Abstract

机械换流电动机
本发明涉及机械换流电动机。已经由WO84/00645公开了一种机械换流的电动机,为了夹持电刷,该电动机具有在支承板上构成的导轨,导轨***到刷的相应导槽中。该支承板设置来夹持总共二个电刷,电刷分别经过单独的绞合线形成电接触。
此外,DE4215446A公开了机械换流的电动机的一种电刷夹持装置,它具有设在一个线路板上的筒形刷架。通过与线路板的线路的单独连接实现刷的电接触。

为了使电刷16,17进行电接触,导轨18a、18b上设有导电覆盖层24。特别有利的是,覆盖层24与线路10同时地覆盖在支承板9上。为此,覆盖层24由与线路10相同的材料、如铜制成。其中,电刷16,17的电接触通过导电的覆盖层24来实现。由于整流子22的旋转运动,使电刷16,17在导槽19中产生摆动,其摆动量相当于导轨18的导向间隙。因此,在覆盖层24及电刷16,17之间一直存在电接触。具有电刷夹8的支承板9大致放置在一个平面上,该平面是由整流子22的转动轴线25与垂直于该转动轴线25的垂线26构成的。然而原则上,该支承板9也可垂直于转动轴线25,即与转动轴线25错置90°地设置。例如为了容纳一个轴承,通过凹口11a使支承板9的缺口11径向扩大。
在图2中示出了弹簧21的第二实施例。其中,与第一实施例中相同及具有相同功能的部件用相同的标号表示。设置了一个大致为曲折形的弹性元件27来取代螺旋弹簧。该弹性元件的制造例如可以通过由普通的线路板材料、例如纤维增强的塑料作的支承板9中相应地冲出凹口14来实现。该弹性元件27可沿电刷16的移动方向变形并当电刷16***凹口14时被夹紧。在预计没有较大的电刷磨损及据此在电机的工作寿命中不出现大的弹簧行程的条件下,设置这样一种弹性元件27来代替螺旋弹簧是特别适宜的。

Claims (8)

1.机械换流的电动机,具有电刷夹(8),该电刷夹具有在至少一个支承板(9)上构成的导轨(18a,18b),导轨分别成对地彼此平行延伸,其中,在每对导轨(18a,18b)之间构成电刷(16,17)的容纳口,并且导轨用于纵向地插在电刷(16,17)的相应的导槽(19a,19b)中,其特征在于,导轨(18a,18b)为了与电刷的电接触其外表面被作成导电的。
