In this embodiment, the third roller 1142a and the fourth roller 1142b may be both fixedly disposed on the base 12; in other embodiments of the present application, the third roller 1142a and the fourth roller 1142b may be both fixedly disposed on the supply housing 113, or one of the third roller 1142a and the fourth roller 1142b is fixedly disposed on the base 12, and the other is fixedly disposed on the supply housing 113.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 7 together, fig. 7 is another exploded schematic view of the cleaning base station 10 in fig. 2, the transmission mechanism 114 further includes a motor 1143 and a transmission assembly 1144, an output shaft of the motor 1143 is connected to the third roller 1142a for driving the third roller 1142a to rotate, and the third roller 1142a drives the second roller 1141b to rotate through the transmission assembly 1144. Specifically, the motor 1143 and the transmission element 1144 may be disposed at two opposite ends of the third roller 1142a, for example, the motor 1143 may be located in the first sub-space 1133a, and the transmission element 1144 may be located in the third sub-space 1133 c.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an exploded schematic view of another part of the structure of the cleaning base station 10 in fig. 2, wherein the transmission assembly 1144 may include a first transmission gear 1144a, a second transmission gear 1144b and a transmission belt 1144c, the first transmission gear 1144a is disposed at one end of the third roller 1142a, the second transmission gear 1144b is disposed at one end of the second roller 1141b, the first transmission gear 1144a is driven to rotate by the rolling of the third roller 1142a, the second transmission gear 1144b is driven to rotate by the first transmission gear 1144a through the transmission belt 1144c, and the second roller 1141b and the first roller 1141a roll relatively under the driving of the second transmission gear 1144b to convey the cleaning towel on the cleaning towel set 115. Optionally, the transmission assembly 1144 may further include a protective housing 1144d, the protective housing 1144d enclosing the first transmission gear 1144a, the second transmission gear 1144b, and the transmission belt 1144c for protection thereof.
In addition, with continued reference to fig. 3, the supply housing 113 further includes a second guide plate 1136, wherein the second guide plate 1136 is disposed between the first pair of rollers 1141 and the second pair of rollers 1142 for guiding the cleaning sheet between the third roller 1142a and the fourth roller 1142 b.
Specifically, the second guide plate 1136 is disposed in the accommodating space 1133, specifically, in the second sub-space 1133b, and the second guide plate 1136 includes a first sub-plate 1136a and a second sub-plate 1136b, and the first sub-plate 1136a and the second sub-plate 1136b are disposed at intervals to form a guide channel for the cleaning towel to pass through. The first sub-plate 1136a may be disposed on the rear wall of the outer housing 1131, the second sub-plate 1136b may be disposed on the inner housing 1132, and the first sub-plate 1136a and the second sub-plate 1136b are bent to change the conveying direction of the cleaning towel, so as to send the cleaning towel between the third roller 1142a and the fourth roller 1142 b.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is another exploded view of the cleaning base station 10 in fig. 2, in which a base 12 is used for carrying the cleaning robot 20, and a recovery opening 121 is disposed on an upper surface of the base 12; the cleaning base station 10 further includes a recycling box 122, wherein the recycling box 122 is removably placed in the base 12 and is placed corresponding to the recycling opening 121; the cleaning sheets detached from the cleaning robot 20 on the base 12 enter the recovery box 122 via the recovery port 121.
Specifically, a groove may be disposed on the base 12, an opening of the groove on the upper surface of the base 12 is a recovery port 121, the recovery box 122 may be placed in the groove, the cleaning robot 20 may be parked on the base 12 corresponding to the groove, and the cleaning towel separated from the cleaning robot 20 enters the recovery box 122 through the recovery port 121. The recovery box 122 is used for collecting the cleaning wipes detached from the cleaning robot 20, when the recovery box 122 is full of the used cleaning wipes, an extraction port 125 is opened on a side surface of the base 12, the recovery box 122 is slidably disposed in the base 12 and can be extracted through the extraction port 125 opened on the side surface of the base 12, and after the recovery box 122 is emptied, the recovery box 122 can be placed in the base 12 through the extraction port 125 again.
The base 12 is further provided with a loading plate 123 for opening or closing the recovery opening 121. When the carrier plate 123 closes the recovery opening 121, the supplying device 11 transfers the cleaning sheet to the carrier plate 123 so that the cleaning robot 20 can take the cleaning sheet.
Specifically, when the carrier plate 123 closes the recovery opening 121, the cleaning robot 20 may be parked on the base 12, and the supply device 11 delivers the cleaning cloth to the carrier plate 123 to supply the cleaning cloth to the cleaning robot 20; when the carrier plate 123 opens the recovery opening 121, the cleaning robot 20 is parked on the base 12 and separates the used cleaning sheet, and the cleaning sheet separated from the cleaning robot 20 enters the recovery box 122 through the recovery opening 121.
Further, the carrier plate 123 may be slidably disposed on the base 12, for example, a sliding rail 126 may be disposed on the base 12, and the carrier plate 123 may slide on the sliding rail 126 to open or close the recycling opening 121. It should be noted that the present application is not limited thereto, and the carrier plate 123 can move relative to the base 12 to open or close the recovery opening 121, and those skilled in the art can select the carrier plate according to actual requirements.
The cleaning base station 10 may further include a telescopic assembly 124 disposed in the base 12 for driving the bearing plate 123 to slide relative to the base 12; the telescopic assembly 124 comprises a telescopic gear 1242 and a telescopic rack 1243 which are engaged and connected, and the telescopic rack 1243 is connected with the bearing plate 123.
Specifically, the telescopic assembly 124 may further include a telescopic motor 1241, a telescopic gear 1242 connected to an output shaft of the telescopic motor 1241, and a telescopic rack 1243 engaged with the telescopic gear 1242. Specifically, the motor 1143 drives the telescopic gear 1242 to rotate, the telescopic rack 1243 is engaged with the telescopic gear 1242 to convert the rotation motion of the telescopic gear 1242 into the linear motion of the telescopic rack 1243, and the telescopic rack 1243 is connected to the bearing plate 123, so as to drive the bearing plate 123 to slide on the slide rail 126.
It should be noted that the base 12 described above does not represent all embodiments of the present application, and in other embodiments of the present application, the base 12 may also have other structures, and those skilled in the art may design the base according to actual requirements, and details are not described herein.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11 together, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the cleaning robot 20 in fig. 1, and fig. 11 is an exploded schematic view of the cleaning robot 20 in fig. 10, where the cleaning robot 20 includes a housing 21 and a cleaning assembly 22. The housing 21 is formed with a function chamber 213 and a cleaning port 214 communicating with the function chamber 213; the cleaning assembly 22 is disposed in the functional cavity 213 and located in the cleaning opening 214, and at least a portion of the structure can protrude from the cleaning opening 214 to fix the cleaning sheet.
The cleaning robot of the embodiment further includes a disengaging member 23 and a transmission mechanism 24, wherein the disengaging member 23 is disposed on the housing 21 corresponding to the cleaning opening 214 and can move relative to the cleaning assembly 22; the transmission mechanism 24 is arranged in the functional cavity 213 and is connected with the cleaning component 22 or the disengaging part 23; the transmission mechanism 24 drives the cleaning assembly 22 and the disengaging member 23 to move relative to each other to disengage the cleaning sheet from the cleaning assembly 22.
In the cleaning robot 20 provided by the present application, when the cleaning robot 20 needs to install a cleaning cloth, or the cleaning robot needs to press the cleaning cloth onto the floor to clean the floor, at least a part of the structure of the cleaning assembly 22 can protrude from the cleaning opening 214 for fixing the cleaning cloth. When the cleaning sheet becomes dirty after being used, the transmission assembly drives the disengaging member 23 and the cleaning assembly 22 to move relatively, so that the disengaging member 23 acts on the cleaning sheet on the cleaning assembly 22, and the cleaning sheet is automatically disengaged from the cleaning assembly 22, thereby avoiding manually disengaging the cleaning sheet from the cleaning assembly 22.
Specifically, the housing 21 may include a lower housing 212 and an upper housing 211, the lower housing 212 encloses the functional cavity 213, and the upper housing 211 covers the lower housing 212 to seal the functional cavity 213. In this embodiment, the upper housing 211 and the lower housing 212 are detachably connected, and in other embodiments of the present application, the upper housing 211 and the lower housing 212 may also be integrally formed, and there is no specific limitation here, and those skilled in the art can select them according to actual requirements.
The side of the lower housing 212, which is away from the upper housing 211, is the side of the cleaning robot 20 closer to the floor when cleaning the floor, and may be provided with a cleaning opening 214. This side can also be provided with two and roll mouth 215, and two roll mouth 215 intervals set up, can be provided with two sets of rolling components 25 that correspond to roll mouth 215 in the function chamber 213, and the gyro wheel in the rolling component 25 can partly stretch out roll mouth 215 to roll on ground to drive cleaning robot 20 and remove on ground, regarding the concrete structure of rolling component 25, no longer describe here, technical staff in the art can design according to actual need.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic view of a part of the structure of the cleaning robot 20 in fig. 10, optionally, the cleaning assembly 22 includes a cleaning main board 221 and an adhering portion 222 disposed on the cleaning main board 221, and the cleaning towel is detachably fixed on the adhering portion 222; the transmission mechanism 24 drives the cleaning main plate 221 and the detaching member 23 to move relatively to detach the cleaning sheet from the attaching portion 222.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10 to 12, the cleaning main board 221 is disposed inside the functional cavity 213, and the adhering portion 222 can extend out of the functional cavity 213 through the cleaning opening 214. Alternatively, the attaching part 222 includes a plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 spaced apart from each other on the cleaning main plate 221, and the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 are used to fix the cleaning sheet on the cleaning main plate 221. For example, a hook and loop fastener 2222 may be attached to one side of the attachment block 2221 away from the cleaning main board 221, and the hook and loop fastener 2222 attaches a cleaning towel to the attachment block 2221, so that the cleaning towel and the attachment block 2221 can be detached. In other embodiments of the present application, the side of the adhesive block 2221 away from the cleaning main board 221 may be coated with a suitable glue to detachably adhere the cleaning pad to the adhesive block 2221. Regarding the specific connection manner of the cleaning towel and the adhesive block 2221, the application is not limited, and the cleaning towel can be detached from the adhesive block 2221, and the application is not limited, and those skilled in the art can select the connection manner according to actual needs.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the release member 23 is a mesh plate; the cleaning main board 221 and the grid plate move relatively to each other, so that the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 are stretched into the grids of the grid plate, and the grid plate acts on the cleaning cloth on the adhesive blocks 2221 to separate the cleaning cloth from the adhesive blocks 2221. Specifically, a mesh plate may be disposed on lower housing 212 corresponding to cleaning port 214 such that the meshed area of the mesh plate covers cleaning port 214.
Optionally, the cleaning assembly 22 is connected to the transmission mechanism 24, and the cleaning assembly 22 extends out of the cleaning opening 214 under the action of the transmission mechanism 24 to fix the cleaning cloth; or to retract into the functional compartment 213 and disengage the wipe under the action of the disengaging member 23.
Specifically, the cleaning main board 221 may be connected to the transmission mechanism 24, and driven by the transmission mechanism 24, the cleaning main board 221 moves up and down, and the mesh plate may be fixed on the lower housing 212 and fixed relative to the lower housing 212. For example, when the cleaning robot 20 needs to install a cleaning towel, the transmission mechanism 24 can drive the cleaning main board 221 to drive the plurality of paste blocks 2221 to extend out of the cleaning opening 214 through the grids of the grid plate, and the plurality of paste blocks 2221 fix the cleaning towel on the cleaning main board 221 to install the cleaning towel; after the installation is completed, the cleaning main board 221 can also press a cleaning towel on the ground to clean the ground; when the cleaning towel becomes dirty, the transmission mechanism 24 can also drive the cleaning main board 221 to move upwards, the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 are retracted into the functional cavity 213 through the grids of the grid plate, and in the process of retracting the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 into the functional cavity 213, the grid plate acts on the cleaning towel, so that the cleaning towel is separated from the adhesive blocks 2221 and is separated from the cleaning main board 221.
Alternatively, cleaning assembly 22 can be configured to receive a cleaning sheet when it extends a first length of cleaning port 214 and configured to press the cleaning sheet against a surface when it extends a second length of cleaning port 214, the first length being greater than the second length.
Specifically, the cleaning robot provided by the present application can automatically install the cleaning towel, for example, when the cleaning robot 20 needs to install the cleaning towel, the cleaning robot 20 can move to the cleaning base station 10 and park on the base 12, so that the cleaning port 214 of the cleaning robot 20 corresponds to the bearing plate 123 of the base 12, the cleaning base station 10 can control the bearing plate 123 to close the recycling port, and transmit the cleaning towel to the bearing plate 123, the cleaning main plate 221 drives the plurality of sticking blocks 2221 to protrude from the cleaning port 214 by a first length through the grids of the grid plate under the driving of the transmission mechanism 24, and the magic tapes 2222 on the plurality of sticking blocks 2221 fix the cleaning towel on the cleaning main plate 221, so far, the installation of the cleaning towel is completed.
Next, the cleaning main board 221 may be driven by the transmission mechanism 24 to move upward, such that the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 extend out of the cleaning opening 214 by a second length through the grids of the grid plate and move to the floor, and the cleaning main board 221 presses the cleaning cloth on the floor through the adhesive blocks 2221 to clean the floor; when the cleaning towel becomes dirty, the cleaning robot 20 can move to the cleaning base station 10 again and is parked on the base 12, so that the cleaning opening 214 of the cleaning robot 20 corresponds to the bearing plate 123 of the base 12, at this time, the cleaning base station 10 can control the bearing plate 123 to open the recovery opening, the cleaning main plate 221 moves upwards under the driving of the transmission mechanism 24, the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 are retracted into the functional cavity 213 through the grids of the grid plate, and in the process of retracting the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 into the functional cavity 213, the grid plate acts on the cleaning towel, so that the cleaning towel is separated from the adhesive blocks 2221 and is separated from the cleaning main plate 221.
In other embodiments of the present application, the main cleaning board 221 may be fixed relative to the housing 21, and the mesh board may be connected to the transmission mechanism 24 and perform an ascending and descending motion under the action of the transmission mechanism 24. For example, when the cleaning robot 20 needs to install a cleaning towel, the transmission mechanism 24 may drive the grid plate to move upward, so that the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 protrude from the cleaning opening 214 through the grid of the grid plate to install the cleaning towel; the cleaning main board 221 can also press a cleaning towel on the ground to clean the ground; when the cleaning towel becomes dirty, the transmission mechanism 24 can also drive the grid plate to move downwards, so that the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 are retracted from the grid of the grid plate, and in the process that the plurality of adhesive blocks 2221 are retracted from the grid of the grid plate, the grid plate acts on the cleaning towel, so that the cleaning towel is separated from the adhesive blocks 2221 and is separated from the cleaning main board 221.
Optionally, referring to fig. 11 and 13 together, fig. 13 is a schematic view of another part of the structure of the cleaning robot 20 in fig. 10, in which the transmission mechanism 24 includes a transmission bracket 241 and a lifting assembly 242, the transmission bracket 241 is disposed on the housing 21, and the cleaning assembly 22 is slidably disposed on the transmission bracket 241; the lifting component 242 is disposed on the cleaning component 22 and connected to the transmission bracket 241 to drive the cleaning component 22 to lift and slide relative to the transmission bracket 241.
Specifically, the transmission bracket 241 and the lifting assembly 242 are both disposed inside the function cavity 213, the transmission bracket 241 may be disposed on the lower housing 212 and fixed relative to the lower housing 212, and the cleaning main board 221 may be slidably disposed on the transmission bracket 241. The lifting component 242 may be disposed on a side of the cleaning main board 221 away from the adhering portion 222, and connected to the cleaning main board 221 and the transmission bracket 241, so as to drive the cleaning main board 221 to slide on the transmission bracket 241, and the cleaning main board 221 is driven by the lifting component 242 to move up and down.
Optionally, the lifting assembly 242 includes a driving motor 2421, a driving gear 2422, a driven gear 2423, a transmission shaft 2424 and a crank 2425, the driving motor 2421 is disposed on the cleaning assembly 22; a driving gear 2422 connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 2421; driven gear 2423 is meshed with driving gear 2422; a transmission shaft 2424 is arranged on the cleaning assembly 22, and the transmission shaft 2424 is connected to the driven gear 2423 and rotates coaxially with the driven gear 2423; crank 2425 is connected to drive shaft 2424 at one end and to drive bracket 241 at the other end.
In the present embodiment, the driving motor 2421 is fixed on a side of the cleaning main plate 221 away from the attaching portion 222, and a main plate gear is disposed at one end of the driving motor 2421 to be connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 2421 to be rotated by a driving action of the driving motor 2421. Driven gear 2423 and driving gear 2422 set up side by side to with driving gear 2422 meshing, driven gear 2423 is worn to locate by transmission shaft 2424, and the both ends of transmission shaft 2424 are fixed in the one side of keeping away from pasting portion 222 of clean mainboard 221, and under the drive of driving gear 2422, driven gear 2423 and transmission shaft 2424 coaxial rotation. A crank 2425 may be disposed at both ends of the transmission shaft 2424, one end of the crank 2425 is connected to the transmission shaft 2424, and the other end is connected to the transmission bracket 241, so that the rotation of the transmission shaft 2424 is converted into the lifting motion of the cleaning main board 221. The present application is not limited to the specific structure of the lifting assembly 242, and those skilled in the art can design the lifting assembly according to actual requirements.
Optionally, in other embodiments of the present application, a housing cavity may be further formed on the housing 21 of the cleaning robot 20, and the cleaning robot 20 may further include an unwinding roller disposed in the housing cavity for carrying the cleaning towel set 115. Of course, the housing chamber may also be provided with an assembly for transporting the cleaning sheets, which is within the scope of the person skilled in the art and will not be described in further detail here.

Claims (15)

1. A cleaning base station, the cleaning base station comprising:
a supply housing formed with an accommodating space for placing a cleaning sheet set formed by connecting a plurality of cleaning sheets;
the first pair of rollers are arranged in the accommodating space, comprise first rollers and second rollers and are used for clamping and conveying the cleaning towels of the cleaning towel collection;
the cover plate is movably arranged on the supply shell, and the first roller is far away from the second roller under the condition that the cover plate moves relative to the supply shell to open the accommodating space; under the condition that the cover plate moves relative to the supply shell to close the containing space, the first roller wheel is close to the second roller wheel so as to clamp and convey the cleaning towel.
2. The cleaning base station of claim 1, wherein the cover plate is rotatably provided on the supply housing to open or close the accommodating space.
3. The cleaning station of claim 1, wherein the first roller is disposed on the cover and the second roller is disposed on the supply housing.
4. The cleaning base station of claim 1, further comprising a cradle disposed in the receiving space for carrying the collection of cleaning wipes; when the cover plate opens the accommodating space, the cleaning wipes can be collectively mounted on the bracket through the opened opening.
5. The cleaning base station of claim 4, wherein the cradle is slidably disposed on the supply housing; when the cover plate opens the accommodating space, the bracket can slide out of the accommodating space so as to install the cleaning towel set.
6. The cleaning base station of claim 5, wherein the bracket comprises a connecting rod and a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod arranged at two ends of the connecting rod, the cleaning wipes are collectively arranged between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod, and the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are arranged on the supply housing in a sliding manner.
7. The cleaning base station of claim 1, wherein the supply housing comprises:
a first guide plate, located between the set of placed cleaning sheets and the first pair of rollers, for guiding the cleaning sheets between the first roller and the second roller.
8. The cleaning base station of claim 1, further comprising:
and the second pair of rollers are arranged in the accommodating space, comprise a third roller and a fourth roller and are used for conveying the cleaning towel conveyed from the first pair of rollers.
9. The cleaning station of claim 8, wherein an axis of the first roller and an axis of the second roller form a first plane, an axis of the third roller and an axis of the fourth roller form a second plane, and the first plane and the second plane intersect to change a direction of transport of the cleaning sheet.
10. The clean base station of claim 8, further comprising:
and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the third roller and is used for driving the third roller to rotate, and the third roller drives the second roller to rotate through a transmission assembly.

13. A cleaning system, characterized in that the cleaning system comprises a cleaning robot and a cleaning base station according to any of claims 1-12.
14. The cleaning system of claim 13, wherein the cleaning base station further comprises a base on which the supply housing is disposed, the base for carrying the cleaning robot; the supply housing is formed with a transfer port through which the cleaning sheet is transferred to the cleaning robot.
15. The cleaning system of claim 14, the base having a recovery port disposed thereon; the cleaning base station also comprises a recovery box, and the recovery box is placed in the base in a removable manner and is placed corresponding to the recovery port; wherein the cleaning towel separated by the cleaning robot on the base enters the recovery box through the recovery port.
