In installing the pin 4, it is necessary that the height of the pin 4 is concentric with the test stand and the hydraulic cylinder ear hole to be tested, and thus in some embodiments, the height of the pin 4 is adjusted. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the pin inserting and pulling device further includes a lifting device which is provided on the base 2 and supports the pin shaft 4, and the lifting device is height-adjustably provided.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the lifting device includes a base 16 and a spring assembly 17, the base 16 is disposed on the base body 2, the spring assembly 17 includes an elastic member connected with the base 16 and a connection pad disposed on an upper side of the elastic member, and the connection pad supports the pin 4. The height of the pin shaft 4 is adjusted by adjusting the telescopic length of the elastic element so as to ensure that the pin shaft 4, the test bed and the ear hole of the tested hydraulic cylinder are concentrically arranged.
In some embodiments, the pin inserting and extracting device further comprises a pin tray 9, and the pin tray 9 is connected to the connecting disc to support the pin 4. The pin shaft tray 9 extends along the length direction of the pin shaft 4, and the pin shaft tray 9 also exceeds the connecting disc in the width direction, so that the placement stability of the pin shaft 4 is increased.
