本申请提供了一种侧行数据包的发送、接收方法和通信装置,可以应用于车联网,例如V2X、LTE‑V、V2V等,或可以用于D2D,智能驾驶,智能网联车等领域。方法包括:确定侧行数据包的大小并根据该大小确定侧行数据包对应的时频单元的第一个数。再根据第一个数、第二时频资源的时域资源和资源选择规则从第一时频资源中确定第二时频资源的频域资源。或者,根据所述第一个数、第二时频资源的频域资源和资源选择规则从第一时频资源中确定第二时频资源的时域资源。在第二时频资源上发送或者接收侧行数据包。采用本申请实施例,可减少侧行控制资源的浪费,可提升通信***的资源利用率和适用性。
