发明公开了一种无塑防水包装纸,主要涉及特种纸制造领域。包括以下步骤:生产防水包装纸原纸(水分在8%—15%);对原纸进行表面施胶,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,得表面施胶纸;表面施胶后的纸产品进入后加工,进行防水剂双面涂布,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,即得成品防水纸。本发明使用方便、生产工艺简便、成本低廉、强度高、防水效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及特种纸制造领域,具体是一种无塑防水包装纸。
背景技术
纸是一种常见的包装材料,大到工业品、机械品的包装,小到手提袋、文件袋、日用百货等的包装,纸质包装材料一来环保,二来可以循环使用。但是包装纸在使用过程中相比塑料,在强度、防水性等方面差强人意。因此如何进一步提高包装纸的防水性能,是本行业仍然需要努力发展的方向,对包装纸及下游产品的开发具有重要的价值。
现有技术中,可以通过选择纤维强度高的原料、打浆、添加增强剂等方面来提高包装纸的强度,但还是避免不了纸张怕水的通病,对于包装纸的贮存与使用带来限制。
我们总结现有技术中常见的防水纸的问题,在于如果在原纸表面淋膜(淋膜,是将塑料粒子通过流延机涂覆在纸张表面)来达到纸张防水的目的,则带来生物难降解的环境问题;以纸代塑,完全用纸来取代塑料,纸袋的强度不如塑料袋好,不抗水,雨淋或者湿后强度变得很低,容易破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无塑防水包装纸,它使用方便、生产工艺简便、成本低廉、防水效果好。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种无塑防水包装纸,包括以下步骤:
生产水分为8%-15%的防水包装纸原纸;
使用施胶剂对原纸进行表面施胶,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,得表面施胶纸;表面施胶纸使用防水剂对表面施胶纸进行双面涂布,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,即得成品纸。
进一步的,所述防水包装纸原纸为通过以下方法制得:
使用80%硫酸盐针叶木浆加20%竹浆或阔叶浆混合得到浆料;
对浆料在35%浓度下磨浆,磨浆后的浆料进入消潜池消潜,使纤维的扭结区、压缩区松弛变直,浆料消潜后输送至成浆池,加入干强剂、湿强剂、助留助滤剂、第一施胶剂后,送入流浆箱,经网部脱水、压榨、进入前干燥,经过前干燥后,纸页水分控制在8%—15%,得到防水包装纸原纸。
优选的,所述表面施胶剂包括氧化淀粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)中的一种或任一种组合。
优选的,所述施胶剂为氧化淀粉,所述氧化淀粉施胶剂浓度在8%—11%,经过糊化后进行施胶。
优选的,所述施胶剂为聚乙烯醇,所述聚乙烯醇施胶剂浓度在2%—6%,熬制溶解后进行施胶。
优选的,所述第一施胶剂为为AKD或松香胶,添加量为AKD10—15kg/t纸,松香胶15—20kg/t纸。
对比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
用纸完全取代塑料,通过表面涂覆防水剂以及工艺的改进,将纸面施胶与涂防水剂相结合,使纸页具有防水及高强功能,并且易于加工,对环境更友好。

实施例1:一种无塑防水包装纸
防水包装纸是由防水包装纸原纸和表面施胶、涂布层组成
原纸基层生产工艺:
1、浆料:80%硫酸盐针叶木加20%竹浆或阔叶浆;
2、磨浆:高浓打浆(打浆浓度35%左右),通过高浓磨浆设备来制得浆料,浓度35%左右的浆料在磨浆机的磨区内使纤维与纤维之间产生揉搓、扭曲、卷曲,使纤维发生分丝帚化而尽可能地避免被切断,从而提高纸张的结合强度。高浓打浆后的纸浆进行消潜处理,使纤维得到充分的延伸和分散,且进一步吸水润胀,增加纤维之间的结合面积,提高纤维间的结合力,最终提高抗张强度。
3、调浆:浆料消潜后输送至成浆池,加入干强剂、湿强剂、助留助滤剂、施胶剂等化学品,流送冲浆除渣筛选进入流浆箱;
3、抄造:浆料从流浆箱上网脱水,经网部脱水、压榨、进入前干燥,将水分控制在12%,得到防水包装纸原纸。
表面施胶、涂布层:
1、防水包装纸原纸水分在12%,这个水分范围内的纸页能吸收适量的胶料,施胶效果较好。所述表面施胶剂为氧化淀粉,所述氧化淀粉施胶剂浓度在8%—11%,经过糊化后进行施胶,施胶后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,得表面施胶纸;
2、表面施胶后的纸产品进入后加工,进行防水剂双面涂布,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,即得成品防水纸。
以上为作为防水包装纸的生产工艺。
本示例采用一次表面施胶,成品后再进行一次防水剂涂布,获得更优异的防水效果,同时,在防水剂的选择方面,现有企业一般采用石蜡防水剂,但石蜡在使用时涂层发脆,缺乏柔软性,耐热性也差,气温一高,纸就会产生黏着现象,而本示例中采用的防水剂在涂布后很好的避免了上述中发脆及黏着的现象,并且此防水剂不涉及塑料粒子,绿色环保无污染,防水性较好。
实施例2:一种无塑防水包装纸
防水包装纸是由防水包装纸原纸和表面施胶、涂布层组成
防水包装纸原纸生产工艺:
1、浆料:80%硫酸盐针叶木加20%竹浆或阔叶浆;

2、表面施胶后的纸产品进入后加工,进行防水剂双面涂布,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,即得成品防水纸。
以上为作为防水包装纸的生产工艺。
实施例3:一种无塑防水包装纸
防水包装纸是由防水包装纸原纸和表面施胶、涂布层组成
防水包装纸原纸生产工艺:
1、浆料:80%硫酸盐针叶木加20%竹浆或阔叶浆;

上述的方法,获得的防水纸,能够满足以下要求:
1、防水性:作为包装用纸张,需要有较好的防水性,纸张遇水受潮后,各项物理指标都会下降。借助于防水剂,可在纸面上形成不溶性连续薄膜,或填充在纸中的纤维间,便可获得抑制水蒸气透过及防止加压水浸透的防水性能。
2、强度高:不仅要求干强高,还要求湿强高,在受潮者湿后湿强较高,保证湿包依然有较高的强度,不易破损。

Claims (6)

1.一种无塑防水包装纸,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
生产水分为8%-15%的防水包装纸原纸;
使用施胶剂对原纸进行表面施胶,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,得表面施胶纸;表面施胶纸使用防水剂对表面施胶纸进行双面涂布,后进行干燥、压光、卷曲、复卷,即得成品纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种无塑防水包装纸,其特征在于,所述防水包装纸原纸为通过以下方法制得:
使用80%硫酸盐针叶木浆加20%竹浆或阔叶浆混合得到浆料;
对浆料在35%浓度下磨浆,磨浆后的浆料进入消潜池消潜,使纤维的扭结区、压缩区松弛变直,浆料消潜后输送至成浆池,加入干强剂、湿强剂、助留助滤剂、第一施胶剂后,送入流浆箱,经网部脱水、压榨、进入前干燥,经过前干燥后,纸页水分控制在8%—15%,得到防水包装纸原纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种无塑防水包装纸,其特征在于,所述表面施胶剂包括氧化淀粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)中的一种或任一种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种无塑防水包装纸,其特征在于,所述施胶剂为氧化淀粉,所述氧化淀粉施胶剂浓度在8%—11%,经过糊化后进行施胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种无塑防水包装纸,其特征在于,所述施胶剂为聚乙烯醇,所述聚乙烯醇施胶剂浓度在2%—6%,熬制溶解后进行施胶。
6.根据权利要求2所述一种无塑防水包装纸,其特征在于,所述第一施胶剂为为AKD或松香胶,添加量为AKD10—15kg/t纸,松香胶15—20kg/t纸。
