Background
The working principle of the tightening gun is as follows: feedback electric signals from the handpiece torque sensor are transmitted to the servo motor to drive the speed reducer, and then the speed reducer is connected to the sensor to form closed-loop control, so that the set torque requirement is met.
In the process of tightening operation, due to the tightening torque, the acting force cannot be accurately controlled, so that the pressing force is too small, and the bolt can be loosened due to vibration or cyclic load. The excessive pressing force is easy to cause the fracture and deformation of the connecting components. Because the bolts are broken, it is difficult to remove the broken portion of the shaft from the hub, and it is difficult and expensive for a professional technician to pick out the broken shaft.
During the screwing process of the servo screwing gun, when the yield point of the torque curve is screwed, the size of the torque can be automatically controlled, so that the accurate compression force of a product in the screwing assembly process is ensured, and the phenomenon that the fracture deformation is caused by overlarge torque is avoided.
The servo tightening gun is applied in the production and assembly operation process, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, quality accidents caused by fatigue operation of the workers are avoided, the product quality is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
When the gun is screwed up in the present calibration:
(1) in the calibration process, if the torque sensor is not above the central line of the main shaft, errors may be introduced, so that the torque sensor needs to be placed as right as possible during field calibration and zero clearing is performed, so as to eliminate the errors and ensure the accuracy of calibration.
(2) During calibration, torque tightening machine driveline jerks may also introduce calibration errors, and therefore, the spindle speed needs to be adjusted to the slowest in order to reduce driveline jerks and errors.
(3) In the field calibration process, if an electromagnetic interference source exists, electromagnetic interference occurs, and errors are brought to calibration, so that the field calibration needs to be ensured in a nonmagnetic environment as much as possible.
