The torpedo car capping and uncapping device according to claim 2, further comprising a visual detection mechanism and a controller which are electrically connected, wherein the visual detection mechanism is arranged beside the transportation rail and used for detecting that the tank opening of the torpedo car reaches a preset position; the rotary driving part and the lifting driving part are respectively electrically connected with the controller.
6. The torpedo car capping device of claim 5, wherein the visual detection mechanism comprises a second upright and a visual sensor disposed on the second upright, the visual sensor being electrically connected to the controller.
7. The torpedo car capping and uncapping device of claim 1, wherein the cap storing mechanism further comprises a third upright, and the storage table is arranged on the third upright.
8. The device for covering and uncovering a torpedo car as claimed in claim 1, wherein an annular rail is arranged on the storage platform, the annular rail is enclosed into an accommodating space with an opening at the upper end, the heat-insulating cover is arranged in the accommodating space, and the grabbing component can extend into the accommodating space.
9. The torpedo car capping and uncapping device of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the heat-insulating cover is concave, so that the bottom edge of the heat-insulating cover forms a ring of flange.
10. The torpedo car capping and uncapping device of claim 9, wherein a protrusion is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the heat-insulating cover, the side surface of the protrusion inclines towards the direction far away from the bottom of the heat-insulating cover and towards the direction close to the baffle plate, and the protrusion is used for being inserted into a tank opening of the torpedo car in a matching mode.
11. The torpedo car capping and uncapping device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the heat-insulating cover is made of a fireproof material.
12. The torpedo car capping and uncapping device of claim 1, wherein a circle of inclined surface is arranged on the periphery of the top of the heat-insulating cover, and the inclined surface inclines towards the direction far away from the top of the heat-insulating cover and the direction far away from the central line of the top of the heat-insulating cover.
