The device for preparing the adhesive tape with the electromagnetic shielding function according to claim 7, wherein the displacement structure comprises a sliding groove (51) formed in the upper platen (32), a sliding block (53) is slidably disposed in the sliding groove (51), the cutting knife (5) is connected to the sliding block (53), a rotatable stud (52) is disposed in the sliding groove (51), and the sliding block (53) is in threaded connection with the stud (52).

The device for preparing the adhesive tape with the electromagnetic shielding function according to claim 8, wherein the cutting knife (5) is provided with a protrusion extending into the sliding groove (51), the protrusion is slidably connected with the sliding block (53), and a spring (54) for providing a pulling force to the cutting knife (5) is connected to the sliding block (53).
