背景技术
镜片起雾是生活中经常遇到的问题,比如冬天从寒冷的屋外进入到温暖的室内时,戴口罩呼出热气经过眼镜时,吃火锅时眼镜遇到水汽等等,给人们的生活带来很多的不便之处,甚至可能发生危险。因此,防雾技术的研究逐渐受到人们的重视。
对于防雾技术的研究首先是从研究防雾剂开始的,然后逐渐发展为具有成膜物的涂层。防雾涂料的品种繁多,根据涂膜的防雾机理大致可分为疏水性防雾涂层和亲水性防雾涂层两大类。其中,亲水表面涂层技术在施工简便性、持续防护性及运行维护成本的经济性等方面具有独特的优势,成为了最具发展潜力的防雾技术。
中国专利申请CN 112457922A公开了一种镜片防雾湿巾的配方及其使用方法。该配方通过甲基丙烯酸乙酯混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠吸附在镜片表面,达到防止镜片起雾的功效,同时利用银离子对镜片表面进行杀菌消毒。但该专利配制的防雾湿巾,防雾时间较短。中国专利申请CN113105868A公开了一种抗菌型防雾剂及其制备的抗菌型长效防雾湿巾。该配方所含原料包括:特制成膜剂、抗菌剂、螯合剂、烷基糖苷、乳化剂、氟碳表面活性剂、氯化钠、柠檬酸、无水乙醇、纯水等。该配方可大大提高防雾时间,并且适用各种类型的镜片。但该发明使用了氟碳表面活性剂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双组分防雾复配液,包括相互独立存在的A液和B液,在使用时再将A液、B液混合,附着在玻璃、金属、塑料等基材上形成防雾膜,同时还有清洁作用。
本发明还提供一种防雾湿巾,分别含浸A液、B液后得到湿巾A和湿巾B,运用时分别采用湿巾A和湿巾B擦拭基材表面,即可达到防雾效果,使用简便,并且对不同材质眼镜均有很好的适用性。

4)制备方法简单,原料易得,生产成本低,适用于规模化生产。

实施例中以湿巾的制备为例进行说明,显然,基于本发明的技术原理,也可以采用其他形式来实现,例如分别制备A液、B液后,将处理对象先后浸泡在A液、B液中,或者分别制备A液、B液后,采用喷雾方式将A液、B液喷到对象表面,或者采用涂刷方式将A液、B液涂到对象表面等等。丙烯酸聚合物为巴斯夫149,亦可使用其他亲水防雾类丙烯酸衍生物代替。
实施例1眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液的制备:
1)A液的制备:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶于水,制成A液。
2)B液的制备:将20%的丙二醇倒入到开启状态的搅拌釜中,加入35%的丙烯酸聚合物搅拌至透明;加入15%的润湿剂聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、加入15%的赢创REWOQUAT SQ 1搅拌均匀;加入15%的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀。
所述眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液,用于制备湿巾的方法,其中,A液用RO纯水稀释1000倍后用于湿巾A;B液用10-20%的乙醇水溶液稀释50倍后用于湿巾B。
使用方法:首先在眼镜镜片的两侧分别用防雾湿巾A涂抹均匀,接着用防雾湿巾B再均匀涂抹于眼镜镜片的两侧上,自然晾干。其中镜片的表层为玻璃材质。
实施例2眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液的制备:
1)A液的制备:异丙胺烷基苯磺酸盐。
2)B液的制备:将12%二丙二醇倒入到开启状态的搅拌釜中,加入38%丙烯酸聚合物搅拌至透明;加入15%润湿剂聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、20%的赢创TEGOPREN 6924搅拌均匀;加入15%抗菌剂,搅拌均匀。
所述眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液,用于制备湿巾的方法,其特征在于,A液用RO纯水稀释1000倍后用于湿巾A;B液用10-20%的乙醇水溶液稀释50倍后用于湿巾B。
使用方法:首先在眼镜镜片的两侧分别用防雾湿巾A涂抹均匀,接着用防雾湿巾B再均匀涂抹于眼镜镜片的两侧上,自然晾干。其中镜片的表层为聚碳酸酯材质。
实施例3眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液的制备:
1)A液的制备:十二烷基硫酸钠。
2)B液的制备:将15%丙二醇倒入到开启状态的搅拌釜中,加入35%丙烯酸聚合物搅拌至透明;加入15%润湿剂聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、20%的道康宁XIAMETEROFS-6032搅拌均匀;加入15%抗菌剂,搅拌均匀。
所述眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液,用于制备湿巾的方法,其特征在于,A液用RO纯水稀释1000倍后用于湿巾A;B液用10-20%的乙醇水溶液稀释50倍后用于湿巾B。
使用方法:首先在眼镜镜片的两侧分别用防雾湿巾A涂抹均匀,接着用防雾湿巾B再均匀涂抹于眼镜镜片的两侧上,自然晾干。其中镜片的表层为树脂材质。
实施例4
眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液的制备:
1)A液的制备:将脂肪醇醚硫酸钠溶于水,制成A液。
2)B液的制备:将28%的丙二醇倒入到开启状态的搅拌釜中,加入35%的丙烯酸聚合物搅拌至透明;加入12%的润湿剂聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、加入15%的赢创TEGOPREN 6923搅拌均匀;加入10%的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀。
所述眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液,用于制备湿巾的方法,其中,A液用RO纯水稀释1000倍后用于湿巾A;B液用10-20%的乙醇水溶液稀释50倍后用于湿巾B。

2)B液的制备:将30%的丙二醇倒入到开启状态的搅拌釜中,加入30%的丙烯酸聚合物搅拌至透明;加入18%的润湿剂聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、加入12%的道康宁DC-5700搅拌均匀;加入10%的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀。
所述眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液,用于制备湿巾的方法,其中,A液用RO纯水稀释1000倍后用于湿巾A;B液用10-20%的乙醇水溶液稀释50倍后用于湿巾B。

2)B液的制备:将23%的丙二醇倒入到开启状态的搅拌釜中,加入32%的丙烯酸聚合物搅拌至透明;加入17%的润湿剂聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、加入18%的道康宁XIAMETEROFS-6032搅拌均匀;加入10%的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀。
所述眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液,用于制备湿巾的方法,其中,A液用RO纯水稀释1000倍后用于湿巾A;B液用10-20%的乙醇水溶液稀释50倍后用于湿巾B。

所述眼镜清洁防雾湿巾复配液,用于制备湿巾的方法,其中,A液用RO纯水稀释1000倍后用于湿巾A;B液用10-20%的乙醇水溶液稀释50倍后用于湿巾B。
使用方法:首先在眼镜镜片的两侧分别用防雾湿巾A涂抹均匀,接着用防雾湿巾B再均匀涂抹于眼镜镜片的两侧上,自然晾干。其中镜片的表层为玻璃材质。
对比例1
参照实施例1,区别在于不加阳离子表面活性剂,采用同等质量的丙二醇代替,获得的B液用于制备湿巾B。
对比例2
参照实施例1,区别在于不使用湿巾A,仅使用实施例1中制备的湿巾B均匀涂抹于眼镜镜片的两侧上,自然晾干。
对比例3
参照实施例1,区别在于不加润湿剂聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,采用同等质量的丙二醇代替,获得的B液用于制备湿巾B。
防雾效果对比实验
对镜片进行防雾测试,其中空白镜片的表层为玻璃材质。
测试方法:将处理后的镜片放置于70℃水浴上方,距离水面15cm,持续熏蒸2min,并记录眼镜镜片状态。取下眼镜镜片自然晾干,接着再次放置于70℃水浴上方,熏蒸2min,并记录眼镜镜片状态。多次循环反复,直至眼镜镜片10%的区域出现雾气。
表1防雾持久性实验结果
实验结果表明,本发明制备的眼镜清洁防雾湿巾防雾效果好,可多次防雾,并且制备方法简单,易操作,使用方便快捷。

Claims (11)

1.一种双组分防雾复配液,其特征在于:为相互独立存在的A液和B液,
其中,所述A液为阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠或异丙胺烷基苯磺酸盐;
所述B液按照重量百分比计:
丙烯酸聚合物20 %~40 %
润湿剂10 % ~ 20 %
阳离子表面活性剂10 % ~ 20 %
抗菌剂0 ~ 15 %
余量为多元醇,所述多元醇为丙二醇或二丙二醇;所述丙烯酸聚合物为巴斯夫Polyquart® 149;所述润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷;所述阳离子表面活性剂为赢创REWOQUAT SQ 1、赢创TEGOPREN 6923、赢创TEGOPREN 6924、道康宁XIAMETEROFS-6032或道康宁DC-5700;
所述A液和B液在使用时混合,所述阴离子表面活性剂和所述阳离子表面活性剂相互作用,形成分子间化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述双组分防雾复配液,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂的质量浓度为10-100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述双组分防雾复配液,其特征在于:所述B液按照重量百分比计:
丙烯酸聚合物25 %~38%
润湿剂12 % ~ 18%
阳离子表面活性剂12 % ~ 18 %
抗菌剂5 % ~ 15 %
余量为多元醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述双组分防雾复配液,其特征在于:所述B液按照重量百分比计:
丙烯酸聚合物28 %~35%
润湿剂14 % ~ 17%
阳离子表面活性剂13% ~ 16 %
抗菌剂5 % ~ 15 %
余量为多元醇。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述双组分防雾复配液的制备方法,其特征在于:
获得A液;
获得B液:将多元醇倒入到搅拌釜中,加入丙烯酸聚合物搅拌至透明;然后加入润湿剂、阳离子表面活性剂搅拌均匀;最后加入抗菌剂,搅拌均匀,得到B液。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述双组分防雾复配液在防雾领域的运用。
7.一种防雾湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防雾湿巾为湿巾A和湿巾B,所述湿巾A和湿巾B采用权利要求1-4任一项所述双组分防雾复配液制备得到,包括以下步骤:
将所述A液用RO纯水稀释后用于浸泡第一湿巾基本,得到湿巾A;
将所述B液用乙醇水溶液稀释后用于浸泡第二湿巾基本,得到湿巾B。
8.根据权利要求7所述防雾湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述A液用RO纯水稀释500-1000倍用于浸泡第一湿巾基本;所述B液用乙醇水溶液稀释30-50倍后用于浸泡第二湿巾基本。
9.根据权利要求8所述防雾湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乙醇水溶液的体积浓度为10-20%。
10.权利要求7-9所述防雾湿巾的制备方法制备得到的湿巾A和湿巾B。
11.一种防雾处理方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求10所述湿巾A在处理对象表面涂抹均匀,接着用权利要求10所述湿巾B均匀涂抹所述处理对象,晾干即可。
