For example, if the retrieval time range is set to be three years till now, the retrieval time range is also dynamically updated along with the lapse of time, so that the dynamic update of the personalized cloud database is realized, and newly added marks are added to newly added patent cases.
In one embodiment, after receiving a request sent by a client to establish a personalized cloud database, the request including customer requirements, the method further includes: analyzing the customer requirements, and determining the fields matched with the customer requirements; and determining the expert end to be sent according to the field.
Since different fields in which experts are good at retrieval are different, in order to achieve more accurate matching, the fields in which customer needs to be matched are analyzed and determined according to customer needs, and then the fields are matched with the experts in the corresponding fields.
In one embodiment, there are a plurality of expert terminals;
the client requirement is sent to the expert, the expert establishes a customized retrieval formula for the client according to the client requirement and returns the customized retrieval formula to the client, and the method comprises the following steps:
the client requirement is sent to a plurality of expert terminals, a customized retrieval formula which is established for the client by each expert terminal based on the client requirement is received, and the customized retrieval formula is returned to the client;
acquiring a patent case set matched with a customized retrieval formula from a third-party database, associating the patent case set with a client to form an individualized cloud database matched with the requirements of a client, wherein the individualized cloud database comprises:
and respectively acquiring a patent case set matched with each customized retrieval formula from a third-party database, merging the patents in the plurality of patent case sets, marking the patents matched with the same customized retrieval formula, and when the same patent file is matched with the plurality of customized retrieval formulas, marking the same patent file with a plurality of marks.
The task of retrieval is closely related to the expert level, namely, the task of retrieval has the subjectivity of experts, so that the retrieved retrieval result may be incomplete or not accurate enough, and in order to enable the retrieved result to be more accurate, the client requirements are sent to a plurality of expert terminals, so that the retrieval results of the plurality of expert terminals can be subsequently integrated, and the accuracy and the integrity of the personalized cloud database can be improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when an accurate searching request of a client is received, the intersection of a plurality of patent case sets is taken according to the mark corresponding to each patent file, and the intersection is used as a query result and is associated to the client; and when a recall request of a client is received, taking a union of a plurality of patent case sets according to the corresponding marks of each patent document, and associating the union as a query result to the client.
The patent probability is the patent that the client wants when the multiple patent case sets all contain the same patent, and the patent is checked accurately by taking the intersection. When the patent cases need to be checked, the union set is taken, so that more patent cases can be contained, and the patent cases can be more comprehensive.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
determining precision ratio and recall ratio corresponding to each patent case set;
receiving a search request sent by a client, wherein the search request comprises: basic requirements and bias requirements, the basic requirements including: at least one of precision rate requirement and recall rate requirement;
screening out a target patent case set meeting the requirements according to the basic requirements and the precision ratio and the recall ratio corresponding to each patent case set;
when the deviation requirement is the query time, taking the intersection of the target patent case sets meeting the requirement as a query result and returning the query result to the client;
and when the deviation requirement is full, taking a union set of the target patent case sets meeting the requirement as a query result and returning the union set to the client.
Wherein, corresponding recall ratio and precision ratio are respectively determined for each patent case set. When the client has higher requirements on the recall ratio and the precision ratio, firstly, a patent case set meeting the requirements is screened out, and is called a target patent case set for distinguishing, further, when the query is biased to be checked, the intersection of a plurality of target patent case sets is taken, and when the query is biased to be checked, the union of the plurality of target patent case sets is taken. If only one target patent case set is screened, the intersection and union are the same. Aiming at high-requirement query, two steps are needed, a target patent case set meeting the requirement is screened out from a plurality of patent case sets in the first step, and the final query result is determined according to the deviation requirement in the second step.
In one embodiment, after sending the customer requirement to the expert, the method further comprises: automatically establishing a cloud database instant message group according to client information corresponding to the client and expert information corresponding to the expert, wherein the members of the cloud database instant message group comprise: a customer and an expert; the name of the cloud database instant message group is automatically generated according to the requirement of a client; and associating the cloud database instant message group to a corresponding cloud database interface.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when detecting that a processing terminal enters a session interface of a cloud database instant message group, acquiring retrieval information associated with the cloud database instant message group; displaying the retrieval information in an expansion box of an instant message dialog box of a processing end, wherein the retrieval information comprises: number, type and domain of patents retrieved.
As shown in fig. 4, a project-based patent case management and control apparatus is provided, which is applied to an information processing platform, and the information processing platform includes: a plurality of processing terminals, the plurality of processing terminals comprising: a client and a broker;
the device comprises:
an obtaining module 402, configured to obtain a project base document associated with a target project when a patent proposal request associated with the target project initiated by a client is received;
a sending module 404, configured to send the patent proposal request and the project base document to the agent side in an associated manner, and store an association relationship between the corresponding patent case and the target project;
the query module 406 is configured to, when a request for querying a patent case associated with a target item, initiated by a processing end, is received, query the patent case associated with the target item according to an association relationship;
the display module 408 is configured to obtain a current state of the patent case associated with the target project, and display the current state of the patent case at the processing end.
In one embodiment, the project-based patent case management and control apparatus further comprises:
the evaluation module is used for acquiring projects related to the patent cases and the importance degrees of the patent cases in the projects; determining a first value of a patent case according to the importance degree of the patent case in the project; determining a second value for the patent case based on the number of projects associated with the patent case; determining a value score for the patent case based on the first value and the second value of the patent case.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned project-based patent case management and control apparatus further includes:
the system comprises a project establishing module, a project establishing module and a project processing module, wherein the project establishing module is used for receiving a new project request sent by a client, and displaying project information to be filled in on the client according to the new project request, and the project information comprises: one or more of project name, project background, project responsible person, project member and related data; and when the storage operation of the project information is received, completing the establishment of the project, and automatically establishing a project instant message group according to the project members.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned project-based patent case management and control apparatus further includes:
the project cloud database establishing module is used for receiving a request for establishing a personalized cloud database initiated by a client based on a project, wherein the request comprises project information; sending a request for establishing the personalized cloud database to an expert terminal, establishing a customized retrieval formula for the project for the client by the expert terminal according to the project information, and returning the customized retrieval formula to the client; and acquiring a patent case set matched with the customized retrieval formula from a third-party database, and associating the patent case set to the client to form an individualized cloud database matched with the project information.
In one embodiment, the project cloud database establishing module is further configured to send a request for establishing the personalized cloud database to a plurality of expert terminals, receive a customized retrieval formula established by each expert terminal based on the request for establishing the personalized cloud database, and return the customized retrieval formula to the client; and respectively acquiring a patent case set matched with each customized retrieval formula from a third-party database, merging patents in a plurality of patent case sets, marking the patents matched with the same customized retrieval formula, and when the same patent file is matched with a plurality of customized retrieval formulas, marking the same patent file with a plurality of marks.
In an embodiment, the project establishing module is further configured to, when receiving a save operation for the project information, obtain a project member associated in the new project, automatically generate a project instant message group according to the associated project member, where a name of the project instant message group is automatically generated according to a name of the new project, and associate the project instant message group with the corresponding project.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned project-based patent case management and control apparatus further includes:
the project information display module is used for acquiring project information associated with the project instant message group when detecting that the processing end enters a session interface of the project instant message group; displaying the project information in an expansion box of an instant message dialog box of a processing terminal, wherein the project information comprises: the name of the project and project related information.
As shown in fig. 5, an apparatus for establishing a personalized cloud database is provided, which is applied to an information processing platform, where the information processing platform includes: a client and an expert;
the device comprises:
a receiving module 502, configured to receive a request for establishing a personalized cloud database sent by a client, where the request includes a client requirement;
the sending module 504 is used for sending the customer requirements to the expert side, and the expert side establishes a customized retrieval formula for the customer according to the customer requirements and returns the customized retrieval formula to the client side;

and the newly-added module is used for monitoring whether newly-added patent cases matched with the customized retrieval mode exist in the third-party database according to the customized retrieval mode, if so, adding the newly-added patent cases into the personalized cloud database, and simultaneously newly-adding and marking the newly-added patent cases.
In one embodiment, the search formula includes a search time range; the device for establishing the personalized cloud database further comprises:
and the updating module is used for automatically updating the retrieval time range according to the current time, adding the newly added patent case into the personalized cloud database when the newly added patent case is retrieved from the third-party database according to the updated customized retrieval formula when the retrieval time range is updated, and simultaneously newly adding a mark to the newly added patent case.
In an embodiment, the apparatus for establishing a personalized cloud database further includes:
the analysis module is used for analyzing the customer requirements and determining the field matched with the customer requirements; and determining the expert end to be sent according to the field.
In one embodiment, there are a plurality of expert terminals;
the sending module is also used for sending the customer requirements to a plurality of expert terminals, receiving a customized retrieval formula which is established for the customer by each expert terminal based on the customer requirements, and returning the customized retrieval formula to the client;
the association module is further used for respectively obtaining the patent case sets matched with each customized retrieval formula from the third-party database, merging the patents in the patent case sets, marking the patents matched with the same customized retrieval formula, and when the same patent file is matched with the plurality of customized retrieval formulas, the same patent file is provided with a plurality of marks.
In an embodiment, the apparatus for establishing a personalized cloud database further includes:
the query module is used for taking the intersection of a plurality of patent case sets according to the marks corresponding to each patent document when receiving a query request of a client, and associating the intersection as a query result to the client; and when a recall request of a client is received, taking a union of a plurality of patent case sets according to the corresponding marks of each patent document, and associating the union as a query result to the client.
In an embodiment, the apparatus for establishing a personalized cloud database further includes:
the screening module is used for determining the precision ratio and the recall ratio corresponding to each patent case set; receiving a search request sent by a client, wherein the search request comprises: basic requirements and bias requirements, the basic requirements including: at least one of precision rate requirement and recall rate requirement; screening out a target patent case set meeting the requirements according to the basic requirements and the precision ratio and the recall ratio corresponding to each patent case set;

In an embodiment, the apparatus for establishing a personalized cloud database further includes:
the group establishing module is used for automatically establishing a cloud database instant message group according to client information corresponding to the client and expert information corresponding to the expert, and the members of the cloud database instant message group comprise: a customer and an expert; the name of the instant message group of the cloud database is automatically generated according to the requirement of a customer; and associating the cloud database instant message group to a corresponding cloud database interface.
In an embodiment, the apparatus for establishing a personalized cloud database further includes:
the retrieval information display module is used for acquiring retrieval information associated with the cloud database instant message group when the processing end is detected to enter a session interface of the cloud database instant message group; displaying the retrieval information in an expansion box of an instant message dialog box of a processing end, wherein the retrieval information comprises: number, type and domain of patents retrieved.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may be a server, the computer device including a processor and a memory connected by a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system, and may further store a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the computer program may enable the processor to implement the project-based patent case management and control method or the personalized cloud database establishment method. The internal memory may also store a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the processor may execute the project-based patent case management and control method or the personalized cloud database establishment method. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to execute the steps of the above project-based patent case management and control method or the establishment method of a personalized cloud database.
A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program, which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above project-based patent case management and control method or personalized cloud database establishment method.
It should be noted that the project-based patent case management and control method, the project-based patent case management and control device, the computer device and the storage medium have the same or corresponding technical features, and the corresponding embodiments may be mutually applicable.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A method for establishing a personalized cloud database is applied to an information processing platform, and the information processing platform is characterized by comprising the following steps: a client and an expert;
the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a request for establishing a personalized cloud database sent by a client, wherein the request comprises a client requirement;
sending the customer requirements to an expert, establishing a customized retrieval formula for the customer by the expert according to the customer requirements, and returning the customized retrieval formula to the client;
and acquiring a patent case set matched with the customized retrieval formula from a third-party database, and associating the patent case set to the client to form an individualized cloud database matched with the requirements of the client.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and monitoring whether a newly added patent case matched with the customized retrieval mode exists in the third-party database according to the customized retrieval mode, if so, adding the newly added patent case into the personalized cloud database, and simultaneously adding a new mark to the newly added patent case.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the search formula includes a search time range; the method further comprises the following steps:
and automatically updating the retrieval time range according to the current time, and when the retrieval time range is updated and newly added patent cases are retrieved from a third-party database according to the updated customized retrieval formula, adding the newly added patent cases into the personalized cloud database and simultaneously newly marking the newly added patent cases.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving a request sent by a client to establish a personalized cloud database, the request including customer requirements, the method further comprises:
analyzing the customer requirements and determining the fields matched with the customer requirements;
and determining an expert end to be sent according to the field.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein there are a plurality of said expert terminals;
the sending the customer requirement to an expert, the expert establishing a customized retrieval formula for the customer according to the customer requirement and returning the customized retrieval formula to the client comprises the following steps:
sending the customer requirements to a plurality of expert terminals, receiving a customized retrieval formula established by each expert terminal for the customer based on the customer requirements, and returning the customized retrieval formula to the client;
the method for acquiring the patent case set matched with the customized retrieval formula from the third-party database, and associating the patent case set with the client to form the personalized cloud database matched with the client requirements comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a patent case set matched with each customized retrieval formula from a third-party database respectively, combining a plurality of patents in the patent case set, marking the same patents matched with the customized retrieval formulas, and when the same patent file is matched with a plurality of customized retrieval formulas, marking the same patent file with a plurality of marks.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when an accurate searching request of a client is received, the intersection of the plurality of patent case sets is taken according to the mark corresponding to each patent file, and the intersection is used as a query result to be associated to the client;
and when a recall request of a client is received, taking a union of the plurality of patent case sets according to the corresponding marks of each patent file, and associating the union as a query result to the client.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
determining precision ratio and recall ratio corresponding to each patent case set;
receiving a search request sent by a client, wherein the search request comprises: a base requirement and a bias requirement, the base requirement comprising: at least one of precision rate requirement and recall rate requirement;
screening out a target patent case set meeting the requirements according to the basic requirements and the precision ratio and the recall ratio corresponding to each patent case set;
when the deviation requirement is checking, taking intersection of the target patent case sets meeting the requirement as a query result and returning the query result to the client;
and when the deviation requirement is the recall, taking a union set of the target patent case sets meeting the requirement as a query result and returning the result to the client.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising, after said sending said customer requirements to an expert:
automatically establishing a cloud database instant message group according to the client information corresponding to the client and the expert information corresponding to the expert, wherein the members of the cloud database instant message group comprise: a customer and an expert; the name of the cloud database instant message group is automatically generated according to the requirement of a customer;
and associating the cloud database instant message group to a corresponding cloud database interface.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
when detecting that a processing end enters a session interface of the cloud database instant message group, acquiring retrieval information associated with the cloud database instant message group;
displaying the retrieval information in an expansion box of an instant message dialog box of a processing end, wherein the retrieval information comprises: number, type and domain of patents retrieved.
10. The establishment device of the personalized cloud database is applied to an information processing platform, and the information processing platform is characterized by comprising: a client and an expert;
the device comprises:
the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a request for establishing a personalized cloud database sent by a client, and the request comprises customer requirements;
the sending module is used for sending the customer requirements to an expert end, and the expert end establishes a customized retrieval formula for the customer according to the customer requirements and returns the customized retrieval formula to the client;
and the association module is used for acquiring the patent case set matched with the customized retrieval formula from a third-party database, associating the patent case set to the client and forming an individualized cloud database matched with the client requirements.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method of establishing a personalized cloud database according to any of claims 1 to 9.
12. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method of establishing a personalized cloud database according to any of claims 1 to 9.
