1. A coupling device for an LNG tanker, comprising:
the dry-type quick connector male head comprises a connecting section, a flange plate and a cavity, one end of the connecting section is fixedly connected with the flange plate, one end of the connecting section, far away from the flange plate, is used for being in adaptive connection with a dry-type quick connector female head, the flange plate is used for being connected with an LNG tank car, the cavity penetrates through the connecting section and the flange plate along the axis direction of the connecting section, and a mounting hole is formed in the side wall of the flange plate;
and the safety valve is adaptive to the mounting hole and is communicated with the cavity in a sealing way.
2. The coupling device for an LNG tanker according to claim 1, further comprising:
one end of the dry-type quick joint female head is in adaptive sealing connection with one end, far away from the flange, of the connecting section, and the other end of the dry-type quick joint female head is used for being connected with an external pipeline.
3. Connection arrangement for an LNG tanker according to claim 2,
the dry-type quick connector male head is a standard dry-type quick connector male head, and the dry-type quick connector female head is a standard dry-type quick connector female head matched with the dry-type quick connector male head.
4. Connection arrangement for an LNG tanker according to claim 3,
the safety valve is characterized in that external threads are arranged at the connecting end of the safety valve, internal threads are arranged on the inner wall of the mounting hole, and the safety valve is mounted on the mounting hole in an adaptive mode.
5. Connection arrangement for an LNG tanker according to claim 4,
the safety valve is a low-temperature safety valve, the connecting end of the safety valve is provided with an NPT external thread, and the inner wall of the mounting hole is provided with an NPT internal thread.
6. An LNG tanker pipeline for connection to a tanker storage tank, comprising the connection device for the LNG tanker of any of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
one end of the gas phase pipe is connected with the tank car storage tank, and the other end of the gas phase pipe is in adaptive connection with the first flange plate;
one end of the liquid supply pipe is connected with the tank wagon storage tank, and the other end of the liquid supply pipe is in adaptive connection with the second flange plate;
and one end of the pressurized liquid phase pipe is connected with the tank car storage tank, and the other end of the pressurized liquid phase pipe is in adaptive connection with a third flange plate.
7. The LNG tanker pipeline of claim 6, further comprising:
an emptying pipe;
a first safety valve arranged on the first flange plate is communicated with the emptying pipe;
a second safety valve arranged on the second flange plate is communicated with the emptying pipe;
and a third safety valve arranged on the third flange is communicated with the emptying pipe.
8. The LNG tanker pipeline of claim 7, further comprising:
and the inlet end of the stop valve is respectively connected with the first safety valve, the second safety valve and the third safety valve, and the outlet end of the stop valve is connected with the emptying pipe.
9. The LNG tanker pipeline according to claim 8, further comprising:
one end of the first manual stop valve is connected with the gas phase pipe, and the other end of the first manual stop valve is connected with the emptying pipe through a first stop valve;
a second manual stop valve, one end of which is connected with the liquid supply pipe, the second manual stop valve
The other end of the second manual stop valve is connected with the emptying pipe through a second stop valve;
and one end of the third manual stop valve is connected with the pressurizing liquid phase pipe, and the other end of the third manual stop valve is connected with the pressurizing liquid phase pipe through the third stop valve.
10. The LNG tanker pipeline according to claim 9, further comprising:
one end of the first emergency cut-off valve is connected with the gas phase pipe, and the other end of the first emergency cut-off valve is connected with the first manual cut-off valve;
one end of the second emergency cut-off valve is connected with the liquid supply pipe, and the other end of the second emergency cut-off valve is connected with the second manual cut-off valve;
and one end of the third emergency cut-off valve is connected with the pressurizing liquid phase pipe, and the other end of the third emergency cut-off valve is connected with the third manual cut-off valve.
