The humidity detection device may be disposed in the accommodating space 500 in a manner similar to the fixing manner of the human sensing device 700 or the voice input device 800, so that the functional components of the door 101 are added and the assembly process of the door 101 is hardly affected. Moreover, the refrigerator 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be further configured to adjust the light emitting manner of the lighting assembly 200 based on the ambient humidity, including on/off, color, brightness, constant/intermittent lighting, and the like.
In some embodiments, the door 101 of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a display device for displaying the internal environment information of the refrigerator 100, the food material information, and/or the operation state of the functional components of the refrigerator 100. The display device can be disposed in the accommodating space 500 in a fixed manner similar to the human sensing device 700 or the voice input device 800, except that an opening is required on the lamp housing 204 to dispose the display panel. The internal environment information of the refrigerator 100 includes a compartment temperature, a compartment humidity, a compartment odor level, etc., the food material information includes a food material type, a food material arrangement, etc., and the operation states of the functional components of the refrigerator 100, such as the on-off state of the sterilization apparatus, the operation frequency of the compressor, the operation state of the defrosting heater, etc. Likewise, the lighting mode of the lighting assembly 200 can be adjusted based on different parameters in the display device, including on/off, color, brightness, constant/intermittent lighting, and so on.
The door body 101 of the embodiment of the present invention further includes: a door liner 113, an upper molding 111, a lower molding 112, and a fixing strip 600. The door liner 113 is used to form the rear portion of the door body 101. The upper molding 111 is used to form an upper end portion of the door body 101. The lower molding 112 is used to form a lower end portion of the door body 101. The fixing strip 600 is configured to be fixed to the front panel 110, the door liner 113, the upper molding 111, and the lower molding 112. The first molding 300 is disposed outside the fixing strip 600 and fixed to the fixing strip 600. The rear portion of the second molding 400 is interposed between the first molding 300 and the fixing strip 600. The door liner 113 is not shown in the door body 101 of fig. 2 and 3, and the upper molding 111 shows only the body frame. The structures of the door liner 113, the upper trim 111 and the lower trim 112 of the door body 101 according to the embodiment of the present invention are similar to those of the door body of the conventional refrigerator 100, and detailed description thereof is omitted. According to the door body 101 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fixing strip 600 is fixed with the front panel 110, the door liner 113, the upper decoration strip 111 and the lower decoration strip 112, and the first decoration strip 300 is fixed with the fixing strip 600, so that the door body 101 can be integrally assembled with the fixing strip 600 after the first decoration strip 300, the second decoration strip 400 and the lighting assembly 200 are assembled when being assembled, and the assembling process of the door body 101 is optimized; the rear portion of the second molding 400 is sandwiched between the first molding 300 and the fixing strip 600, so that the mounting stability of the second molding 400 on the door body 101 can be enhanced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments, the front portion of the first molding 300 is formed with a positioning protrusion 310 extending inward; the front part of the second molding strip 400 extends outwards to form a positioning groove (not numbered in the figure); the positioning protrusion 310 is inserted into the positioning groove. Here, the first molding 300 extending inwardly means that the first molding 300 extends toward one side of the second molding 400, and the second molding 400 extending outwardly means that the second molding 400 extends toward one side of the first molding 300. The first decorative strip 300 extends inwards to form at least two first extension parts 301, and each first extension part 301 extends backwards to form a second extension part 302; the fixing strip 600 is correspondingly formed with at least two clamping grooves 610 opened forwards, and the second extending part 302 is matched in the clamping grooves 610 to realize the left-right positioning and the front-back positioning of the first decoration strip 300. The first decorative strip 300 is formed with at least two third extending portions 303 extending inwards, and the upper end and the lower end of each third extending portion 303 are provided with a first fixing hole 330 along the up-down direction; the upper decorative strip 111 and the lower decorative strip 112 are respectively provided with at least two second fixing holes 1110 along the vertical direction, and the fixing member is used to connect the second fixing holes 1110 and the first fixing holes 330 to realize the vertical positioning of the first decorative strip 300. The fixing strip 600 is provided with at least two third fixing holes (not shown in the figure) along the front-back direction; the door liner 113 is correspondingly provided with at least two fourth fixing holes (not shown in the figure) along the front-back direction, and the fixing piece is used for connecting the fourth fixing holes and the third fixing holes to realize the front-back positioning of the fixing strip 600, so that the front-back positioning of the first decoration strip 300 is realized. The positioning of the first molding 300 and the second molding 400 can be achieved by providing the positioning protrusion 310 and the positioning groove. It can be understood that a positioning groove may be formed on the first molding 300, a positioning protrusion may be formed on the second molding 400, and preferably, a positioning groove is formed on the second molding 400, as shown in fig. 3, a fixing hole along the left-right direction may be formed at the positioning groove of the second molding 400, a fixing hole along the left-right direction is correspondingly formed on the positioning protrusion 310, and a fixing member is inserted through the two fixing holes to fix the first molding 300 and the second molding 400 stably, and the fixing member is not exposed in the field of view of the user, so that the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the refrigerator 100 is not damaged. According to the door body 101 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the whole structure of the door body 101 is very stable by arranging various positioning structures, and the positioning structures are not exposed to the visual field of a user, so that the door body 101 is more attractive.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first molding strip 300 is formed with a positioning protrusion 310 extending leftward at the front portion thereof, two first extending portions 301 extending leftward at intervals at the middle portion thereof, a limiting protrusion 320 extending leftward at the rear portion thereof, a third extending portion 303 extending leftward at the rear side near the positioning protrusion 310, and a third extending portion 303 extending leftward at the front side near the limiting protrusion 320. Each first extension portion 301 extends backward to form a second extension portion 302, and each third extension portion 303 is provided with a first fixing hole 330 along the up-down direction. The second molding strip 400 includes a first section 401 extending back and forth, a second section 402, a third section 403 and a sixth section 406 spaced from the first section 401 and extending to the right, a fourth section 404 extending from the first section 401 to the left, and a fifth section 405 extending from the fourth section 404 and extending forward, wherein the rear portion of the first section 401 is sandwiched between the first molding strip 300 and the fixing strip 600, and the second section 402, the first section 401 and the third section 403 together define a positioning groove. The vertical projection of the fifth section 405 is on the front panel 110 such that the vertical projection of the second molding 400 covers the vertical projection of the right end of the front panel 110. As shown in fig. 3, the vertical projection of the fifth section 405 is located at the edge of the right end of the front panel 110, that is, the entire width of the second decorative strip 400 only needs to be sufficient to cover the right end of the front panel 110, so that the door body 101 has a long bar-shaped illumination effect. The portion of the first molding 300 located at the front side of the positioning protrusion 310, the sixth section 406, the first section 401, the fourth section 404, and the fifth section 405 together define the accommodating space 500, the lamp panel 201 is disposed against the fourth section 404 and the fifth section 405, the rear side of the light guide plate 202 is disposed against the sixth section 406, and the front side is disposed with the film sheet 203. Clamping grooves (not numbered in the figure) are respectively formed on the left side and the right side of the lampshade 204, the front end of the first decorative strip 300 and the front end of the fifth section 405 are respectively provided with a bending structure, and the bending structures of the first decorative strip 300 and the fifth section 405 are matched in the clamping grooves. In addition, cover plates 205 are provided at upper and lower ends of the first and second molding strips 300 and 400, respectively, to seal the lighting assembly 200. The fixing strip 600 has a front end 601 extending leftward near the front end 640, the front side of the front end 601 is fixed to the front panel 110, and the rear side is fixed to the upper and lower molding strips 111 and 112. The middle portion of the fixing strip 600 is formed with two catching grooves 610 corresponding to the two first extensions 301 and the second extensions 302 of the first molding strip 300, and the second extensions 302 are fitted at the catching grooves 610. The rear end of the fixing bar 600 is formed with a rear end 602 extending leftwards and rightwards, wherein a right front surface of the rear end 602 abuts against a rear surface of the stopper protrusion 320, and a left side of the rear end 602 is formed with a stopper protrusion 630 and a stopper groove 620 opened forwards. The upper molding strip 111 and the lower molding strip 112 are respectively formed with a limiting groove (not numbered) and a limiting protrusion 1111 corresponding to the limiting protrusion 630 and the limiting groove 620.
In comparison with the door body 101 shown in fig. 3, in the door body 101 shown in fig. 4 and 6, the two first extension portions 301 of the first molding 300 are respectively in the middle and rear portions, while the first molding 300 is not formed with the stopper protrusion 320. Correspondingly, the fastening grooves 610 of the fastening strip 600 are respectively located at the middle and rear portions of the fastening strip 600, and the fastening groove 610 located at the rear side is directly defined by the rear end portion 602 of the fastening strip 600. The second molding strip 400 does not have the sixth section 406, the portion of the first molding strip 300 located at the front side of the positioning protrusion 310, the third section 403, the first section 401, the fourth section 404, and the fifth section 405 together define the accommodating space 500, and the rear side of the light guide plate 202 abuts against the third section 403. Compared with the case where the sixth section 406 is not provided, the second molding strip 400 provided with the sixth section 406 can enhance heat conduction and can better withstand thermal expansion and contraction deformation. The rear portion of the second molding strip 400 extends to the fastening groove 610, so that the rear end of the second molding strip 400 is firmly clamped between the first extending portion 301 and the fixing strip 600. In addition, a seventh section 407 is formed extending rearward from the fourth section 404, and the front end 640 of the fixing strip 600 is interposed between the first section 401 and the seventh section 407, so that the fixing of the second molding strip 400 can be enhanced.
According to the door body 101 of the refrigerator 100 and the refrigerator 100, the lighting assembly 200 is arranged at the position close to the first decoration strip 300, so that part of the area of the front panel 110 can be illuminated, the use experience of a user is improved, meanwhile, the lighting assembly 200 is close to the first decoration strip 300 and at least partially protrudes out of the front panel 110, a rod-shaped lighting structure is formed in the front edge area of the door body 101 of the refrigerator 100, the appearance of the door body 101 is unique, and the integral aesthetic feeling of the refrigerator 100 is improved.
Further, the door body 101 of the refrigerator 100 and the refrigerator 100 according to the embodiment of the invention propose to utilize the first decoration strip 300 and the second decoration strip 400 to jointly define the accommodating space 500 for accommodating the illumination assembly 200, and expand the function of the first decoration strip 300, so that the first decoration strip is used as a side decoration strip of the illumination assembly 200 while being used as the left end portion or the right end portion of the door body 101, and the structure is ingenious and attractive.
Further, the door 101 of the refrigerator 100 and the refrigerator 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention further include a human sensing device 700 and/or a voice input device 800, so that the door 101 and the refrigerator 100 can be intelligently controlled, and meanwhile, the human sensing device 700 and the voice input device 800 are both disposed in the accommodating space 500 and above the lamp panel 201 and the light guide plate 202, so that the door 101 hardly affects the assembly process while adding functional components.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A door body of a refrigerator is characterized by comprising:
a front panel for forming a front portion of the door body;
the first decorative strip is used for forming the left end part or the right end part of the door body; and
and the illuminating assembly is configured to be arranged close to the first decorative strip and at least partially protrude out of the front panel, and is used for illuminating partial area of the front panel.
2. The door body of claim 1, further comprising:
the second decorative strip is arranged between the first decorative strip and the front panel;
the front part of the first decorative strip exceeds the front panel, the front part of the second decorative strip exceeds the front panel, and an accommodating space with a forward opening is defined between the front part of the second decorative strip and the front part of the first decorative strip; wherein the lighting assembly is fixed with the first decorative strip and/or the second decorative strip and is at least partially positioned in the accommodating space.
3. The door body of claim 2,
the second molding is configured such that a vertical projection of the second molding completely covers a vertical projection of the end portion of the front panel near the second molding, thereby shielding a gap between the second molding and the front panel.
4. The door body of claim 2,
the lighting assembly includes:
the lamp panel is arranged in the accommodating space along the longitudinal direction, and the light emitting surface faces the first decorative strip;
the light guide plate is arranged on the front side of the light emitting surface of the lamp panel;
the film is arranged on the front sides of the light guide plate and the lamp panel; and
the lamp shade is arranged on the front side of the film and closes the opening of the accommodating space.
5. The door body of claim 2, further comprising:
the door liner is used for forming the rear part of the door body;
an upper trim for forming an upper end portion of the door body;
the lower decorative strip is used for forming the lower end part of the door body;
a fixing strip configured to be fixed to the front panel, the door liner, the upper molding strip, and the lower molding strip;
the first decorative strip is arranged on the outer side of the fixed strip and fixed with the fixed strip;
the rear part of the second decorative strip is clamped between the first decorative strip and the fixing strip.
6. The door body of claim 5,
the front part of the first decorative strip extends inwards to form a positioning bulge, the front part of the second decorative strip extends outwards to form a positioning groove, and the positioning bulge is inserted into the positioning groove;
the first decoration strip extends inwards to form at least two first extension parts, and each first extension part extends backwards to form a second extension part; the fixing strip is correspondingly provided with at least two clamping grooves with openings facing forwards, and the second extending part is matched in the clamping grooves to realize left-right positioning and front-back positioning of the first decorative strip.
7. The door body of claim 5,
the first decorative strip extends inwards to form at least two third extending parts, and the upper end and the lower end of each third extending part are provided with first fixing holes along the vertical direction;
the upper decoration strip and the lower decoration strip are respectively provided with at least two second fixing holes along the vertical direction, and the first decoration strip is positioned vertically by connecting the second fixing holes and the first fixing holes through fixing pieces.
8. The door body of claim 5,
the fixing strip is provided with at least two third fixing holes along the front-back direction;
the door liner is correspondingly provided with at least two fourth fixing holes along the front-back direction, and the fixing piece is used for connecting the fourth fixing holes and the third fixing holes to realize the front-back positioning of the fixing strip, so that the front-back positioning of the first decorative strip is realized.
9. The door body of claim 2,
one or more of the following devices are also arranged at the accommodating space:
the human body sensing device is used for sensing whether a user exists on the front side of the door body;
the voice input device is used for receiving a voice instruction;
the temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the ambient environment where the refrigerator is located;
humidity detection means for detecting humidity of an ambient environment in which the refrigerator is located;
and the display device is used for displaying the internal environment information, the food material information and/or the running state of the functional components of the refrigerator.
10. A refrigerator having the door body according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
