The present application provides a floor brush device 10, comprising: a first roll brush assembly 11; a liquid supply assembly 12 including a liquid outlet 121; a liquid transfer mechanism 13 configured to uniformly transfer the liquid output from the liquid outlet 121 to at least one of the first brush roller assembly 11 and a cleaning region on the front side in the moving direction of the first brush roller assembly 11.
The round brush subassembly is that the scrubbing brush device is used for clear essential element, and the round brush subassembly rotates the during operation and cleans clean surface through rotating friction, and liquid supply subassembly 12 can include supply tube, liquid outlet etc. and liquid supply subassembly 12 is connected with the stock solution device through pump liquid subassembly. The liquid can be clear water, mixed liquid formed by cleaning liquid and clear water, and the like. The liquid pumping assembly pumps liquid from the liquid storage device and outputs the liquid from the supply pipe through the liquid outlet 121, and the liquid outlet 121 can be a conventional liquid outlet nozzle or a nozzle. In one embodiment, the liquid supply assembly 12 further comprises a spray generating mechanism, the liquid outlet 121 is a nozzle, and the liquid stored in the liquid storage device is converted into spray by the spray generating mechanism, sprayed from the nozzle to the liquid transfer mechanism 13, converted into liquid on the liquid transfer mechanism 13 and transferred to at least one of the roller brush assembly and the cleaning area on the front side. In one embodiment, the liquid outlet 121 is an atomizing nozzle, which is used to extrude the liquid into the nozzle by internal pressure, a metal plate is placed inside the nozzle, the liquid flowing at high speed impinges on the metal plate, and forms atomized particles after rebounding, and the atomized particles are ejected through the nozzle.
An embodiment in which the liquid transfer mechanism 13 is implemented by a roll brush assembly is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 3. As shown in fig. 1, the liquid transfer mechanism 13 is configured to uniformly transfer the liquid output from the liquid outlet 121 to the first rolling brush assembly 11, and the liquid transfer mechanism 13 includes a second rolling brush assembly which is parallel to the axis of the first rolling brush assembly 11 and abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the first rolling brush assembly 11. A baffle 122 is disposed around the liquid outlet 121 of the liquid supply assembly 12, and a receiving cavity is formed between the baffle 122 and the outer peripheral surface of the second roller brush assembly. Namely, the baffle 122 abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the second rolling brush assembly, and an accommodating cavity is left in the middle. Under the condition that liquid outlet 121 is the nozzle, spray partial liquid at baffle 122 through the nozzle, baffle 122 redistributes liquid, baffle 122 scrapes the pressure to it when second round brush subassembly rotates, makes liquid produce linear even distribution effect in baffle 122 department, partial liquid can be stored and carry out liquid balance once more to the holding cavity, produce the even distribution effect of face in the holding cavity within range, make the liquid distribution on the second round brush subassembly more even.
In operation, when a cleaning apparatus including the floor brush assembly 10 is started, the power source 20 supplies power to rotate the first brush roll assembly 11. The second rolling brush assembly may be driven by the first rolling brush assembly 11 or separately driven by another power source. The driving of the first rolling brush assembly 11 by the power source 20 can be realized by a motor directly, or by connecting the motor with a belt, a gear and other transmission speed reducing structures, and then connecting the first rolling brush assembly 11.
Liquid sprays or flows to the second round brush subassembly with less flow from liquid outlet 121, and the second round brush subassembly makes the liquid on the second round brush subassembly evenly transmit to first round brush subassembly 11 through contacting with first round brush subassembly 11, further applys to clean region by first round brush subassembly 11, and first round brush subassembly 11 can be cleaned under the condition of guaranteeing that clean effect is unanimous.
The outer surface of the second rolling brush component is made of water-absorbable material, such as fluff rolling brush. The first rolling brush component 11 is a replaceable rolling brush component, can be a fluff rolling brush or a flocking rolling brush, and can replace different rolling brush components according to different cleaning areas.
Although the second brush roll assembly is shown in fig. 1 to be located at the front side in the moving direction of the first brush roll assembly 11, it is understood by those skilled in the art that the above is only an example and not a limitation of the present application, and the second brush roll assembly may be located at any side of the first brush roll assembly 11, for example, above the first brush roll assembly 11. In one embodiment, the first roll brush assembly 11 is provided at one side thereof with a wringer for wringing the roll brush assembly, and the second roll brush assembly is disposed at an arbitrary position downstream of the wringer in the rotational direction of the first roller assembly.
As shown in fig. 2, the liquid transfer mechanism 13 is configured to uniformly transfer the liquid output from the liquid outlet 121 to the cleaning region, and the liquid transfer mechanism 13 includes a second rolling brush assembly, an outer circumferential surface of which abuts against the cleaning region, and which is parallel to an axis of the first rolling brush assembly 11. When the cleaning device including the floor brush device 10 is started during operation, the power source provides power to enable the first rolling brush assembly 11 and the second rolling brush assembly to rotate simultaneously (the first rolling brush assembly 11 and the second rolling brush assembly can share the same power source 20, or the first rolling brush assembly and the second rolling brush assembly can be respectively connected with the respective power sources), liquid on the second rolling brush assembly is uniformly transmitted to a cleaning area, and then the first rolling brush assembly 11 cleans the cleaning area.
As shown in fig. 3, the liquid transfer mechanism 13 is configured to uniformly transfer the liquid output from the liquid outlet 121 to both the first rolling brush assembly 11 and the cleaning region, and the liquid transfer mechanism 13 includes a second rolling brush assembly that is parallel to the axis of the first rolling brush assembly 11 and whose outer circumferential surface abuts the cleaning region and the first rolling brush assembly 11. In operation, when a cleaning apparatus including the floor brush assembly 10 is started, the power source 20 supplies power to rotate the first brush roll assembly 11. The user starts this cleaning machine through the button on the control handle, and the round brush subassembly begins to rotate, and under the effect that the main motor that lies in the cleaning machine fuselage provided the vacuum source simultaneously, the sewage that makes ground gets into sewage passageway from the suction inlet, through sewage passageway, sewage finally gets into the sewage recovery bucket that sets up in the cleaning machine fuselage, accomplishes the cleanness to clean surfaces such as carpet or floor.
In specific working process, when cleaning device started, the round brush subassembly began to rotate, liquid supply assembly was through the pump liquid subassembly pump liquid from the stock solution device and is followed the supply pipe blowout, partial liquid direct injection is on stock solution portion, partial liquid sprays at the baffle, the baffle redistributes liquid, partial liquid is stored and carry out liquid balance once more to holding cavity between baffle and the stock solution portion, produce the even distribution effect of face in the holding cavity within range, the liquid distribution that makes on the stock solution portion is more even.
Liquid is absorbed by stock solution portion, utilizes liquid permeability, and is even in stock solution portion and transfer portion cloth, and some liquid of transfer portion is transmitted clean regional surface by the round brush subassembly, and the direct even transmission of some liquid is on clean regional surface in addition to the round brush subassembly can be clean to clean region, guarantees that clean effect is unanimous.
The preferred embodiments and examples of the present application have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the embodiments and examples described above, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the concept of the present application.
