified kaolin comprises the following steps:
(1) calcining kaolin at 700 ℃, wherein the heating rate is 20 ℃/min in the calcining process, and keeping for 4.5h after heating to 700 ℃;
(2) and (2) putting the kaolin prepared in the step (1) into 98% sulfuric acid, stirring and emulsifying for 4h, washing, drying at 80 ℃, crushing and screening by using a 150-mesh screen.

wherein the cement is ordinary portland cement P.O 42.5.5;
the wood fiber short-cut length is 15mm, and the polypropylene fiber short-cut length is 13 mm;
the preparation method of the modified kaolin comprises the following steps:
calcining kaolin at 700 ℃, wherein the heating rate is 20 ℃/min in the calcining process, and keeping for 4.5h after heating to 700 ℃; pulverizing and sieving with 150 mesh sieve.

Performance testing
In order to verify the performance of the waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the present application, the applicant conducted the following tests:
the relevant test tests are carried out on the samples of the above examples and comparative examples according to the corresponding method in the column standard JC/T984-2011, wherein the test results obtained in the examples 1-5 are shown in the following table 1:

as can be seen from tables 1 and 2: the performance of the cement mortars prepared in examples 1-5 of the present application is significantly improved compared to the overall performance of the cement mortars prepared in comparative examples 1-5.
Compared with example 1, the waterproof modifier in comparative example 1 is epoxy silane WD-60; the waterproof modifier in comparative example 2 was a mixture of gamma- (2, 3-glycidoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane (KH 560); in comparative example 3, the kaolin was not acidified; the cement mortar raw material in comparative example 4 did not contain modified kaolin; the cement mortar raw material in comparative example 5 does not contain a waterproof modifier, and the modified kaolin is not subjected to acidification modification; the test result shows that: the mortar of the comparative example had an extended initial setting time and an extended final setting time, and the mortar bond strengths were reduced for 7 days and 28 days. The water absorption values and shrinkage values in comparative examples 1 to 3 did not change significantly, while those in comparative examples 4 to 5 were both increased to some extent, and alkali resistance and heat resistance were also decreased to some extent.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 portions of cement, 5 to 8 portions of waterproof modifier, 2 to 5 portions of polypropylene fiber, 1 to 3 portions of wood fiber, 50 to 60 portions of modified kaolin, 0.5 to 1 portion of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.15 portion of cellulose ether, 2 to 5 portions of glass microsphere and 250 portions of water 220.
2. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar according to claim 1, wherein the cement is ordinary portland cement P.O 42.5.5.
3. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof modifier comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 of a mixture of epoxysilane WD-60 and gamma- (2, 3-glycidoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane (KH 560).
4. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar according to claim 1, wherein the chopped length of the wood fiber is 10-20mm, and the chopped length of the polypropylene fiber is 10-15 mm.
5. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar according to claim 1, wherein the modified kaolin is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
(1) calcining kaolin at the temperature of 600-750 ℃, wherein the temperature rise speed is 15-30 ℃/min in the calcining process, and the kaolin is maintained for 4-5h after being heated to the temperature of 600-750 ℃;
(2) and (2) putting the kaolin prepared in the step (1) into 98% sulfuric acid, stirring and emulsifying for 3-5 h, washing, drying at 60-100 ℃, and crushing through a 150-mesh screen.
6. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar as claimed in claim 1, wherein the viscosity of the cellulose ether is 10000-.
7. The waterproof, anti-cracking and environment-friendly mortar of claim 1, wherein the cellulose ether is a mixture of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether.
8. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar of claim 7, wherein the ratio of the hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether to the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether in parts by weight is 1: 2-3.
9. The waterproof anti-cracking environment-friendly mortar according to any one of claims 1, wherein the average particle size of the glass beads is 70-100 mesh.
10. The preparation method of the waterproof anti-crack environment-friendly mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing the waterproof modifier, the polypropylene fiber, the wood fiber, the modified kaolin, the polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, the cellulose ether and the glass beads for later use;
s2, putting the polypropylene fibers, the wood fibers, the polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, the cellulose ether and the glass beads in the step S1 into a mixer for mixing;
s3: weighing cement according to a ratio, putting the cement into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a dry mixture; and adding a waterproof modifier and modified kaolin into the dry mixture, and finally adding water to obtain the anti-cracking waterproof mortar.
