Abstract
The invention discloses a composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos extracted from polar regions and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-5% of ganoderma extract, 0.0001-5% of poria sclerotium extract, 0.0001-5% of swertia extract, 1-20% of polyalcohol, 0.0001-20% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. In the composition containing the ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos extracted from polar regions, the poria cocos sclerotium extract has remarkable effects of removing redness, relieving skin, resisting wrinkles and tightening; the swertia extract is a polar plant extract flower which grows in an extreme environment and blooms, is also called polar plant extract, and combines with the lucid ganoderma extract to synergistically promote keratinocyte proliferation and increase the expression of circulating kinase protein, so that wrinkles are lightened, the skin is firmed, and the skin irritation can be reduced. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are conventional products which are not indicated by manufacturers and are commercially available.
The invention provides a composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-5% of ganoderma extract, 0.0001-5% of poria sclerotium extract, 0.0001-5% of swertia extract, 1-20% of polyalcohol, 0.0001-20% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. The purity of the ganoderma lucidum extract is 80-99.99%, and the purity of the poria cocos sclerotium extract is 80-99.99%.
The Ganoderma extract can be whole Ganoderma extract obtained by sterilizing Ganoderma spore powder, Ganoderma powder and carbohydrate mixture, inoculating strain, pulverizing culture after mycelium grows over the culture medium, and oven drying. The Ganoderma extract can be called Rhinacanthus nasutus extract, Ganoderma atrum extract, Ganoderma sinense extract, Ganoderma lucidum extract, or Ganoderma sinense extract in cosmetic ingredients.
The Poria sclerotium extract can be prepared by chemical preparation method. The Poria sclerotium extract can be called Poria sclerotium powder, Poria sclerotium extract, or Poria sclerotium extract in cosmetic ingredients.
The swertia extract can be called as India swertia extract, Japanese swertia extract, or swertia extract in cosmetic composition. Wherein, the swertia japonica is a polar planting and extracting flower which grows to blossom in an extreme environment and is also called polar planting and extracting.
The polyalcohol is one or more selected from glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, methyl propylene glycol, octyl glycol and ethylhexyl glycerol.
According to the composition containing the ganoderma and poria cocos, the ganoderma extract contained in the composition can effectively promote the formation of collagen, increase the thickness of epidermis and dermis layers, tighten skin, fade fine lines of skin, relieve skin and reduce redness of skin; the extract of sclerotium of Poria cocos (Schw.) wolf has effects of resisting oxidation, removing wrinkle and relieving skin; the herba Swertiae Bimaculatae extract can thicken epidermal layer and dermal layer of skin, and has antiinflammatory effect. Therefore, the composition containing the ganoderma and poria cocos has the effects of resisting wrinkles, tightening and relieving when being applied to cosmetics.
The following is a detailed description of examples of the composition containing ganoderma lucidum poria of the present invention.
Example 1
A composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1% of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.2% of poria cocos sclerotium extract, 0.3% of swertia indica extract, 1% of butanediol, 12% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. The ganoderma lucidum extract of this example was obtained from the institute of integrated utilization of the Guangdong provincial academy of sciences of the Chinese academy of sciences, the poria sclerotium extract was obtained from the institute of comprehensive utilization of wild plants of Nanjing, and the swertia indica extract was obtained from the market.
The composition of example 1 can be prepared by the following method. Adding 0.3 g of swertia indica extract (powder) into 15 g of butanediol at normal temperature, heating to 85 ℃, stirring to dissolve completely, adding 12 g of hydrogenated lecithin and 71.5 g of water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3 minutes, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding 1g of ganoderma lucidum extract (powder) and 0.2 g of poria cocos sclerotia extract (powder), stirring to dissolve uniformly, and filtering impurities (possibly introduced in the preparation process) by using a 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain the composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos in example 1.
Example 2
A composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.2% of poria cocos sclerotium extract, 0.3% of swertia chirata extract, 1% of methyl propylene glycol, 12% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. The ganoderma lucidum extract of this example was obtained from the institute of integrated utilization of the Guangdong provincial academy of sciences of the Chinese academy of sciences, the poria sclerotium extract was obtained from the institute of comprehensive utilization of wild plants of Nanjing, and the swertia indica extract was obtained from the market.
The composition of example 2 can be prepared by the following method. Adding 0.3 g of swertia chirata extract into 15 g of methyl propylene glycol at normal temperature, heating to 85 ℃, stirring to dissolve completely, adding 12 g of hydrogenated lecithin and 70.5 g of water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3 minutes, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding 2 g of ganoderma lucidum extract and 0.2 g of poria cocos sclerotia extract, stirring to dissolve uniformly, and filtering impurities (possibly introduced in the preparation process) by using 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain the ganoderma and poria cocos composition containing polar plant extract of example 2.
Example 3
A composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1% of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.5% of poria cocos sclerotium extract, 0.3% of swertia chiraensis extract, 15% of polyalcohol, 12% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. The ganoderma lucidum extract of this example was obtained from the institute of integrated utilization of the Guangdong provincial academy of sciences of the Chinese academy of sciences, the poria sclerotium extract was obtained from the institute of comprehensive utilization of wild plants of Nanjing, and the swertia indica extract was obtained from the market.
The composition of example 3 was prepared by the following method. Adding 0.3 g of swertia japonica extract into 15 g of butanediol at normal temperature, heating to 85 ℃, stirring to dissolve completely, adding 12 g of hydrogenated lecithin and 71.2 g of water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3 minutes, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding 1g of ganoderma lucidum extract and 0.5 g of poria cocos sclerotium extract, stirring to dissolve uniformly, and filtering impurities (possibly introduced in the preparation process) by using 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain the composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos in example 3.
Example 4
A composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1% of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.2% of poria cocos extract, 0.6% of swertia chirata extract, 15% of polyalcohol, 12% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. The ganoderma lucidum extract of this example was obtained from the institute of integrated utilization of the Guangdong provincial academy of sciences of the Chinese academy of sciences, the poria sclerotium extract was obtained from the institute of comprehensive utilization of wild plants of Nanjing, and the swertia indica extract was obtained from the market.
The composition of example 4 was prepared by the following method. At normal temperature, adding 0.6 g of swertia indica (swertia chira) extract into 15 g of butanediol, heating to 85 ℃, stirring for dissolving completely, adding 12 g of hydrogenated lecithin and 71.2 g of water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3 minutes, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding 1g of ganoderma lucidum extract and 0.2 g of poria cocos sclerotia extract, stirring for dissolving uniformly, and filtering impurities (possibly carried in the preparation process) by using 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain the ganoderma lucidum poria cocos-containing composition of example 4.
Example 5
A composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.5% of poria cocos sclerotium extract, 0.6% of swertia chirata extract, 15% of polyalcohol, 12% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. Adding 0.6 g of swertia chirata extract into 15 g of butanediol at normal temperature, heating to 85 ℃, stirring to dissolve completely, adding 12 g of hydrogenated lecithin and 69.9 g of water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3 minutes, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding 2 g of ganoderma lucidum extract and 0.5 g of poria cocos sclerotium extract, stirring to dissolve uniformly, and filtering impurities (possibly introduced in the preparation process) by using 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain the composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos in example 5.
Example 6
A composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001% of Ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.0001% of Poria cocos sclerotium extract, 0.0001% of India swertia extract, 1% of butanediol, 0.0001% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. The ganoderma lucidum extract of this example was obtained from the institute of integrated utilization of the academy of sciences, guangdong province, of the chinese academy of sciences, the poria sclerotium extract was obtained from the institute of comprehensive utilization of wild plants, Nanjing, and the swertia chikura extract was obtained from the market.
The composition of example 6 was prepared by the following method. Adding 0.0001 g of swertia indica (swertia indica) extract (powder) into 15 g of butanediol at normal temperature, heating to 85 ℃, stirring to dissolve completely, adding 0.0001 g of hydrogenated lecithin and 71.5 g of water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3 minutes, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding 0.0001 g of ganoderma lucidum extract and 0.0001 g of poria cocos sclerotia extract, stirring to dissolve uniformly, and filtering impurities (possibly carried in the preparation process) by using 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain the composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos in example 1.
Example 7
A composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5% of ganoderma lucidum extract, 5% of poria cocos sclerotium extract, 5% of swertia chirata extract, 20% of butanediol, 20% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water. The ganoderma lucidum extract of this example was obtained from the institute of integrated utilization of the Guangdong provincial academy of sciences of the Chinese academy of sciences, the poria sclerotium extract was obtained from the institute of comprehensive utilization of wild plants of Nanjing, and the swertia indica extract was obtained from the market.
The composition of example 7 was prepared by the following method. Adding 5 g of swertia chira extract (powder) into 20 g of butanediol at normal temperature, heating to 85 ℃, stirring to dissolve completely, adding 20 g of hydrogenated lecithin and 71.5 g of water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3 minutes, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding 5 g of ganoderma lucidum extract (powder) and 5 g of poria cocos sclerotia extract (powder), stirring to dissolve uniformly, and filtering impurities (possibly introduced in the preparation process) by using 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain the ganoderma and poria cocos composition containing polar plant extract of example 1.
The invention also provides a cosmetic for resisting wrinkles, tightening and relieving, which comprises a composition containing the ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos, wherein the percentage content of the composition containing the ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos in the cosmetic for resisting wrinkles, tightening and relieving is 8-15%. The anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving cosmetic is anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream.
The invention also provides application of the composition containing the ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos in preparing cosmetics for resisting wrinkles, tightening and relieving.
Example 8 preparation and application of anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream
1. Raw materials (percentages of all substances are mass percentages)
Phase A: 75.73% of water, 4% of glycerol, 0.50% of acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate and VP copolymer and 0.01% of EDTA disodium salt;
phase B: 3% of squalane, 0.5% of cetearyl glucoside, 0.5% of sorbitan olivate oleate, 1% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5% of cetearyl alcohol, 0.5% of cetearyl glucoside, 1% of isononyl isononanoate;
and C phase: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.25% of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin;
phase D: the composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos in example 1 of the invention is 12%;
phase E: 0.01 percent of essence.
2. Preparation process of anti-wrinkle, firming and relieving essence cream
(1) Adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 minutes until the powder raw materials are well dispersed, and heating to 85 ℃;
(2) adding the phase B into an oil phase pot, heating and stirring to 85 ℃, and dissolving completely;
(3) when the A, B phases reach 85 ℃, pumping the B phase into the A phase, stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 3 minutes, keeping the temperature for 15 minutes, stirring and cooling after bubbles are eliminated;
(4) and (3) cooling to below 45 ℃, adding the phase C, the phase D and the phase E, uniformly stirring, reporting the inspection, filtering by a 150-mesh sieve after the inspection is qualified, and discharging to obtain the anti-wrinkle, firming and soothing essence cream of the embodiment 8.
Example 9 preparation and application of anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream
1. Raw materials (percentages of all substances are mass percentages)

(4) cooling to below 45 ℃, adding the phase C, the phase D and the phase E, uniformly stirring, performing inspection, filtering by 150 meshes after the phase C, the phase D and the phase E are qualified, and discharging to obtain the anti-wrinkle, firming and soothing essence cream of the embodiment 11.
Example 12 preparation and application of anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing essence cream
1. Raw materials (percentages of all substances are mass percentages)
Phase A: 75.73% of water, 4% of glycerol, 0.50% of acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate and VP copolymer and 0.01% of EDTA disodium salt;
phase B: 3% of squalane, 0.5% of cetearyl glucoside, 0.5% of sorbitan olivate oleate, 1% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5% of cetearyl alcohol, 0.5% of cetearyl glucoside, 1% of isononyl isononanoate;
and C phase: 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.25% of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin;
phase D: the composition containing ganoderma and poria cocos in example 5 of the invention is 12%;
e phase: 0.01 percent of essence.
2. Preparation process of anti-wrinkle firming and soothing essence cream
(1) Adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 minutes until the powder raw materials are well dispersed, and heating to 85 ℃;
(2) adding the phase B into an oil phase pot, heating and stirring to 85 ℃, and dissolving completely;
(3) when the A, B phases reach 85 ℃, pumping the B phase into the A phase, stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 3 minutes, keeping the temperature for 15 minutes, stirring and cooling after bubbles disappear;
(4) and (3) cooling to below 45 ℃, adding the phase C, the phase D and the phase E, uniformly stirring, performing inspection, filtering by a 150-mesh screen after the phase C, the phase D and the phase E are qualified, and discharging to obtain the anti-wrinkle, firming and relieving essence cream of the embodiment 12.
In order to better illustrate the advantages of the invention, aiming at the anti-wrinkle, firming and relieving essence cream, a unique cosmetic efficacy evaluation method is adopted to test and analyze the safety and efficacy of the composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos, and the test results are as follows:
1. evaluation of anti-wrinkle efficacy of composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos extracted from polar region
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
firstly, randomly extracting 20 testers, cleaning the face before testing, resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, testing the value of wrinkles of eyes by using a skin tester VISIA machine, and recording the condition.
② the anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream of the embodiment 8 is smeared on the left eye for 45 days, and the anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream of the embodiment 9 is smeared on the right eye for 45 days, twice a day (morning and evening). After the face was cleaned with clear water, the eye value was measured with a skin tester VISIA machine and the condition was recorded.
As shown in fig. 1, the wrinkle value of the left eye of the test subject was 95 and the wrinkle value of the right eye of the test subject was 64 before the anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing essence was applied. After the anti-wrinkle firming and soothing essence cream was used, wrinkles of the left and right eyes were reduced, and the amount of wrinkle reduction of the applied example 9 was 27, which is higher than the amount of wrinkle reduction 16 of the applied example 8. It can be obtained that the concentration of the poria sclerotium extract and the swertia chirata extract in the composition containing the ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos is not changed, the concentration of the ganoderma lucidum extract is increased, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the composition on the skin can be enhanced.
2. Evaluation of anti-wrinkle efficacy of composition containing Ganoderma lucidum Poria cocos
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
firstly, randomly extracting 20 testers, cleaning the face before testing, resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, testing the value of wrinkles of eyes by using a skin tester VISIA machine, and recording the condition.
② the anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream of the embodiment 10 is applied to the left eye for 45 days, and the anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream of the embodiment 8 is applied to the right eye for 45 days, twice a day (morning and evening). After the face was cleaned with clear water, the eye value was measured with a skin tester VISIA machine and the condition was recorded.
As shown in fig. 2, the wrinkle value of the left eye of the test subject was 100 and the wrinkle value of the right eye of the test subject was 84 before the anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing essence was applied. After the anti-wrinkle firming and soothing cream was applied, wrinkles were reduced, and the amount of wrinkle reduction was 26 for example 10, which was higher than the amount of wrinkle reduction 20 for example 8. It is thus understood that the concentration of Ganoderma lucidum extract and swertia indica Indigofera extract in the composition containing Ganoderma lucidum and Poria cocos is constant, the concentration of Poria cocos sclerotium extract is increased, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the composition on skin can be enhanced.
3. Evaluation of anti-wrinkle efficacy of composition containing Ganoderma lucidum Poria cocos
The experimental method comprises the following steps:

② the anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream of the embodiment 11 is applied to the left eye for 45 days, and the anti-wrinkle, tightening and relieving essence cream of the embodiment 8 is applied to the right eye for 45 days, twice a day (morning and evening). After the face was cleaned with clear water, the eye value was measured with a skin tester VISIA machine and the condition was recorded.
As shown in fig. 3, the wrinkle value of the left eye of the test subject was 46 and the wrinkle value of the right eye of the test subject was 55 before the anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing essence was applied. After the anti-wrinkle firming and soothing essence cream was applied, wrinkles were reduced, and the amount of wrinkles reduced by applying example 11 was 19, which is higher than the amount of wrinkles reduced by applying example 8, which was 13. It can be obtained that the concentration of Ganoderma lucidum extract and Poria sclerotium extract in the composition containing Ganoderma lucidum and Poria cocos is constant, the concentration of swertia angustifolia extract is increased, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the composition on skin can be enhanced.
4. Evaluation of anti-wrinkle efficacy of composition containing Ganoderma lucidum Poria cocos
The experimental method comprises the following steps:

14. Evaluation of efficacy of composition containing Ganoderma Poria in Red color zone
The experimental method comprises the following steps:

It can be seen that the concentration of Ganoderma lucidum extract, Poria cocos sclerotium extract and swertia indica extract in the composition containing Ganoderma lucidum and Poria cocos is simultaneously increased, and the soothing effect of the composition on the skin can be greatly enhanced.

Claims (10)
1. The composition containing the ganoderma lucidum and the poria cocos is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001-5% of ganoderma extract, 0.0001-5% of poria sclerotium extract, 0.0001-5% of swertia extract, 1-20% of polyalcohol, 0.0001-20% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water.
2. The composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of lucid ganoderma extract, 0.0001-1% of poria cocos sclerotium extract, 0.0001-1% of swertia extract, 1-20% of polyalcohol, 5-15% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water.
3. The composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-3% of lucid ganoderma extract, 0.002-0.5% of poria cocos sclerotium extract, 0.0001-1% of swertia extract, 1-20% of polyalcohol, 10-15% of hydrogenated lecithin and the balance of water.
4. The composition of claim 1, wherein the polyol is one or more selected from the group consisting of glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, methyl propanediol, caprylyl glycol, and ethylhexyl glycerol.
5. The composition of claim 1, wherein the purity of the ganoderma lucidum extract is 80-99.99%.
6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the purity of the poria cocos sclerotia extract is 80-99.99%.
7. A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing comprising the composition comprising the Ganoderma lucidum/Poria cocos wolf as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing cosmetic as claimed in claim 7, wherein the content of the composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos in the anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing cosmetic is 8-15%.
9. The anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing cosmetic as claimed in claim 8, wherein the composition containing ganoderma lucidum and poria cocos accounts for 12% of the anti-wrinkle, tightening and soothing cosmetic.
10. Use of the composition containing ganoderma lucidum poria cocos wolf as claimed in any one of claims 1-9 for the preparation of a cosmetic for anti-wrinkle, firming and soothing.
