In order to reinforce the strength of the first stopper portion 2115, a rib 2116 may be provided in the first stopper portion 2115. In some embodiments, the first stopping portion 2115 may not be provided to stop the stopping frame 4100, and thus the rotation of the stopping frame 4100 around the first connecting post 2113 may also be achieved.
It should be noted that the first limiting mechanism 4000 mainly includes a limiting bracket 4100, a slider 4200 and a return elastic member 4300, the first connecting portion 4110 of the limiting bracket 4100 is connected to the first connecting post 2113 of the mounting plate 2100, the second connecting portion 4120 of the limiting bracket 4100 is connected to the second connecting post 4210 of the slider 4200, one end of the return elastic member 4300 is connected to the third connecting post 4220 of the slider 4200, and the other end of the return elastic member 4300 is connected to the fourth connecting post 2114 of the mounting plate 2100. Under the action of the elastic return piece 4300, the limit bracket 4100 is in a horizontal position, that is, stands at a position in the horizontal direction, when the slider 4200 is pulled, the elastic return piece 4300 extends, and the limit bracket 4100 is driven by the slider 4200 to rotate. Referring to FIG. 2, the mounting plate 2100 includes a base plate 2110 and a cover plate 2120, the mounting portion being located on the base plate 2110, the base plate 2110 serving the mounting function, and the cover plate 2120 serving only the covering and sealing function. The bottom plate 2110 is provided with screw posts, the cover plate 2120 is provided with screw holes, the bottom plate 2110 is connected with the cover plate 2120 through screws, the vertical direction of the mounting plate 2100 is the vertical direction of the bottom plate 2110 and/or the cover plate 2120, the end portion of the bottom plate 2110 in the vertical direction is provided with a top plate 2130, the top plate 2130 has the same function as the cover plate 2120 and plays a role in covering and sealing, and the top plate 2130 is connected with the cover plate 2120 through screws. The mounting plate 2100 has a slide 2117 at an end thereof, the slide 2117 is positioned in the vertical direction in the longitudinal direction, the first end 1100 of the first storage board 1000 has a rotation mechanism, and the rotation mechanism has a slide portion which abuts against the slide 2117 and can slide along the slide 2117. In an embodiment of the present invention, runners 2117 are provided at opposite ends of the base plate 2110. In some embodiments, the slideway 2117 may be provided at other locations on the base plate 2110, notably with the length of the slideway 2117 being vertical.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the rotating mechanism is provided with a connecting pin 1300 and a rotating shaft (not shown), the connecting pin 1300 is connected to the first object placing plate 1000, and the rotating shaft is disposed on the connecting pin 1300. The sliding part is a roller 1310, and the sliding part is installed at one end of the rotating shaft. It should be noted that the connecting leg 1300 is disposed at the first end 1100 of the first object placing plate 1000, specifically, the connecting leg 1300 has a gap and is sandwiched between the first object placing plate 1000, the first object placing plate 1000 is usually made of tempered glass, and the connecting leg 1300 may be adhered to the first object placing plate 1000 or connected with the first object placing plate 1000 by a screw. The connecting leg 1300 is provided with a rotating shaft at a position far away from the first storage board 1000, the rotating shaft is horizontally arranged, the roller 1310 is connected with the end of the rotating shaft, and the roller 1310 is arranged on the slideway 2117 and is abutted against the slideway 2117. Two connecting feet 1300 are provided, the two connecting feet 1300 are respectively a front foot and a rear foot, the front foot and the rear foot are respectively provided at two opposite sides of the first end portion 1100, and the front foot and the rear foot are cooperatively clamped on the bottom plate 2110. The position of the slide 2117 away from the limit bracket 4100 is provided with a cushion block 9000, and the cushion block 9000 is used for buffering the contact force between the roller 1310 and the bottom plate 2110 in the process of movement, so that the first object placing plate 1000 is stably stopped.
Referring to fig. 3 and 9, the limit bracket 4100 is provided with an abutting portion 4130 at a position close to the first connecting portion 4110, an abutting surface of the abutting portion 4130 is a plane, the abutting portion 4130 is used for abutting against a sliding portion, specifically, the abutting portion 4130 abuts against the roller 1310, when the roller 1310 moves to the end of the sliding way 2117, the abutting portion 4130 abuts against the roller 1310 under the action of the elastic restoring member 4300 to make the roller 1310 rest at the end of the sliding way 2117 without external force, the limit bracket 4100 is further provided with an inclined surface 4140 at a position close to the abutting portion 4130, the inclined surface 4140 is used for guiding the movement of the first end 1100, specifically, when the first object placing plate 1000 is restored, the first object placing plate moves toward the direction close to the limit bracket 4100, when the roller 1310 abuts against the limit bracket 4100, the limit bracket 4100 is forced inward of the middle of the bottom plate 2110, the inclined surface 4140 needs to be designed to guide and make the force pushing the first end 1100 smaller, the strength is saved, and the first object placing plate 1000 is conveniently pushed. The greater the inclination angle of the inclined surface 4140, the less force is required to push the first storage plate 1000.
Referring to fig. 1, a second limiting mechanism 5000 is disposed at an end of the mounting plate 2100 away from the mounting portion, and the second limiting mechanism 5000 is used for preventing the first object placing plate 1000 from toppling over. The second stop mechanism 5000 is provided on the base plate 2110 and away from the mounting portion. Referring to fig. 4, the base plate 2110 is provided with a mounting hole 5400 for mounting the second stopper mechanism 5000. Referring to fig. 5, the second limiting mechanism 5000 mainly includes an anti-toppling knob 5100, a limiting member 5200, and a nut 5300. The anti-toppling knob 5100 is disposed on one side of the bottom plate 2110, the limiting member 5200 is disposed on the other side of the anti-toppling knob 5100, and the anti-toppling knob 5100 is provided with a connecting shaft 5120, wherein the connecting shaft 5120 penetrates through the limiting member 5200 and is connected with the nut 5300 for fixing. The anti-toppling knob 5100 is provided with a push rod 5110, and the push rod 5110 is stirred to rotate the anti-toppling knob 5100. The first object placing plate 1000 is located between the anti-toppling knob 5100 and the mounting plate 2100, the anti-toppling knob 5100 is provided with the ejector rod 5110, the ejector rod 5110 abuts against the first object placing plate 1000 in the first state, and the ejector rod 5110 is separated from the first object placing plate 1000 in the second state.
Referring to fig. 6 and 16, the limiting member 5200 is provided with a second limiting portion 5500 and a third limiting portion 5600, the limiting member 5200 is clamped to the mounting hole 5400 by the second limiting portion 5500, and the anti-toppling knob 5100 is fixed by the second limiting portion 5500 after rotating and does not automatically rotate without being stressed. The mounting hole 5400 is provided with a first dead point 5410 and a second dead point 5420, the second limiting portion 5500 moves to a position of the first dead point 5410 or the second dead point 5420, and the limiting member 5200 is limited to rotate. The shape of the mounting hole 5400 corresponds to the shape of the second stopper portion 5500. In some embodiments, the mounting hole 5400 and the second limit portion 5500 may be provided in other shapes. The third limiting portion 5600 is configured to abut against the bottom plate 2110, the limiting member 5200 abuts against the bottom plate 2110 by the third limiting portion 5600, and the limiting member 5200 is not detached from the bottom plate 2110 through the mounting hole 5400.
Referring to fig. 1, a plurality of fastening holes are formed in the first mounting bar 3200 in a length direction in parallel. Referring to fig. 7, the first suspension arm 3100 is provided with a support portion 3110 and a snap-in portion 3120. The first suspension arm 3100 is integrally formed of metal, the supporting portion 3110 is a metal sheet bent horizontally, the supporting portion 3110 abuts against the second end 1200 of the first object placing plate 1000, and a buffer, such as a rubber pad, may be disposed on the supporting portion 3110. In some embodiments, first suspension arm 3100 may also be configured to be screwed to first mounting bar 3200.
Referring to fig. 9, a plurality of fastening holes are also formed in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the second mounting bar 7200, and the second suspension arm 7100 has the same structure as the first suspension arm 3100, but the supporting portion of the second suspension arm 7100 has a direction opposite to the supporting portion 3110 of the first suspension arm. The height of the second cantilever 7100 can be adjusted on the second mounting bar 7200 through the clamping portion of the second cantilever 7100, correspondingly, a third cantilever (not shown in the figure) corresponding to the height of the second cantilever 7100 is arranged on the first mounting bar 3200, the second cantilever 7100 and the third cantilever are used for supporting the second object placing plate 7300, and the height of the second object placing plate 7300 is adjusted through the second cantilever 7100 and the third cantilever. One side that the mounting panel 2100 was kept away from to the regulation shelf is provided with fixed shelf, and fixed shelf mainly comprises second thing board 7300, second cantilever 7100, third cantilever and second mounting bar 7200. Second mounting bar 7200 is connected perpendicularly to second cantilever 7100, and second mounting bar 7200 installs on the inner bag lateral wall of refrigerator walk-in and is located the one side of keeping away from mounting panel 2100, and the one end of second thing board 7300 of putting sets up in second cantilever 7100, and the other end sets up in the third cantilever. An upper shelf 8000 is arranged above the adjusting shelf and the fixing shelf, and a lower shelf 8100 is arranged below the adjusting shelf and the fixing shelf. The frame of the second object placing plate 7300 is provided with a side frame strip 7310, and the side frame strip 7310 is used for protecting the second object placing plate 7300, so as to prevent the second object placing plate 7300 from being collided and damaged when moving or storing objects.
It should be noted that, according to the technical solution of the present application, in some embodiments, one side of the adjustment shelf may be set as the same adjustment shelf, and specifically, the directions of the adjustment shelves on the left side and the right side are opposite. The storage plates of the adjustable shelf can be designed to be turned towards the left side and the right side, and can also be designed to be turned towards the middle, and the description is omitted.
The adjusting shelf can be turned over and reset the object placing plate, and the turning over step and the resetting step of the adjusting shelf are as follows:
turning over: when the first object placing plate 1000 is in a horizontal standing state, the sliding block 4200 is pulled, the sliding block 4200 moves in the vertical direction, one end of the sliding block 4200 pulls the second connecting portion 4120 of the limiting bracket 4100 to rotate, so that the first connecting portion 4110 is driven to rotate around the first connecting post 2113, the abutting portion 4130 is retracted towards the direction close to the middle of the mounting plate 2100, the roller 1310 removes the limitation of the first limiting mechanism 4000, the sliding block 4200 is released, the sliding block 4200 is reset under the action of the reset elastic member 4300, after the roller passes through the first limiting mechanism 1310 4000 along the sliding way 2117, the first end 1100 continues to move along the sliding way 2117, the second end 1200 moves towards the mounting plate 2100, the first object placing plate 1000 is turned over and parallel to the mounting plate 2100, and the second limiting mechanism 5000 is rotated to clamp the first object placing plate 1000, so that the first object placing plate 1000 is prevented from falling over.
Resetting: the second limiting mechanism 5000 is rotated to release the limitation on the first object placing plate 1000, the first end part 1100 is pushed to move along the direction that the slide 2117 approaches the installation part, the roller 1310 abuts against the inclined surface 4140 of the limiting bracket 4100 and continues to move, the limiting bracket 4100 is forced to rotate, the abutting part 4130 is retracted towards the middle part of the installation plate 2100, after the roller 1310 passes through the first limiting mechanism 4000, the limiting bracket 4100 is reset under the action of the reset elastic piece 4300, the abutting part 4130 rebounds to the original standing position and abuts against the roller, the abutting part 4130 limits the roller 1310, the first end part 1100 completes limiting, the second end part 1200 moves towards the first cantilever 3100 until abutting against the first cantilever 3100 while the first end part 1100 moves, and the first object placing plate 1000 completes resetting.
Referring to fig. 9, in a state where the limit holder 4100 is still, the first limit mechanism 4000 abuts on the sliding portion and restricts the sliding portion from sliding along the mounting plate 2100. Specifically, the limit bracket 4100 is kept horizontal by the tensile force of the return elastic member 4300, the abutting portion 4130 of the limit bracket 4100 is on the slide 2117, the roller 1310 is above the abutting portion 4130 and abuts against the abutting portion 4130, and the roller 1310 cannot slide on the slide 2117.
It should be noted that the sliding portion has a first position and a second position relative to the mounting plate 2100, the first position and the second position are vertically arranged on the mounting plate 2100 and have a height difference, when the sliding portion is located at the first position, the second end 1200 abuts against the first cantilever 3100, and the first limiting mechanism 4000 abuts against the sliding portion and limits the movement of the sliding portion; when the first limiting mechanism 4000 moves, the sliding part moves to the second position, and the second end 1200 is separated from the first cantilever 3100. In other embodiments, the limiting bracket 4100 can be designed to slide along with the slider 4200, and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in a state where the limit holder 4100 is rotated, the first limit mechanism 4000 releases the slide limit of the slide portion, the rotation mechanism slides along the attachment plate 2100 following the slide portion, and the first storage board 1000 is detached from the first suspension arm 3100 and rotated about the rotation mechanism. Specifically, when the slider 4200 is pulled to slide downward, the second connecting portion 4120 of the limiting bracket 4100 is moved downward by the force of the second connecting column 4210, and at the same time, the limiting bracket 4100 rotates around the first connecting column 2113, the abutting portion 4130 of the limiting bracket 4100 moves toward the slider 4200 and leaves the slideway 2117, the limitation of the roller 1310 is released, the rotating mechanism slides downward along the slideway 2117, the first end portion 1100 of the first object placing plate 1000 moves downward along with the rotating mechanism, at the same time, the first object placing plate 1000 rotates around the rotating mechanism, the second end portion 1200 leaves the first suspension arm 3100, when the roller 1310 passes through the position of the abutting portion 4130, the slider 4200 is released, the slider 4200 is reset by the reset elastic member 4300, and the limiting bracket 4100 returns to the horizontal standing state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, the first storage plate 1000 is parallel to the mounting plate 2100 and is folded over. Specifically, the roller 1310 moves to the bottom of the slideway 2117 along the slideway 2117 and abuts against the cushion block 9000, the rotating device stops sliding, the first object placing plate 1000 is parallel to the mounting plate 2100, the anti-toppling knob 5100 of the second limiting mechanism 5000 is toggled to fix the first object placing plate 1000, and the first object placing plate 1000 is turned over.
Referring to fig. 1 and 13, the elastic restoring member of the first limit mechanism 4000 connects the slider 4200 and the mounting plate 2100 together, the slider 4200 is installed in the slide slot 2111 of the mounting plate 2100 and slides along the slide slot 2111, and the second connecting column 4210 is connected to the limit bracket 4100. Referring to fig. 14, the roller 1310 abuts against the abutting portion 4130 of the limit bracket 4100 and is positioned above the abutting portion 4130, and the limit bracket 4100 is horizontally left standing. Referring to fig. 15, the limit bracket 4100 is rotated, the contact portion 4130 of the limit bracket 4100 is retracted into the mounting plate 2100, and the roller 1310 is separated from the contact portion 4130 and slides along the slide 2117.
The application also provides a refrigerator, and the refrigerator is provided with the adjusting shelf provided by the embodiment of the invention. The refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator is provided with a plurality of layers of shelves for storing articles. The shelves arranged on the same layer can be independent fixed shelves or independent adjustable shelves, and also can be half fixed brackets and the other half adjustable shelves. It is understood that, in the present invention, the fixing bracket is a fixing shelf. In some embodiments, the fixed shelf can be designed into a conventional shelf, i.e., the inner container is provided with a liner rib, and the storage plate is directly placed on the liner rib, and can also be designed into other forms of shelves, which are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. An adjustable shelf, comprising:
a mounting plate disposed in a vertical direction;
the supporting assembly is provided with a first cantilever, and the first cantilever is arranged along the horizontal direction;
the first object placing plate is arranged between the mounting plate and the first cantilever, a first end part and a second end part are arranged at two opposite ends of the first object placing plate, the first end part is connected with the mounting plate in a sliding mode, a rotating mechanism is arranged at the first end part, the first object placing plate can rotate around the rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism is provided with a sliding part, and the first end part can slide on the mounting plate along the vertical direction through the sliding part;
the first limiting mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate and used for limiting the sliding of the sliding part, the first limiting mechanism comprises a sliding block, a reset elastic part and a limiting support, the mounting plate is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding block is positioned in the sliding groove, one end of the reset elastic part is connected with the mounting plate, the other end of the reset elastic part is connected with the sliding block, the sliding block is connected with the limiting support, and the sliding block can drive the limiting support to move;
when the sliding part is located at the first position, the second end part abuts against the first cantilever, and the first limiting mechanism abuts against the sliding part and limits the movement of the sliding part; when the first limiting mechanism moves, the sliding part moves to the second position, and the second end part is separated from the first cantilever.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 1, wherein the limit bracket is provided with an abutting portion which abuts against the sliding portion and can limit the sliding of the sliding portion, and an inclined surface which can guide the movement of the sliding portion is further provided at a position of the limit bracket close to the abutting portion.
3. An adjustable shelf according to claim 2, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a first limit part and a first connecting post, the limit bracket being rotatable about the first connecting post, the first limit part being capable of limiting the angle of rotation of the limit bracket.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism is provided with a connecting leg and a rotating shaft, the connecting leg is connected with the first storage plate, the rotating shaft is provided at the connecting leg, and the sliding part is provided at one end of the rotating shaft.
5. An adjustable shelf according to claim 4 in which the mounting plate is provided with a slideway, the length of which is vertically disposed, the sliding portion abutting and sliding along the slideway.
6. An adjustable shelf according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a second stop mechanism for preventing the first shelf from tipping.
7. The adjustable shelf according to claim 6, wherein the second limiting mechanism is provided with an anti-toppling knob and a limiting member, the mounting plate is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the shape of the limiting member, the limiting member is arranged in the mounting hole, the connecting shaft of the anti-toppling knob passes through the limiting member, and the second limiting mechanism can rotate relative to the mounting plate.

An adjustable shelf according to claim 7, wherein the first object plate is located between the anti-toppling knob and the mounting plate, the anti-toppling knob being provided with a push rod which in a first state abuts the first object plate and in a second state disengages the first object plate.
9. The adjustable shelf according to claim 8, wherein said stop member is provided with a second stop portion, said mounting hole is provided with a first stop point and a second stop point, said second stop portion moves to a position of said first stop point or said second stop point, said stop member is restricted from rotating.
10. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising: an adjustable shelf according to any of claims 1 to 9.
