Referring to fig. 4, in step S200, the first forming mold includes an upper mold base 320 and a lower mold base 310, a first arc-shaped portion 311 protruding upward is disposed at a front end of an upper surface of the lower mold base 310, a second arc-shaped portion 312 recessed downward is disposed at a rear end of the upper surface of the lower mold base 310, the first arc-shaped portion 311 and the second arc-shaped portion 312 smoothly transition, that is, an upper surface of the lower mold base 310 is "S" shaped, and a shape of the upper mold base 320 is adapted to a shape of the lower mold base 310.
Under the mold closing action of the external heating equipment and the first forming mold, the lower shoe sheet 110, the filler 200 and the upper shoe sheet 120 are connected into a shoe back upper rough blank 400, referring to fig. 7, the upper part of the shoe back upper rough blank 400 forms a front convex arc part, the lower part of the shoe back upper rough blank 400 forms a back concave arc part, the shape of the human foot is set, the upper convex first arc part 311 is beneficial to improving the wrapping performance of the shoe back upper rough blank 400 on the human foot, and the back convex second arc part 312 enables the shoe back upper rough blank 400 to be matched with the shape of the human heel. The heating device can be a hot press, a heating air pipe and the like.
The lower die holder 310 is provided with a plurality of positioning columns, and the positioning columns are arranged to facilitate the relative position relationship between the upper shoe piece 120, the lower shoe piece 110 and the filler 200 and the lower die holder 310 to be fixed, thereby being beneficial to avoiding the problem that the upper shoe piece 120, the lower shoe piece 110 and the filler 200 cannot be completely attached or wrinkles are generated in the hot pressing process.
Since the front surface of the shoe back part product 600 needs to be attached to the foot of the human body and the back surface of the shoe back part product 600 mainly plays a role of supporting and decorating, the shapes of the front surface and the back surface of the shoe back part product 600 do not need to be completely consistent, and the opposite surfaces of the upper mold base 320 and the lower mold base 310 do not need to be completely attached.
In step S200, the filler 200 includes a support sheet 220, a collar reinforcement sheet 210, a sponge pad 240, a connection sheet, and two pieces of sizing yarn 230.
The shape of the support sheet 220 is adapted to the shape of the first arc-shaped portion 311 and the second arc-shaped portion 312, that is, the front end portion of the support sheet 220 is also provided with an upward protruding arc-shaped portion, the rear end portion of the support sheet 220 is also provided with a downward recessed arc-shaped portion, the support sheet 220 is attached to the parting surface of the first forming mold, that is, the overall shapes of the support sheet 220 and the shoe rear upper blank 400 are also adapted, and the support sheet 220 is internally provided with a groove which is beneficial to improving the overall stability of the manufactured shoe rear upper blank 400, so that the overall support and wrapping performance of the shoe rear upper on a human body are indirectly improved. The support sheet 220 may be made of a material having a good support performance, such as a sea jade, a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer), a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), and a TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer). The throat reinforcing sheet 210 may be a thin plastic sheet, a foam sheet, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, and also to fig. 9, the lower blade 110, the filler 200, and the upper blade 120 are sequentially placed on the parting surface of the first molding die from bottom to top, including the steps of:
s210: the lower shoe 110 is inserted through the positioning post and placed on the upper surface of the lower mold base 310, and the throat reinforcing plate 210 is placed on the upper surface of the lower shoe 110, the throat reinforcing plate 210 being located at the front end of the first arc-shaped portion 311.
S220: the support sheet 220 is placed through the positioning column, the support sheet 220 is attached to the first arc-shaped portion 311 and the second arc-shaped portion 312, and the front end of the support sheet 220 is abutted to the welt reinforcing sheet 210.
S230: the two pieces of setting yarns 230 penetrate through the positioning columns, the two pieces of setting yarns 230 are uniformly arranged on the lower shoe sheet 110, the two pieces of setting yarns 230 are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the lower die holder 310, the front ends of the two pieces of setting yarns 230 are arranged in an overlapping mode, and the two pieces of setting yarns 230 are abutted to the supporting sheet 220.
S240: the sponge pad 240 is placed on the upper surface of the support sheet 220, and the sponge pad 240 is placed in the area of the first arc-shaped portion 311.
S250: the connecting sheet is covered over the sizing yarn 230, the sponge pad 240, the supporting sheet 220 and the cuff reinforcing sheet 210.
S260: the lower blade 110 is covered over the connecting sheet, the sizing yarns 230, the supporting sheet 220 and the throat reinforcing sheet 210.
In step S220, the support sheet 220 is inserted through the positioning posts, so that the relative position relationship between the support sheet 220 and the first arc-shaped portion 311 and the second arc-shaped portion 312 is favorably fixed under the positioning action of the positioning posts, the problem that defective products are generated or the support sheet 220 is damaged due to misalignment of the support sheet 220 and the first arc-shaped portion 311 and the second arc-shaped portion 312 is favorably solved, the shape of the support sheet 220 is fitted with the shape of the lower die holder 310, that is, an upward protruding arc-shaped portion is also arranged at the front end of the support sheet 220, a downward recessed arc-shaped portion is also arranged at the rear end of the support sheet 220, the shape of the support sheet 220 is adapted to the shape of the parting surface of the first forming die, and the overall stability of the manufactured shoe rear upper blank 400 is favorably improved, thereby indirectly improving the support and wrapping performance of the whole shoe rear upper on a human body.
In step S230, the two sizing yarns 230 are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the lower die holder 310, the two sizing yarns 230 are respectively arranged corresponding to the left end and the right end of the counter, the sizing yarns 230 are arranged to be beneficial to enhancing the flexibility and the wrapping performance of the counter, and the problem that the wrapping performance of the counter becomes poor due to looseness of the counter after multiple times of wearing or long-time wearing is avoided. The sizing yarns 230 gradually narrow and widen from back to front, and are matched with the shape of the supporting sheet 220 that narrows from back to front, the front ends of the two sizing yarns 230 are mutually overlapped, the overlapped part of the sizing yarns 230 is arranged corresponding to the supporting sheet 220, namely, the sizing yarns 230 can assist the supporting sheet 220 to improve the integral supporting performance of the back upper.
In step S240, the foam-rubber cushion 240 is placed on the upper surface of the support sheet 220 and in the area of the first arc-shaped portion 311, so that the thick heel part 400 is thickened in the filling area of the foam-rubber cushion 240 under the combined action of the upper and lower uppers, and the foam-rubber cushion 240 is disposed in a concave portion corresponding to the heel of the human body, thereby facilitating to increase the wrapping performance of the finished heel part 600 on the human body.
In step S250, the connecting sheet covers the sizing yarns 230, the foam-rubber cushion 240, the supporting sheet 220 and the collar reinforcing sheet 210 to connect the sizing yarns 230, the foam-rubber cushion 240, the supporting sheet 220 and the collar reinforcing sheet 210, so as to improve the connection stability and the integrity of the sizing yarns 230, the foam-rubber cushion 240, the supporting sheet 220 and the collar reinforcing sheet 210 to a certain extent, and to avoid the problem of separation or relative movement of the sizing yarns 230, the foam-rubber cushion 240, the supporting sheet 220 and the collar reinforcing sheet 210 after being worn for a long time.
In step S260, the lower blade 110 is covered over the support sheet 220 and the throat reinforcing sheet 210. Under the action of the hot press of the first forming mold, the sizing yarn 230, the sponge pad 240, the supporting sheet 220 and the welt reinforcing sheet 210 are sandwiched between the upper shoe sheet 120 and the lower shoe sheet 110 to obtain a rib blank 400.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the stacking sequence of the sizing yarn 230, the sponge pad 240, the supporting sheet 220 and the collar reinforcement sheet 210 may be changed, for example, the sizing yarn 230 is first placed, and then the reinforcing sheet 210 and the supporting sheet 220 are placed, and the supporting sheet 220 may be above or below the reinforcing sheet 210. Also, for example, the connecting piece can be placed in front of or behind the foam rubber pad 240, and the supporting and wrapping functions of the shoe heel part product 600 can be improved.
The heating temperature range of the first forming die is 160 ℃ to 220 ℃, preferably, the heating temperature of the first forming die can be 200 ℃, the heat preservation time range of the first forming die is 150S to 280S, preferably, the heat preservation time can be controlled to be about 200S. The first forming die enables the lower shoe sheet 110, the filler 200 and the upper shoe sheet 120 to be connected into a whole through the setting and matching of the hot-pressing temperature and the heat preservation time, keeps good stability and high production efficiency, and meets the production process for preparing the counter through hot pressing.
Referring to fig. 5, in step S300, after the shoe counter blank 400 is formed, considering that there are excess materials in the hot pressing of the upper sheet 120, the filler 200 and the lower sheet 110, the periphery of the shoe counter blank 400 needs to be trimmed by a cutting tool, so that the edge of the throat of the shoe counter blank 400 forms the radian required by the throat, and the edge-covering sheet 700 needs to be wrapped at the edge of the throat of the shoe counter, which is beneficial to shielding the cut formed by cutting the shoe counter blank 400, and avoiding the problem that the cut scratches the human body, and the left edge, the right edge and the lower edge of the shoe counter blank 400 are trimmed to meet the use requirement of being connected with the shoe front counter and the sole in the shoe making process. The cutting tool may be a cutter, scissors, or the like.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10, the present invention further includes a sewing machine 500 and a creasing jig provided on the sewing machine 500 at step S400.
Wrapping the edge wrapping sheet 700 at the edge of the welt of the shoe back upper blank 400, and connecting the edge wrapping sheet 700 and the edge of the welt of the shoe back upper blank 400 into a whole, comprising the following steps:
s410: the hemming sheet 700 is arranged by passing through the folding clamp, and one end of the welt edge of the counter blank 400 is passed through the outlet of the folding clamp;
s420: starting the sewing machine 500, sewing the edge covering piece 700 to the other end of the welt edge of the counter blank 400 along one end of the welt edge of the counter blank 400, and sewing the edge covering piece 700 and the welt edge of the counter blank 400 into a whole.
The edge covering sheet 700 penetrates through the opening folding fixture, and one end of the welt edge of the counter blank 400 penetrates through the outlet of the opening folding fixture, so that the edge covering sheet 700 is folded and wrapped at the welt edge of the counter blank 400, the edge covering sheet 700 is sewn to the other end of the welt edge of the counter blank 400 along one end of the welt edge of the counter blank 400, and the edge covering sheet 700 can completely cover the welt edge of the counter blank 400 and is sewn with the welt edge of the counter blank 400 into a whole.
In a second embodiment, the invention further provides a counter manufactured by the counter manufacturing process in the first embodiment. The counter includes a counter body, a covering sheet 700, and a support sheet 220.
The shoe back part comprises an upper shoe sheet 120 and a lower shoe sheet 110, wherein the upper shoe sheet 120 is butted with the lower shoe sheet 110 to form an accommodating cavity; the edge covering piece 700, the edge covering piece 700 covers the upper edge of the shoe back upper body, and the front surface of the upper shoe piece 120 and the rear surface of the lower shoe piece 110 are both connected with the edge covering piece 700; the supporting sheet 220, the supporting sheet 220 is arranged in the containing cavity, and the supporting sheet 220 is arranged at the rear end of the shoe back upper body.
The upper portion of the back end of the counter body is provided with a front convex arc portion, the lower portion of the back end of the counter body is provided with a back convex arc portion, the shape of the support sheet 220 is matched with that of the back end of the counter body, the upper end of the support sheet 220 extends to the arc portion above, and the lower end of the support sheet 220 extends to the arc portion below. The top of the counter body is provided with a first bending section of the back warp, the first bending section is arranged at the rear end of the counter body, the top of the supporting sheet 220 is provided with a second bending section of the back warp, the second bending section is arranged at the rear end of the supporting sheet 220, and the second bending section is arranged in an area of the accommodating cavity corresponding to the first bending section.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A production process for preparing a counter by hot pressing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a hemming sheet, an upper shoe sheet, a lower shoe sheet and a filler;
placing the lower shoe sheet, the filler and the upper shoe sheet on a parting surface of a first forming die from bottom to top in sequence, closing the first forming die, and carrying out hot pressing and heat preservation on the lower shoe sheet, the filler and the upper shoe sheet to obtain a rear upper rough blank;
and wrapping the edge wrapping sheet at the edge of the welt of the shoe back upper blank, and connecting the edge wrapping sheet and the edge of the welt of the shoe back upper blank into a whole to obtain a finished shoe back upper product.
2. The process for manufacturing a counter by hot pressing according to claim 1, further comprising the following steps before the step of wrapping the welt sheet around the welt edge of the counter blank:
and providing a cutting tool for standby, and trimming the periphery of the shoe back upper rough blank through the cutting tool.
3. The production process for preparing the counter by hot pressing according to claim 1, wherein the first forming die comprises an upper die holder and a lower die holder, a first arc-shaped part protruding upwards is arranged at the front end of the upper surface of the lower die holder, a second arc-shaped part recessed downwards is arranged at the rear end of the upper surface of the lower die holder, the first arc-shaped part and the second arc-shaped part are in smooth transition, and the shape of the upper die holder is matched with the shape of the lower die holder.
4. The production process for preparing the counter by hot pressing according to claim 3, wherein the filler comprises a support sheet, the lower die holder is provided with a plurality of positioning columns, the support sheet is arranged on the positioning columns in a penetrating manner, and the shape of the support sheet is matched with that of the lower die holder.
5. The process for manufacturing a counter by hot pressing according to claim 4, wherein the filler further comprises a collar reinforcement sheet; will the lower shoe sheet, the filler with the upper shoe sheet is placed on the die joint of first forming die from bottom to top in proper order, including following step:
the lower shoe sheet penetrates through the positioning column and is placed on the upper surface of the lower die base, and the welt reinforcing sheet is placed on the upper surface of the lower shoe sheet and is positioned at the front end of the first arc-shaped part;
placing the support sheet through the positioning column, wherein the support sheet is attached to the first arc-shaped part and the second arc-shaped part, and the front end of the support sheet is abutted to the welt reinforcing sheet;
and covering the lower shoe sheet above the supporting sheet and the welt reinforcing sheet.
6. The process for manufacturing a counter by hot pressing according to claim 5, wherein the filler further comprises a sponge pad and a connecting sheet; before the step of covering the lower shoe sheet above the support sheet and the throat reinforcing sheet, further comprising the steps of:
placing the sponge pad on the upper surface of the support sheet and in the area of the first arc-shaped portion;
and covering the connecting sheet above the sponge cushion, the supporting sheet and the welt reinforcing sheet.
7. The process for manufacturing a counter by hot pressing according to claim 6, wherein the filler further comprises two sizing yarns, and the sizing yarns gradually narrow and widen from back to front; before the step of covering the lower shoe sheet above the support sheet and the throat reinforcing sheet, further comprising the steps of:
will two the design yarn all passes the reference column, two the design yarn equipartition is put down on the shoe sheet, two the design yarn is arranged respectively the left end and the right-hand member of die holder, two the front end of design yarn is the overlap setting, two the design yarn all with the backing sheet butt.
8. The manufacturing process for preparing a counter by hot pressing according to claim 1, wherein the heating temperature of the first forming mold ranges from 160 ℃ to 220 ℃, and the heat preservation time of the first forming mold ranges from 150S to 280S.

The production process for preparing the counter by hot pressing according to claim 1, further comprising a sewing machine and a folding clamp, wherein the folding clamp is arranged on the sewing machine; wrapping the edge covering sheet at the edge of the welt of the shoe back upper blank, and connecting the edge covering sheet and the edge of the welt of the shoe back upper blank into a whole, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the edge wrapping sheet penetrates through the folded clamp, and one end of the welt edge of the shoe back upper rough blank penetrates into the outlet of the folded clamp;
and starting the sewing machine, sewing the edge covering piece to the other end of the edge of the welt of the counter rough blank along one end of the edge of the welt of the counter rough blank, and sewing the edge covering piece and the edge of the welt of the counter rough blank into a whole.
10. A counter structure, characterized in that it is obtained by applying the process for manufacturing a counter according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
