Before the device is used, the distance between the main roller 110 and the auxiliary roller 120 of the grinding assembly 100 is adjusted to a proper position according to the pipe diameter of an oil casing 700 to be operated, and the distance between the two limiting blocks 220 on the adjusting and conveying assembly 200 is adjusted to a proper position; and then the distances among the grinding assembly 100, the conveying assembly 200 and the spraying mechanism 500 are adjusted to proper positions according to the length of the oil casing 700.
One end of the oil casing 700 is placed into the grinding assembly 100, the main roller 110 rotates to convey the oil casing 700 to the spraying mechanism 500, and meanwhile, the outer wall of the oil casing 700 is wrapped by the peripheral grinding abrasive paper 130 to grind the surface to be rough, so that the coating is more firmly attached to the outer wall of the oil casing 700. The oil casing 700 is transferred to the first transfer part 300 through the matching movement of the main roller 110 and the auxiliary roller 120, the first transfer part 300 transfers the oil casing 700 to the high-pressure spraying chamber 510, the annular spraying head 530 sprays the outer wall of the oil casing 700, and the oil casing 700 after being sprayed is transferred to the second transfer part 400 through the outlet. The spraying of the entire oil casing 700 is completed until the other end of the oil casing 700 is also transferred to the second transfer part 400 through the outlet nozzle. The whole process does not need to turn over the petroleum casing 700 manually, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the working efficiency is high.
It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of grinding assemblies 100 may be arranged in parallel, corresponding to the number of the working tanks 230, and the corresponding annular spraying heads 530 in the high-pressure spraying chamber 510 also correspond to the number of the working tanks 230, so as to increase the working efficiency.

In this embodiment, the spray mechanism 500 also includes a voltage controller for adjusting the spray rate. The voltage regulator can control the spray velocity of annular spray head 530 and the droplet size of the coating material sprayed. For thick paint, the spraying speed can be adjusted slowly, so that the sprayed paint liquid drops are larger; for thinner coating, the spraying speed can be adjusted to ensure that the sprayed coating liquid drops are smaller, thereby ensuring the spraying effect, ensuring the coating thickness to be uniform and avoiding coating waste.
In an embodiment, the transfer assembly 200 is provided with a speed regulator that regulates the transfer rate. The transfer rate of the transfer assembly 200 may be adjusted faster or slower in coordination with the injection rate of the annular spray head 530.
Before use, a proper number of grinding assemblies 100, working tanks 230 and annular spray heads 530 are arranged; then, according to the pipe diameter of the oil casing 700 to be operated, the distance between the main roller 110 and the auxiliary roller 120 of the grinding assembly 100 is adjusted to a proper position, and the distance between the two limiting blocks 220 on the adjusting and conveying assembly 200 is adjusted to a proper position; and then the distance among the grinding assembly 100, the conveying assembly 200 and the spraying mechanism 500 is adjusted to a proper position through a pulley at the bottom according to the length of the oil casing 700.
In use, the head ends of the plurality of oil casings 700 are placed into the grinding assembly 100, the motor switch is turned on, the voltage controller is adjusted to the appropriate spraying rate, and the speed regulator is adjusted to the appropriate delivery rate. The petroleum casing spraying equipment provided by the embodiment is basically the same as the petroleum casing spraying equipment provided by the embodiment 2, and the main difference between the petroleum casing spraying equipment and the petroleum casing spraying equipment is as follows:
in this embodiment, the spray mechanism 500 further includes an air dryer 540, the air dryer 540 being located inside the high pressure spray chamber 510 near one end of the outlet nozzle. The air dryer 540 can rapidly dry the sprayed coating to accelerate the shaping of the coating.

It should be noted that, the whole spraying process is completed in the high-pressure spraying chamber 510, the paint mist generated during spraying can not be diffused to the outside, the pollution to the environment is avoided, and the paint mist can be collected in the tray 550 at the bottom of the high-pressure spraying chamber 510, the collected paint enters the paint purifying device 560 through the diversion port, the collected paint is purified to the usable degree by the paint purifying device 560, and then the purified paint is sucked into the paint storage tank 520 and can be reused, which not only facilitates the collection of the redundant paint mist, improves the utilization rate of the paint, but also reduces the pollution to the working environment, and improves the practicability.

(5) Discharging a pipe: and (3) conveying the oil casing 700 out of the high-pressure spraying chamber 510 by using the second conveying part 400, wherein the rotating speed of the roller shaft 210 is 120r/min, and the spraying process is finished.
According to the petroleum casing spraying process provided by the invention, the process of polishing, spraying and air drying is adopted, the rough surface after polishing is more favorable for the coating to be attached to the outer wall of the petroleum casing 700, the coating is immediately dried and cured after spraying, the condition that the coating is scratched because the coating is not dried in the subsequent conveying process can be avoided, the condition of coating leakage points can not occur, and the working efficiency is improved.
