and sterilizing the premix, and cooling to a second temperature to obtain the water phase.

Pulverizing Glycyrrhrizae radix into fine powder, sieving with 60 mesh sieve to obtain Glycyrrhrizae radix fine powder, sealing in plastic bag, and placing in dry place. Weighing 50g of licorice fine powder, adding 500g of water, extracting for 2 times at 95 ℃ for 2h each time, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure, and drying to obtain licorice aqueous extract.
Pulverizing Coicis semen decoction pieces, sieving with 60 mesh sieve to obtain Coicis semen powder, sealing in plastic bag, placing in cool and dry place, weighing 50g Coicis semen powder, adding ethanol-water mixed solution, wherein ethanol content of 90% by volume in the ethanol-water mixed solution, performing hot reflux extraction at 65 deg.C for 120min at a material-liquid ratio of 1:8, concentrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain Coicis semen extract.
Pulverizing radix Angelicae Dahuricae in pulverizer, sieving with 0.42mm (40 mesh) sieve, sealing in plastic bag, and placing in cool and dry place. Weighing 50.0g of radix angelicae dahuricae powder, adding into a 1L round-bottom flask, adding 500.0mL of distilled water under stirring, heating in a water bath at 35 ℃ for extraction for 8h, filtering, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, concentrating to 50.0mL, and freeze-drying to obtain the radix angelicae dahuricae water extract.
Pulverizing Poria cocos (Schw.) wolf in a pulverizer, sieving with a 40-mesh sieve with a pore diameter of 0.42mm to obtain Poria cocos coarse powder, sealing in a plastic bag, placing in a cool and dry place for later use, weighing 50.0g Poria cocos coarse powder, adding 500.0mL of ethanol-water mixed solution, wherein ethanol is 70% by volume in the ethanol-water mixed solution, performing ultrasonic extraction at 25 ℃ for 20.0min, performing ultrasonic extraction at 200Hz, filtering, repeating the above operation on filter residues for 2 times, combining filtrates, concentrating to 500mL, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to 50.0mL, and freeze-drying to obtain Poria cocos extract.

Examples 2 to 16
The preparation methods of examples 2 to 16 are basically the same as those of example 1 except that: obtaining a traditional Chinese medicine group extract composition according to the mass ratio of the sweet wormwood herb water extract, the aloe extract, the liquorice water extract, the coix seed extract, the angelica dahurica water extract and the white poria extract recorded in the table 1; the components of the traditional Chinese medicine extract gel no-wash mask were obtained in parts by mass in table 2.

0.5-2.5 parts of sweet wormwood herb water extract, 0.6-2.6 parts of aloe extract, 0.8-3.1 parts of liquorice water extract, 0.4-2.8 parts of coix seed extract, 0.1-4 parts of radix angelicae water extract and 1-2 parts of poria alba extract.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine extract composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the sweet wormwood water extract comprises the following steps:
ultrasonically mixing sweet wormwood powder and water to obtain sweet wormwood mixed solution;
heating and extracting the sweet wormwood mixed solution to obtain the sweet wormwood aqueous extract;
the mass ratio of the sweet wormwood powder to the volume of water is 1g:10 mL; the temperature of the heating extraction is 35 ℃, the heat preservation time of the heating extraction is 8h, and the times of the heating extraction are 2 times.
3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the aloe vera extract is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
mixing aloe powder with ethanol-water mixed solvent to obtain aloe mixed solution;
heating and extracting the aloe mixed solution to obtain the aloe extract;
the material-liquid ratio of the aloe mixed liquid is 1: 10; the temperature of the heating extraction is 60 ℃, the heat preservation time of the heating extraction is 60min, the times of the heating extraction are 2 times, and the volume content of ethanol in the ethanol-water mixed solvent is 50%.
