a funnel plate;
the lateral funnel plate is arranged on one side of the funnel plate, two ends of the funnel plate are respectively connected with two ends of the lateral funnel plate through a funnel partition plate, and a discharge opening is formed between the middle part of the funnel plate and the bottom end of the lateral funnel plate;
the unloading position conversion assembly is arranged below the unloading opening and comprises a movable funnel plate and a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism can drive the movable funnel plate to rotate around the middle of the movable funnel plate, the top end of the movable funnel plate is movably arranged on one side of the funnel plate, and the unloading position of materials can be changed along with the rotation of the movable funnel plate;
the driving mechanism includes:
the conversion transmission shaft is rotationally connected with the funnel partition plate;
one end of the lower connecting rod is connected with the conversion transmission shaft through a first lower crank;
the two pin shaft bodies penetrate through the funnel partition plate, one end of each pin shaft body is connected with the other end of the lower connecting rod through a second lower crank, and the other end of each pin shaft body is connected with the end of the movable funnel plate;
the funnel partition plate is provided with a mounting hole, a second bearing is arranged in the mounting hole, and the outer periphery of the conversion transmission shaft is attached to the inner periphery of the second bearing.

The railroad hopper car unloading mechanism for in-and out-of-track unloading of claim 1, further comprising a bottom door opening and closing assembly including a bottom door having one side slidably engaged with a bottom end of the side hopper plate, the bottom door enabling the discharge opening to be opened or closed.
3. The railway hopper car unloading mechanism for in-track and out-of-track unloading of claim 2, wherein said bottom door opening and closing assembly further comprises:
the bottom door transmission shaft penetrates through the funnel partition plate and is in rotary connection with the funnel partition plate;
one end of the bottom door connecting rod is connected with the bottom door transmission shaft through a bottom door crank;
the bottom door hinge, the one end of bottom door hinge with the funnel baffle rotates to be connected, the other end of bottom door hinge with the opposite side of bottom door is connected, the one end of bottom door with the other end of bottom door connecting rod articulates.

A railway hopper car unloading mechanism for unloading inside and outside a track according to claim 3, wherein two ends of the bottom door transmission shaft extend to the outer parts of two hopper baffles respectively to be connected with a first bearing, and the first bearing is connected with a car body floor of a hopper car through a bearing seat.

The unloading mechanism of a railroad hopper car with inner and outer discharge on a track according to claim 2, wherein the bottom door is fan-shaped, the bottom end of the lateral hopper plate is provided with a bending portion, and the bottom end of the bending portion is matched with one side of the bottom door.
6. The railway hopper car unloading mechanism for in-track and out-of-track unloading of claim 1, wherein said lower link is disposed outboard of both said hopper baffles.

The unloading mechanism for railway hopper car capable of unloading in and out of the track according to claim 1, wherein a clamping block is arranged at the other end of the pin shaft body, a groove is formed at one end of the clamping block, and the end part of the movable hopper plate is embedded in the groove.
