Abstract
一种三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台。其特征是由两半球与两凹碗所组成的两个关节,两凹碗由支撑骨架背向联接,双螺纹螺母手柄位于两凹碗之间于骨架之中。通过转动手柄来控制正反螺纹拉杆去牵引或释放两半球,使两关节获得锁定或自由状态。云台整体符合人体工程学要求,握持便利合理控制极敏捷,只需稍稍转动一个手柄即可使工作平台完成三轴向瞬间锁定或释放。工作平台可自由周转360°,并以最大200°角摆动。该种云台可广泛用于摄影、摄像、医学及测量等各种光学和科学仪器的快速跟踪万向定位。
Description
本发明涉及一种云台。特别是由上下半球、上下凹碗、月球、地球、双螺纹螺母、手柄、正反螺纹拉杆、及支撑骨架等组成的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台。
在以往的云台之中。为了能在三个轴向调整及定位,一般采用在三轴方向各设一个紧固螺栓及一个控制手柄,在拍摄之中为了构图选择理想之画面就必需反复分别调整三个轴向控制手柄,使之一直到构图理想为止。在以上过程中,摄影师眼睛不断的离开取景器,以便用手去反复调整某一轴向控制手柄,这一过程即繁琐又费时,常常因最后一个轴向确定后又需反过来对前已选好的某一轴向进行再修正,这往往会错过绝妙的拍摄良机,极不利于捕抓决定性的瞬间,从而可能丧失一次成功的优秀作品创造机会,特别是拍摄新闻、体育、人物、舞台、动物等动态为主体时情况更为严重。另外由于各轴向长长的控制手柄突出于中轴线之外。给操作带来了困难,在丛忙之中不易分清某一手柄相应所能控制的方向,长长的手柄易括划衣物,碰倒角架,也不利于收放等。又因为各锁定转轴半径较小,使得总锁定承载能力较小,手柄需要用较大的旋转力却只能获得有限的锁紧定位能力。综上所述,以往的云台操作复杂繁琐,不能快速瞬间完成定位。握持操作不灵活,无重心水平后移功能,体积大承载能力小,工作可靠性差。
本发明的目的就是要改变以往的云台,是利用在三轴向必需各设一个转轴及一个锁紧螺栓及一个长长的控制手柄来获得三轴方向锁紧定位的。该种新型去台是依据人体工程学,模仿人体之骨盆结构及两胯骨关节设计而成,两凹碗由支撑骨架背向联成整体,并与两半球组成两大关节,每个半球在凹碗内可任意周转,同时可自由摆动。月球与地球分别为上半球和下半球的转动园心,并由穿过各凹碗底部的正反螺纹拉杆与双螺纹螺母联接在一起。双螺纹螺母及手柄位于两凹碗之间于支撑骨架之中。只需稍稍转动控制手柄即可通过两拉杆来牵引或释放月球与地球,使它们拉近或远离,故尔使两半球的凸面与两凹碗的凹面之间压紧或放松,两半球之间达到锁定或自由状态,最终使工作平台获得在任意方向以最大200°角内自由摆动并任意周转360°,或牢固的锁紧定位。综上所述这种三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,结构合理操作简便顺手,可单手握持手柄眼不离取景框进行跟踪追拍,能在一秒钟内瞬间完成三轴向可靠锁定,这大大有利于摄影师捕抓决定性的瞬间,因两大关节的接触面积较大故锁定承载能力强大,收放极为方便,可实现重心水平后移为用长镜头拍摄带来了极大方便,提供了更高的稳定性,其工作可靠使用寿命长。可广泛用于摄影、摄像、医疗器械定位、激光测量及各种光学仪器和科学仪器的快速跟踪万向定位。
下面根据附图对三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台进行详细说明:

下半球(4)与三角架升降杆(19)紧固在一起,下凹碗(6)支撑骨架(15)与上凹碗(5)所组成的联合体坐于下半球(4)之上,上半球(3)在上凹碗(5)内,正螺纹拉杆(7)穿过上凹碗(5)底部,反螺纹拉杆(8)穿过下凹碗(6)底部由双螺纹螺母(10)联合在一起,双螺纹螺母(10)与手柄(9)位于两凹碗之间于支撑骨架之中,当转动手柄(9)时,即可通过双螺纹螺母(10)来牵引或释放正螺纹及反螺纹拉杆,使上半球(3)与上凹碗(5)、下半球(4)与下凹碗(6)之间压紧或放松。最终使工作平台(17)获得牢固的锁紧定位,或自由灵活的放松。上半球(3)以月球(1)为园心在上凹碗(5)内自由周转并可摆动100°,同时上半球(3)又以地球(2)为园心,以月球(1)与地球(2)之间的距离为半径可作100°角的摆动,工作平台(17)最终获得任意周转360°,同时又获得最大约200°角的任意方向的摆动。(11)为上球栏、(12)上下球栏、(13)为上短销、(14)为下短销、(16)为仪器紧固螺钉、(18)为平台支柱、(20)为气泡水平仪。
Claims (9)
1、一种三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是由月球(1)、地球(2)、上半球(3)、下半球(4)、上凹碗(5)、下凹碗(6)、正螺纹拉杆(7)、反螺纹拉杆(8)、手柄(9)、双螺纹螺母(10)、上球栏(11)、下球栏(12)、支撑骨架(15)、工作平台(17)及平台支柱(18)组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个月球(1)及一个地球(2)构成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个上半球(3)及一个下半球(4)构成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个上凹碗(5)及一个下凹碗(6)构成。
5、根据权利要求1、2所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个正螺纹拉杆(7)及一个反螺纹拉杆(8)构成。
6、根据权利要求1、5所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个手柄(9)及一个双螺纹螺母(10)构成。
7、根据权利要求1、2所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个上球栏(11)及一个下球栏(12)构成。
8、根据权利要求1、4所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个支撑骨架(15)构成。
9、根据权利要求1所述的三轴单点瞬间锁定双半球关节云台,其特征是至少有一个平台支柱(18)构成。
