Background
At present, an integrated kitchen integrating a gas kitchen range, an oil suction and discharge device, a steaming oven, a sterilizing cabinet, a cleaning cabinet and the like into a whole gradually becomes one of kitchen equipment essential to family life. Because the integrated kitchen adopts the lower exhaust structure and the air inlet is close to the kitchen range, when flame abnormality is caused by external factors or flame is generated on the cooker, the flame can be sucked into the smoke sucking and discharging device of the integrated kitchen, and if the gas supply is not cut off in time, serious fire accidents are very likely to be caused. Therefore, the firewall device formed by arranging one or more temperature sensors on the air inlet channel and the controller is the technical scheme adopted by most of the integrated stoves at present.
However, the firewall device can achieve the expected fireproof function under the normal state, and still has serious safety defects. If the temperature sensor has faults such as body damage and open circuit, flame and/or high-temperature smoke sucked into an air inlet channel of the integrated cooker cannot be accurately acquired by the firewall device, the integrated cooker can still be normally used at the moment by cutting off gas supply and stopping a fan motor, and the firewall device is similar to a dummy device, so that the user, a family and a community can be subjected to the un-estimation result. Therefore, an integrated kitchen firewall device with fault detection and protection capabilities is of great importance. In addition, if a firewall fault occurs, the machine is stopped by one cut, and a plurality of inconveniences are brought to a user.

In this embodiment, the detection value of the firewall sensor is obtained, where the firewall of the integrated cooker prevents a real fire, and the firewall sensing device (i.e., the firewall sensor) is built in the firewall of the integrated cooker, so as to ensure the safety of life and property. The smoke machine is internally provided with an induction probe, which is a sensor of the firewall. And acquiring a detection value of a firewall sensor, namely detecting the use condition of the firewall of the integrated kitchen through the sensor in the firewall. In this embodiment, the firewall of the integrated kitchen includes at least two firewall sensors, namely a first firewall sensor and a second firewall sensor, and the number of the firewall sensors is not limited.
And 102, comparing the detection value with a preset threshold value to obtain a comparison result, and judging whether the firewall of the integrated kitchen has a fault or not according to the comparison result and processing the fault.

The comparison result can judge whether the firewall of the integrated kitchen has an open circuit fault or not, and the fault of the firewall of the integrated kitchen can be recognized in time through the comparison of the detection value of the firewall sensor and the preset threshold value. The integrated kitchen firewall is an entire system and comprises a first firewall sensor and a second firewall sensor, and when any one of the first firewall sensor and the second firewall sensor in the integrated kitchen firewall fails, the integrated kitchen firewall also fails. The method can deal with open-circuit faults of the firewall of the integrated kitchen, gives consideration to safety and user experience, and has the characteristics of high intelligence and humanization.

the first burner and the second burner cannot be used simultaneously, and the third preset threshold value is used as a judging value for judging whether the fire of the integrated cooker occurs or not instead of the second preset threshold value; further comprises:
when the burner corresponding to the firewall sensor with the fault is singly used, if the detection value of the firewall sensor without the fault is the same as the third preset threshold value, judging that the burner corresponding to the firewall sensor with the fault is in fire, and executing shutdown operation.
4. An integrated kitchen firewall fault detection device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the steps of the integrated kitchen firewall fault detection method of any one of claims 1-2.
5. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the integrated cooktop firewall failure detection method of any of claims 1-2.
